"Sweethearts in the Lord, it is IRC," Dr Raphael Ziggler said with excitement, an excitement that was contacted by the large crowd that filled the hall of Dominion Land's cathedral, who roared and shoke the four walls and atmosphere of the cathedral with their sonic energy.

Xavier and Precious were part of the massive global audience, howbeit the digital audience as they connected live to the conference through the DomNet TV, one of the TV arm of Dominion Network, a gospel broadcasting platform owned by Dominion Land. The couples were sitted on a couch in the primary living room of The Xav Mansion, treating themselves to tasty, crunchy chin chins with a jug of home made fruit juice, while giving their attention to the conference.

"It's amazing to be in IRC, Ideal Romance Conference, our and your relationship and marital conference, with beautiful people and their beautiful faces and energies. This is truly amazing, pleasant and exhilarating," he said pacing around as his manner is. "It's been a thrilling ride in the presence of the Lord, and now it's the climax, the very reason we are here, the moment of knowledge. Tell you what? I'm damn excited, what about you?" He screamed the last set of statements, in response, the crowd gave loud screams of excitement.

"Today's topic is a very important but sensitive topic. It's one of the cores of marriage. We all want it, we all desire it but unfortunately, lots of us, especially some Churches don't talk about it. It's just three letters. Who's ready to hear it?" He said and asked in excitement. Affirmative screams rented the air.

Raphael smiled and said, "I will spell it out. Listen carefully." He bit his lips teasingly, letting the suspense sweep across the audience in anticipation. "S... E... X," he spelt. In response, energetic screams were expended from the excited audience.

"Yes!!!!!" Xavier uttered with joy and intensity, fist bumping the air. An act that caused Precious to give him a sly and jibed look. "Don't give me that look," he said in defense.

"What look?" Precious quizzed, a mischievous smirk on her lips.

"That look that screams 'how can a man in his right senses be this hyper excited all because of a sex topic?'. Don't blame a nigga, sex is one of my favorite topic... and activity," he defended and smirked naughtily at the last two words. "Besides, don't pretend like you aren't excited also," he accused. Precious hissed, a hiss that screamed 'okay, you've got me. I'm fücking guilty'. Xavier gave a naughty smirk at her reaction. They gave Raphael their attention.

"And you know the drill, the teaching... my teaching will be explicit, detailed. You know I love the details, I love to explain a lot. Such will not be alien to this. The sex desire itself is not just a human thing, it's an animal thing in general, the desire cuts across organism, its engagement is seen in all organisms or tons and tons of organisms."

"Sex, just like food and drink who has the purposes of pleasure and nutrition, has three purposes; pleasure, intimacy and reproduction. The evidence for that is seen in nature and scriptures. Naturally, we can all vividly attest to the pleasure, reproductive and intimacy functions of sex. Scripturally, in Genesis 1: 26-28, the command to be fruitful and multiply included biological multiplication, and the only way in scriptures that was possible was through sex, Genesis 4:1 and others highlighted or portrayed that. In chapter four of Song of Solomon, sex was portrayed as an act or engagement of pleasure, not just pleasure, but intimacy likewise. There are other passages that deals on same issues, but lets stick with those for now. There are other things to talk about."

"Amazingly, unlike the sexuality of animals, morality is attached to the sexuality of humans courtesy of God Himself. I don't know why He made it so, but nevertheless He did. Attestation to that is seen in the moral law and scriptures. There are certain sexual practices like incest, infidelity, adultery, pedophilia, promiscuity, that humans universally frown at. They universally know that such is wrong, nobody told them, but deep down, deep in their instinct they know such is wrong. That's the moral law, the universal knowledge of good and evil, which the scriptures also attest to in Romans 2:14-15."

"The scriptures, which will be our focus, contains moral rules from God regarding sex, and the rule is simple, sex should be between a husband and a wife, in other words, sex must and should be done within the marital institution... heterosexual marital institution for emphasis. The scriptures states that any other sexual practice is termed sexual immorality which is a sin against God."

"Scriptural attestation to that? 1 Corinthians 7:3-5, married couples are charged to meet each other's sexual needs. In Song of Solomon 4, sex in marriage was enormously glorified. The summary of the entire thing is Hebrews 13:4 which says, 'Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.' ESV. There are other passages, but these three will suffice for now. From these passages we could see that God's approved sexual practice is marital sex, any other form of sexual practice is termed sexual immorality, a sin by and to God."

