Check your blood pressure

If your BP is not high, Panadol extra is ok, and if it fails,alabukun is good, but, the father of them all is Cafergot (Ergotamine tartrate)

It happened to me.
Later discovered it was high concentration of white blood cell.
It is mostly caused by stress and overthinking.

You need to go back to the hospital and carry out a test. It is a poorly treated malaria. You need to treat it very well if possible administer drip ooo.

You might have tension headaches.

Check your BP level, speaking from experience

Do a blood test and wider to ensure the malaria and typhoid is gone people negligible.

If that is out of the way do a scan.

Drink lot of water most especially early in the morning before you brush.

Please go to the hospital and be examined by a med doctor so the cause of the headache can be unraveled. Headache is just a symptom of an underlinig illness. Some causes of headache can be life threatening.
Please stop self medication and go seek professional help. Try to check your bp first if there's a place close-by to do that

What you need is not paracetamol but acetaminophen

Go for eye test! It may sound funny but I have been there! See your ophthalmologist!

Check your bp asap to be sure its not high.
