Guy two is too early, he is going there mainly to socialise with other kids. Nothing he will learn in that playgroup that he won't learn in age 3 which is Nursery 1.

But for an only child or a first child, it makes alot of difference how the child develop social skills fast, e.g. talking, basic expressions like I am hungry, thirsty, I wan Weewee, it is hot etc.

So a child is missing nada if he doesn't start school from playgroup

Though you won't get arrested but note that the right age for a child to commence formal education from the ministry of Education in Nigeria is 5years.
In saner climes like the United kingdom etc , a child commences formal education at the age of 5. So why rush. Allow the child to be able to express himself/herself clearly before taking the child to a formal school.

I personally think age three is even too young for a kid to start school. Just my opinion though. Lots of countries do five years upwards. Finland is seven.

Brother, u are right, ideal age is 3 (NOT 2),if u enrol him anything b4 3yrs old, your practically paying for him to go n play... Which can be done at home (FREE). Also, by age 3 their immune system is stronger. Hv u noticed that kids below 3 yrs, go for immunisation more often? That's bcoz their system is still open to any or all illnesses. I feel you are not open about your income per time. Otherwise she’ll naturally understand that. Having central account helps alot in planning finances. So go back to the drawing table make things clear for her and take charge as the man.
