I know men who had done that. Caught their woman and some guy pants down but accepted them back. It's a personal thing. Not all men will chase their woman away.

I am a hardliner of “if you cheat , that’s the end “ . That is the only condition given for divorce by Jesus Himself .
however I have come to realize that in marriage , the dynamics change alot when kids are involved .

So for me I will say it depends alot on the person who cheated . If after been married to 10 years and above with no history of cheating , it happens and it is a one off thing with a deeply repentant wife or husband who is ready to work things out then it can be forgiven . But even in this case , it is a one off 2nd chance .

This reason is not enough reason to overlook cheating, there must be a stronger reason or stronger reasons.

TRUE, but we all understand why some women prefer to stay in these yeye marriages in Nigeria.
Marriage in Nigeria is a do or die mission. many women's sole goal in life is to be called "Mrs" at any cost. the Nigerian society/culture looks at an unmarried woman as a failure, thus why people can still look at Genevieve or Linda Ikeji and tell them to go find husband to marry (even after their success). so its understandable that when women in Nigeria get married, they would rather stay married at any cost than divorce. these women would rather be miserable in marriage than lose the "Mrs" title. so i cant put myself in their shoes, but i certainly wouldnt want such miserable life for my loved ones....