"Now, I get these questions a lot, yes we know that God commands sex must and should be done in marriage, but what sexual practices should married couples engage in? Are they free to engage in any sexual practice of their desires? Are MouthAction, anal sex, BDSM, and the use of intimacy gadgets right? What sexual positions are holy and unholy? Since God is holy and we are commanded to be holy, what sexual practices are holy?"

"True, true," Xavier said, nodding in affirmation. Precious leaned on him, he wrapped his arm round her, and gave a deep peck on her hair.

"The truth is, God wants you to enjoy sex and to enjoy it very well. Scripturally, in Song of Solomon 4, sex... marital sex was portrayed as a beautiful and pleasurable thing. In 1 Corinthians 7:3-5, couples are commanded to meet the sexual needs of their partner and not to deprive them of it. In Proverbs 5:15-19, partners are urged to satisfy their partners, and people are charged to derive sexual pleasures and satisfactions from their partners."

"As Christians, we are meant to engage only in holy sex. Question, what is holy sex? Simple, holy sex is sex that is in line with God's sex rule. Question, what's God's sex rule? Simple, sex between a husband and wife, full stop. Nothing more, nothing less. Any sexual practice aside that is or are sexual immorality. Question, what are the sexual immoralities? According to scriptures, adultery, premarital sex, whoremongering, incest, pedophilia, homosexuality, beastiality, rape and partner coveting."

"Lets take them one after the other, first on the list adultery. Adultery whose Greek word is moicheia, as we all know refers to extra marital sexual affair, and God in his Word is heavily against it. The scriptural passages for that, 1 Corinthians 6:9, Hebrews 13:4, Exodus 20:14. In the Gospel, adultery was given as a justifiable reason for divorce by Jesus Christ, a testament to how God disapproves of it, and how bad it is. Aside that, in Revelation 21: 8, 1 Corinthians 6:9, Galatians 5:19, Colossians 3:5, Hebrews 13:4, Ephesians 5:3, 5, 1 Corinthians 5, the Bible kicks against sexual immorality which we all know are sexual practices outside of God's rule, that is, marital sex."

"I will like to address an issue with sexual immorality. In some translations, the word fornication is used, while in others, sexual immorality is used in place of fornication. There's the widespread view that fornication means premarital sex, no, no at all. Fornication means sexual immorality. How and why? Someone hearing this for this first time definitely will be asking. The word which fornication is translated from in the Greek manuscript of the Bible is porneia. The original Greek meaning of that word was 'to prostitute' or 'to sell', but as at the time of Jesus and the apostles, that is, as of the time of the new testament, the word porneia, which the word pornography is derived from, had a very broad meaning that included prostitution, premarital sex, adultery, promiscuity, homosexuality, beastiality, pedophilia, rape and incest."

"The issue here is actually a case of misinformation and ignorance, that's why it is very important to know the Greek words or roots of certain Biblical words so one can get actual understanding of what a word or passage means. So fornication doesn't mean premarital sex, but sexual immorality. So anywhere you see fornication in the Bible, have it at the back of your mind that it is sexual immorality, and premarital sex and adultery are part of sexual immorality."

"To add to that, in some cases whoremongering or whoremongers are used, which are written in other translations as sexual immorality or sexually immoral. Whoremongering means patronizing prostitution. It also means sexual immorality. Ephesians 5:5, 'for this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.' KJV. The Greek word for whoremonger in this passage is pornos which is related or associated with porneia. In other words, whoremongering or whoremonger is related or associated with sexual immorality or sexually immoral."

"Next, premarital sex. The Bible didn't explicitly state, 'thou shall not have premarital sex', but it kicked against it. For starters, premarital sex is part of sexual immorality, it isn't in line with God's sex rule, and the Bible, God's word, is against sexual immorality. Aside that, in 1 Corinthians 7:1-2, 8-9, unmarried people are urged to get married hence they fall into sexual temptations or burn with passions. In verse 3 to 5 of that same chapter, married people are urged to engage in sex, but that's not the case for unmarried people, rather they're tasked to get married first. In other words, premarital sex aren't approved. In Exodus 22:16, a man who engaged in premarital sex with an unmarried woman is charged to get married to the woman, why? Because he did what was meant for the institution of marriage, and he has to rectify it by getting married to the woman. It was a rectification process and sought of a punishment. There are more passages to look into, but lets deal with those for now."

