Yes, you can't marry a second wife for registry of under the marriage act but you can marry for shrine or mosque or under your culture.

U have no right to officially(through church, mosque or other registry) marry a second wife without divorcing the other....

But as a guy man...u can always marry a second wife as long as u dont do any official marriage that is documented
