MC Oluomo's son was a valedictorian in his high school and got a scholarship to MIT. I think he has finished now.

Several boys have made Nigeria proud academically outside the country.

Besides, students don't compete to have the highest scores; in an ideal system, you don't even know you have the beat grades.

What are we doing with our indigenous Languages? When are we going to start writing out textbooks in our indigenous Languages?

The very first form of civilization is cultural identity. We need to start developing our own indigenous Languages and start exporting them as a Lingual Franca for the world. China is already on that journey. Britain, Spain and France have successfully done this.

Have you ever asked the question..."How come it's easy to write the Bible and Koran in our vast indigenous Languages, yet they won't do the same for Chemistry, Physics, Maths and Biology or Economic textbooks?

Every nation that have indigenous Languages have started seeing the need to develop the Language further and the correlation it has with its National development.

Back in the day, Uni Ibadan, ABU, UNN amongst others had foreign students and it was a delight to see foreign students from the America's & the Europe speak our local Palance...oh naija rise up again.