"Next, whoremongering. From what we've earlier seen, whoremongering, both as prostitution patronage and sexual immorality, isn't approved by God. It's a sin."

"Next, incest. The Bible is clearly against incest, not just between biological family relations but also adopted. Leviticus 18: 6-18, Deuteronomy 22:30, 1 Corinthians 5. Aside that, incest is sexual immorality which on its own is a sin."

"Pedophilia. Yes, the Bible does not clearly state, 'thou shall not commit pedophilia'. But that doesn't mean that the Bible approves of it. Whenever sexual and marital relationships are mentioned in the Bible, it's always on the context of adulthood, it's always between grown ups. Children were kept out of it, why? Because they have no business with sex. Sex wasn't meant for them, they were meant to be innocent as regards that. Introducing a minor into sex is not just an abuse, but also the violation of the sexual principles laid out in scriptures, which is, sex is between a husband and wife which of course are grown ups. Genesis 2:24, Mark 10:6-8."

"In ancient times, there was no clear age for being a grown up, once a person becomes mentally and physically developed, he or she will be termed a grown up. Sexual relationship with someone who wasn't termed a grown up, who hasn't met the requirement for adulthood, was termed an abomination. In our modern time, the minimum legal age of adulthood is 18, an age that was chosen after a lot of biological, mental, cultural and environmental factors were considered. So going with the law, sexual relationship with an under 18 is pedophilia. As a Christian, you must and should desist from such act, it's wrong, it's a criminal act, and it's a sin. Additionally, pedophilia is part of sexual immorality which the Bible is against."

"Homosexuality. A very controversial topic in our society, and unfortunately, the Church. But as the Church of Christ, this issue is one we look at through the lens of the scriptures, and not some secular logic. The Church has a Constitution, the Bible, and we must adhere to it. God doesn't care about your secular logic, He cares about what He says in His Word. The Bible, both new and old testament, is anti homosexuality, Leviticus 18: 22, Romans 1: 25-28, 1 Corinthians 6:9. One may want to argue, what about homosexual marriages, is that a sin considering the fact that marital sex is God's approved sexual practice? First of all, the condemnation of homosexuality is on all grounds, marriage or no marriage, no exemption was given. And secondly, God's approved marriage is heterosexual marriage, Mark 10:6-8, Genesis 2:24. God didn't create a husband for Adam, He created a wife. Marriage is used to symbolize the relationship between Christ and the Church, the Church is referred to as the bride of Christ, not the groom of Christ. The scripture is clear on its stand on homosexuality."

"Homosexuality, not homosexuals, has no business with the Church. The Church is open to everyone including homosexuals, Christ came to die for everyone, both heterosexuals and homosexuals, God loves everyone, be they homosexuals or heterosexuals, but God doesn't approve of homosexuality. The Church won't and shouldn't accept such doctrine into it."

"Homosexuality is in the realm of secularism, it has no business with the Church. Keep homosexuality, not homosexuals, but homosexuality out of the Church. Keep it in the secular society, don't bring it into the Church."

"There should be a line between the state and the Church, keep the state out of the Church and vice versa. You don't only scream that when it favours you, and look the other way in an issue as this. The Church is not here to preach an inclusion gospel, we are here to preach Christ centric gospel, and Christ centric gospel can be offensive because it isn't politically correct. We are not here to please the society but Christ, but in pleasing Christ, we please the society except in few cases such as this. If we are to accept homosexuality into the Church, then we should as well accept beastiality, pedophilia, incest, adultery, premarital sex, rape, and partner coveting. You can't allow one sexual immorality in the Church and discard the others, you carry all of them along otherwise, that's sexual immorality discrimination, but God forbid we do such. The Church isn't doing such."

"The proponents of homosexuality, don't support it on the ground of morality and Christian values, rather they do it on the ground of secularism and human rights, good. I don't want to go into the homosexuality debate in other to avoid deviation from the topic, that's a topic and debate for another day, there's a lot to talk about as regards it."

