There are some people you can’t ignore their messages or tell no , how do I conquer this pls ?

Use force to ignore them

Learn to ignore them whenever they bill you. Either message or call! Just look for some flimsy excuses if you happened to meet them in person by accident. That’s the only way you won’t get them offended.

Tell them that they came a little too late, assuming they've asked few days ago, you would have given them.
If they ask for 5k, you can tell them you don't have up to that, that you have 2k or 1,500# (if you are willing to give). If you don't want to give them at all, tell them that you recently borrowed someone money and you'll try to get something across to them as soon as the person pays back. If they ask you again some days after, tell them the person hasn't paid back and you don't have any money to spare. They would have gotten the message that you don't want to give them.

NB: use this approach for people that you know you can't benefit anything from, but it's good to help people because you may also need help in the future. The help you give today will come back to meet you in the future. Be wise and take care of yourself first.
