Ugandan President and politicians are the biggest beneficiaries of the economic crisis that will threaten Uganda in the coming weeks.

Their President, Museveni, has been Head of State in Uganda since 1987- a record 37 years, and has won reelection 6 times. His army consistently abuse the country's most vocal opposition, Bobi Wine and not so long ago, Wine's wife was almost stripped naked on election noon.

The impoverished and superstitious citizens of the import-dependent sub-saharan country are happy that a law to persecute anyone who isn't heterosexual or is non-binary is in force. They prefer to stay in churches fasting from dawn to dusk despite their very low standard of living.

When anyone questions why Uganda that was developing at a very slow rate has become stagnant, or in a worse reality- going backwards, members of the executive and legislators can cite their anti-gay laws as the reason for their woes and get reelected to continue redirecting Uganda's resources to private stockpiles for their bloodline.

Good Morning Uganda 🌈

And tinubu na saint?

Until you understand what human rights is, I've got nothing to say to you.

You’ve nothing to say if your form of human rights is sleeping with a fellow man or woman, , sleeping with Animals or taking hormones to change your biological body or being confused that you’re gender xyz total rubbish.the funny thing is that we all know what’s good or bad . If they starts passing laws that Gay or lesbian couples shouldn’t be allowed to adopt kids and the whole LGBTQ community Within the shortest period of time their heads will reset .

It's the audacity with which the West is trying to force this gay nonsense down the throats of citizens of other countries, that's the annoying and repulsive part for me.

I thought the USA prides herself as the beacon of freewill? So why in God's name are they so bent on forcing the rest of the world to accept a culture that is considered an anomaly by most Nations?

Russia and China are spreading their wings, taking other countries under their warm embrace. Joe Biden and his confused lot are busy placing bans and sanctions on other Nations over people's queer choices of sexuality and identity.

Truly, old age doesn't always translate to wisdom!

They are quick to impose death penalty on homosexuality, but can't impose death sentence on their corrupt politicians! 🤣

Most Africa countries with their misplaced priority. LGB is here to stay, either you like it or not. Na just time.
The death penalty is too extreme, and that's human right abuse.

Wrong. Democracy is based on the rule of law, not the rule of the majority, and it protects against all forms of tyranny, including that of the majority. That is why we have Courts that are empowered to defy the majority by overruling popular but unfair laws.

When the law in a country says they don’t want LGBTQ what’s the offense ? The legislators are representatives of their host communities and that’s what they passed in their house of assembly .

One thing I'll always respect Goodluck Jonathan for, was his firm stand against this gay nonsense back when he signed that act into law. He exhibited uncommon courage.

And thank God for African leaders like Paul Kagame of Rwanda and former Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe. Real African leaders who don't stand the stench of nonsense and can't be intimidated.

Except Kagame leaves that seat for a liberal weakling, you can never read stupendous news like this about the US placing any form of sanctions on Rwanda. Mugabe sef go kukuma go Live TV abuse US President with ancient proverbs.. grin

Why can't they help push their technology to Africa so that we can also benefit from their wealth of knowledge and reduce poverty in Africa. Why must it be gay and lesbians shiiiit that they will be forcing down on Africa.

Considering that in the US, marryingb2 wives is a crime, I find it odd that they choose what to enforce.

Perhaps Uganda should suggest the US decriminalization of polygamy?

Just funny to me when an agenda is pushed and another is deemed bad. Is that not hyoicrisy?

Useless ban!..
I can't wait for USA to lose its relevance...Already some African leaders are waking up and standing up for themselves.. e remain Nigeria.. if Nigeria can stand up to this bully who think she can impose their "non-existent values on Africa, their grip will totally fall.. banning Uganda.. imagine... why have they not banned Saudi Arabia??, because they are begging OPEC for oil and the Arabs can completely do without them.

Countries like Rwanda are already asking important questions like; why are trading with the dollar in Africa?... China and Russia are also already making a stand to this bully of a country called America..

Na Nigeria leaders we dey wait for..Giant of Africa..Stand up for Africa!!

I agree with you, USA is currently ruled by tyrants in democratic colours. let us thank God almighty that these fraudulent people in government can no longer hide their despicable minds and mindsets anymore. the US vice president was stopped by a Ghanaian leaders recently at a public functions inside Ghana when she was canvassing for lgbt people. she was cut off abruptly to her eternal shame and defeat.

USA under Biden has nothing good for Africa now and not in the nearest future.

let African countries government ban USA government officials from speaking about lgbt matters and people on their tours of African countries to cement seriousness of the issue to Africa.

The Supreme Court of a standard democracy ought to find that such a law is unconstitutional because it violates the certain freedoms that are guaranteed to others.