"Dominion Land won't preach in support of homosexuality, neither will we conduct homosexual marriages. Homosexuals are welcome but they shouldn't expect us to preach in support of homosexuality. In other words, we are anti homosexuality, not anti homosexuals. We are against a sexual orientation, not the people. Christ condemned the adultrey of the adulterous woman, but He didn't condemn the adulterous woman. Christ condemned the promiscuity of the Samaritan woman, but He didn't condemn the woman. God hates sin but loves sinners, and in light of that, it is unchristian to support homosexuality, it is also unchristian to hate homosexuals."

"The Bible urges Christians to love all men, scriptural examples, Galatians 6:10, Hebrews 12:14, 1 John 4:8. The parable of the good Samaritan teaches us to love all men including those different from us, be it in race, gender, sociopolitical views, religious views or sexual orientations. The Church of Christ is a church of love and tolerance, but it is also a Church of righteousness. Besides, if you hate homosexuals, how do you think you can win them over?" Raphael said.

"And that's the undiluted truth Dr RZ," Xavier acknowledged. Precious nodded in affirmation.

"Beastiality. The scripture is anti beastiality, Leviticus 18:23, Exodus 22:19, Leviticus 20:15-16. Sexual immorality is a sin, and beastiality is part of sexual immorality."

So you shall purge the evil from your midst. But if in the open country a man meets a young woman who is betrothed, and the man seizes her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die. For this case is like that of a man attacking and murdering his neighbor, because he met her in the open country, and though the betrothed young woman cried for help there was no one to rescue her. If a man meets a virgin who is not betrothed, and seizes her and lies with her, and they are found, then the man who lay with her shall give to the father of the young woman fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife, because he has violated her. He may not divorce her all his days.'[/I]"

"From the read passge, you could see how detestable rape is in the eyes of God. Depending on the circumstance, the penalty is death or marriage to the rape victim without an option of divorce. In that passage, rape is also likened to murder, in other words when you rape someone, you sought of murdered the person. That's how terrible rape is, and of course the Bible is heavily against murder, Revelation 21:8, Exodus 20: 13."

"Aside that, rape is stealing because you're taking what doesn't belong to you without the consent of its owner. A person's body is her or his private property, and when you rape someone, you take her property without her consent. That's stealing, and the Bible is anti stealing, 1 Corinthians 6:10, Exodus 20:15, 17. In addition to that, rape is a sexual immorality which is a sin against God, and humanity of course," Raphael taught.

"I can't agree less. So on point," Precious commented still in her snuggle position with Xavier.

"Partner coveting. Partner coveting deals with having sexual affairs or sexual desire with and for someone's romance partner, be it dating, courting or married, due to lust or some stupid love. The Bible is against such, Leviticus 18: 20, Exodus 20: 17. Aside that, partner coveting is also stealing, you're taking, having and desiring what doesn't belong to you. The Bible is against stealing. In addition, partner coveting is a sexual immorality, and the Bible is anti sexual immorality."

"Amazingly, the moral law, which is the universal knowledge of good and bad, is in line with the scriptures on the issues of sexual immorality. Remember, regarding morality, the scriptures is the moral law documented, the scriptures is also an extension of the moral law, that is, regarding morality, where the moral law stops, the scriptures continues. The moral law itself kicks against promiscuity, infidelity, adultery, beastiality, rape, partner coveting, whoremongering, pedophilia, incest and homosexuality. There is a universal knowing in humans, across history and cultures, that such sexual practices are wrong, that's why they naturally frown at them. It is this reason that makes most societies to kick against homosexuality, and those that accepts it, do that on secular, liberal and human rights grounds, and not moral grounds."

"I had to pass through all these lengthy journey of explanations in other to show you what the Bible terms unholy sex, that is sexual immorality. From what we've seen so far, holy sex is sex in line with God's rule, which is sex in a heterosexual marital union. So the holiness of sex is based or focused or dependent on the marital union... heterosexual marital union, and not the sexual practices in the union. Emphasis is on the institution, the environment, the atmosphere, and not what, where, when and how the couples choose to have sex. God is not interested in the technicalities of your sex life with your partner, He is only interested in if you're married to your partner."

