Wrong mentality is the problem of Nigerians not the government. The government is a representative of the mentality of Nigerians. When we go to other countries where our government is not present, we still exhibit the same level of corruption.

After what happened in the last elections, I stopped blaming the government and politicians.

The people are to be blamed for everything that happens to them forthwith.

Some collected ordinary 2k from politicians and voted them in only to go back and continue drinking garri with their family after the 2k finish. I saw video of a girl boasting about collecting 5k from a local politician and guess what, she voted for him without considering what he had to offer to the community.

Also, should the government cut poor people's preeks and stop them from mass breeding like rabbits?

Recycling of poverty lies solely in the people's hands, government has little or no influence in that.

If you and your spouse don't have reasonable income at the moment, don't think of having kids yet unless you plan to continue your lineage in poverty.

Plan for the kids before having them, else they'll just be another burden on the already volatile society.
