Looking at that structure critically, even the load bearing walls don't seem sturdy enough to shoulder the weight of concrete casting beyond that density. Except of course I'm simply under-reaching as a result of poor judgement since we have just pictures to go by.

I left the external metal hand rail. It is also important to put rail on that backyard step ( the rule of thumb is to have a rail when there are more than 3 steps)
It will cost nothing less than #150k total.

I'm a civil engineer and with my experience in the building and construction industry thus,i just see this bn impossible at that amount

Like 1tonne of iron is currently 485k. or there about,For the foundation, the pillars and the small suspension floor there, you will need minimum of 4-5 tonnes. That’s 2.5m-3m.

Granites is about 370k or there about per 20 tonnes. You need minimum of 2
trips for the stages listed above.

We have not started with cement, which is now 5k per bag. You need more than 500 or there about,that’s another 2.5m or there about