"Now to the issues of MouthAction, anal sex, BDSM and intimacy gadgets' use. These sexual practices would be wrong if and only if they're unholy sex, that is, if they aren't part of God's defined sex rule. From our lengthy scriptural journey, we have discovered that, one, holy sex or God's sex rule is marital institution centric rather than sex technicalities or practices. Two, there's no where in scriptures, these sex practices are called sin. Three, of all the sexual sins or sexual immoralities mentioned, MouthAction, anal sex, BDSM and intimacy gadgets' use weren't part of them. In other words, MouthAction, anal sex, BDSM and use of intimacy gadgets aren't sins so far they're done within the marriage institution, which is God's sex rule. No one born of a woman, no one in space and time has the right to call them sins, not when the Bible does not. If they are sinful or wrong to anyone, it's to that person and not scripturally or universally. If you feel MouthAction is wrong to you, it is wrong to you, and not scripturally or universally. You don't have the right to force such view on other people. It is not about what you think, it is about what the Bible, Christianity's Constitution, says."

"In Romans 14:14, the Apostle Paul using food and drinks as an example or case study, made us to understand that if the scriptures hasn't condemned a thing, if we see such a thing as wrong, it is wrong to us, and not in the eyes of God or universally. In Colossians 2:20-22, the Apostle Paul once again kicked against subjecting one's self to unnecessary religious rules that aren't even scripture centric. The Bible didn't and doesn't condemn MouthAction, anal sex, BDSM and intimacy gadgets, so if you think they're wrong, they're wrong to you and not universally or scripturally. God is more focused on the institution in which sexual practices are done, instead of the technicalities of it."

The men of the city wanted to have carnal knowledge of Lot's male guests, the Angels. How does that translate to anal sex? One may say, well, because gays have anal sex, and since gayism is scripturally wrong, anal sex is scripturally wrong. But gays also kiss, is kissing wrong also? Answer that question yourself. There's no way in the Bible where anal sex, MouthAction, BDSM or intimacy gadgets were condemned. If you think otherwise, show from scriptures or hold your peace."

"But, and there's a big but, irrespective of the sexual practice one chooses to engage with his or her partner, the CCS rule must be obeyed. CCS stands for consent, comfort and safety. Regarding safety, ask yourself, what are the risks involve? How high is the risks or effect of the risks? Is there any safety procedures to follow? Medically or hygienically, how should such be done, and how often? These are very important."

"Truth is, God wants you to enjoy sex with your partner to the max, He wants you to explore, don't deprive yourself and your partner of such privilege and euphoria all in the name of religious laws. In the old testament, where God was very interested in the details of the Israelites' life, where He gave them rules even to the most mundane things like what and what not to eat, how to dress, how to sew their clothes, how to build their houses and so on, He didn't bother himself with sexual details, rather he only told them to avoid sexual immoralities, period, how much more in the new testament, where God was more moral centric rather than tradition centric. He only gave the charge, avoid sexual immoralities, and didn't concern Himself with what, when, where and how married couples have sex. This is because, He wants humans to explore sex to the max, to their satisfaction. He has no interest with your sex bed, As long as it's in the marriage institution."

"So dear, as a Christian, don't be religious when it comes to sex, rather be spiritual. Spirituality includes being God centric which equates to being scripture centric, in other words, have sex in line with scriptures, which is, avoid sexual immoralities and explore sex with your partner to the max, don't hold back," Raphael said and gave a naughty wink at the last statement. An act that caused laughter coursing through the massive audience. "But make sure you don't forget to apply the CCS rule, very important. So sweethearts in the Lord, have sex spiritually." A naughty smirk on Raphael's face accompanied the last statement, followed by laughter from the congregation. Xavier and Precious joined.

"Now..." Ziggler sipped from his bottle of water, and placed it back on its stand, a short stand beside the pulpit. "Lets deal with sexual chemistry, very important. Sexual chemistry or connection is heavily required in order to have an amazing and healthy sexual life with your partner. Contrary to popular notion, sexual chemistry is not based on sexual compatibility, rather sexual commitment. Sexual compatibility is an illusion, it isn't real, it is fake, unreliable. Whatever sexual compatibility you think you have or share with your partner, with time it will dissipate, the reason for that is because, life will happen. What do I mean by life will happen? Simple, change in sexual desires and life responsibilities."

"Change in sexual desires. Desires are fluid in nature, they change, your desires today won't be your desires tomorrow. Same applicable to sexual desires, your sexual desires today won't be your sexual desires tomorrow, it definitely will change. This is the reason why people lose the spark especially the sexual spark they once had at the beginning of their marriage, the reason why people no longer have sexual connections to their partners anymore, that's the reason they no longer find their partners attractive anymore, the reason why they get bored of sexual adventures with their partners, one of the reasons why adultery is on the increase because of the desire of new sexual mate. The truth is, whatever sexual desires you and your partner has today that make you both compatible will change as time goes by and this will affect your so called compatibility."

