My shop - we do remit nothing less than 8-10 customers per day. 1 head is #500. Some days we do remit 15 / 17 customers. Averagely, it's usually between 10-15 in a day..

You made very big mistake. You should have started and completed one building first then the 2nd site. If it's close to a business area or where students are much. You should have raised couple of shops for rent. Infact, this is supposed to be the first thing you do before you build your residential house. A building not making money is a liability and no asset.