"Life responsibilities. Responsibilities of life will hit you and your partner so hard that you both will start losing your sexual touch. It will make you both to discard certain desires and those desires might include your sexuality resulting in the loss of your so called sexual compatibility. The next update is an idealogical propagation content. It's very significant to the Xav-Verse because it and the update after it serve as the foundation for the establishment of one of the most significant systems in Xav-Verse called the Global Feminist Coalition, GFC.

One of the roles of the GFC in the Xav-Verse is to act as a platform that links and crosses over characters, especially female characters. In other words, the GFC is to the Xav-Verse what Justice Society and XMen are to DC and Marvel.

CHAPTER SEVENTY FOUR


"Guess what girls?" Halima said, biting her lips in excitement. The ladies were in a lounge.

"What?" Tesoma, Precious and Omotola asked unisonally. In response, Halima flaunted her finger revealing a glistering ring on her ring finger.

"O... M... G!!"

"Wowww!!!"

"This is beautiful!!"

Tesoma, Omotola and Precious exclaimed respectively.

"So our very dear Bem has decided to pop the question. This is goodnews," Precious said happily, raising her glass of drink for a cheer.

"Girl, I'm down to earth happy for you," Omotola said with sincerity, getting up to hug her.

"So very soon another wedding party will happen," that was an excited Tesoma. She threw a grilled fish into her mouth.

"You bet it will," Halima responded and sipped her drink.

The romance relationships of the friends could only be said to be progressive. The friends had all progressed or evolved in their relationships. Tesoma was married to her heart-throb, Kanu, same with Danjuma to his lover, Aisha. Dafe was engaged to his woman, Fejiro, same with Omotola and her partner, Mark. Xavier and Precious were married, which was a publicly known fact. While Halima and Bem just got engaged.


***Minutes later***


"... to be candid, the issue of sexism is really disheartening. I can't believe in this age, we still discriminate on the ground of gender. That's really bad," Omotola said. "And you know the funny thing, I was engaging in an argument on Nairaland on a post about gender equality, and one user quoted me and asked what made men and women equal." She gulped down her drink.

"Dear, it's saddening that people still ask such question in this age of enlightenment. It's like a white man asking how the black man is equal to him," Tesoma said.

"I concur," that was Precious. She took a grilled fish and munched.

"Girls, I was surprised and amused at the same time. It was tragic and funny, like what the fück!!" Omotola continued. "Not only that, he even went further to rant on how men and women can't be equal because of the difference in physical strength of which men possesses more than women. He said, culturally, men are superior and that all this gender equality bullshits are made up propagandas by women to unsettle an already stable and organized sociocultural system. He even said that naturally, the male gender is the dominant one while the females are the subsmissive genders taking precedence from the animal kingdom."

"Okay, that's bullshit," Precious reacted.

"And tragic. It isn't funny at all. I wonder how the women in his life, his wife or lover, daughters, sisters, female friends and even mother feel. I wonder how he treats them," Tesoma said with concern.

"That man, men like him seriously need help. They need to be oriented. Such mindset is toxic, discriminatory and tragic," Precious said.

"The issue of sexism is tragic but I don't entirely blame the sexists, not men but sexists. Not all men are sexist. I don't entirely blame the sexists or the so called society, rather, I blame women and the feminist movement. As a matter of fact, I blame women and the feminist movement more," Halima stated.

"Why?" Omotola asked, curiosity written all over her.

"Permit me to indulge you but I must warn you, it will be a lengthy one."

"Fire it."

"Go on."

"We have all day."

Omotola, Precious and Tesoma responded respectively.

"Okay," Halima said and cleared her throat. "Humans across the globe are equal irrespective of their race, gender or status. Why? Simple, because we all possess the human essence, and as a result of this we are all equal. Yes, there are or maybe physical differences that exist amongst us but that doesn't matter, because, our physical difference is not what defines us as humans, it's not what makes us humans rather it's our human essence which is sentience, God natured personality. All humans possess this essence irrespective of race, gender, status or any physical differences."

"Let's bring this home to the issue of gender. Whether male or female, we are all humans, we all possess the human essence and this makes us equal. Yes, there are physical differences that exist between the male and the female but those differences are not what define our humanity, rather the human essence, sentience coursing through us. Both males and females are equal."

"For years, women were been seen and treated as second tier humans until the rise of the women's right movement or feminism as it's commonly called in our contemporary times. In as much as we've come a long way in the fight for women liberation and gender equality, the issue of sexism is still a major concern. This is because, one, in as much as legal sexism, which deals with law based or law centric sexism, has been erased all thanks to feminism, Ideological sexism, which deals with the mental inferior view of women still triumphs. Two, there are societies where women are still been seen and treated as inferior beings," Halima said.

"Ideological sexism strives because of the mental view that women are inferior. In this case, despite the fact that legally, both gender are equal, women are still being seen by lots of men as inferior, thus making legally backed up gender equality a joke. Ideological sexism is very powerful because it deals with mindset. Take for example, Nigeria, legally, both genders are equal but we here can all attest that, that isn't the case actually. Women are still being regarded as inferior by lots of men. Why? Simple, Ideological sexism. Ideological sexism makes a mess of legal gender equality. It makes it useless."

"The reason why Ideological sexism strive is not just because sexist possess it, rather mainly because women see themselves as inferior. Lots of women possess the ideology that they are the weaker sex, the inferior gender, the low one. They regard themselves as sub class in the human pyramid. With a mindset like this, it's possible for sexists to treat them as such. As women, we complain about how the society is discriminating us, how the society isn't fair to us but the question is, who are the society?" Halima said.

"Hmmmmm. Who are the society? That's one hell of a question," Precious said.

"Definitely, and that's the question we all need to ask ourselves. Who exactly are the society? The men? The women? Or both? Can a society that consist of both genders oppress the females if the females doesn't consent to it? How can a society of 3.97 billion men and 3.905 billion women inferior treat women if the women don't consent to it? Sexists won't have that inferior view of women if women didn't give them that impression. You're treated base on the impression you give. If you give the impression of inferiority, you will be treated as such, if you give the impression of power, you will be treated as such. So before we complain that society discriminates women, we should ask ourselves, who are the fücking society?"

"Let's bring it down home to our dear Nigeria. Who promotes the ideology that a woman is defined by her marital status? Women. Who promotes the ideology that a woman shouldn't be too ambitious especially so that she won't scare off men? Women. Who are at the forefront of subjecting widows to cruel, inhumane widowhood rites? Women. Who fill their daughters head with 'go to school ohhhh, so that you will marry a successful man'? Women. Who promotes the ideology that a good wife is a woman that only knows how to cook, clean, give sex and make babies? Women. Who promotes the idea that it's an abomination for a woman to be richer than her man? Women. Who promotes the ideology that a barren woman is an abomination, an outcast? Women. Who torments, attack and abuse a married woman who hasn't given birth? The mother in laws and daughter in laws. The men aren't the ones that physically do it. Who excuses a man's infidelity? Women. I can go on and on and on to recount how women are the ones promoting the ideological sexism with their mentality and actions."

"The society, whoever and whatever they are, ingrained this ideologies into the head of women, and women across history and cultures did a bang up job of propagating it. But will such be the case if women decide to discard such ideology? If women decides to put their feet on the ground and say 'enough', do you think the sexists will have the privilege of carrying out their acts? No dear. For gender equality to be a thing, in the actual definition of it, ideological sexism has to be thrown off the window and for ideological sexism to be dumped, women, lots of women have to change their mindset, they have to liberate themselves, otherwise they will continue to be the inferior gender, the weak ones and it won't fücking be the fault of the sexists or the society, besides, who are the society?" Halima said.

"This is where feminism comes in. The glorious movement started by powerful, intelligent and insightful women like Elizabeth Stanton for the sole purpose of eradicating sexism and establishing equality across genders, and for over 170 years, this movement has spread like wildfire and gone a long way to promote women's right and establish gender equality, but there's still a long way to go. But unfortunately, the 21st century feminism is an entirely different ball game. I'm still flummoxed at what the movement have turned into. I will say, it has been hijacked by a bunch of toxic women, misandrist. Feminism that was meant to deal with critical socio-political issues regarding women have now been turned into a socio-political drama and comedy. It's now been regarding as toxic and dangerous to our society and socio-political peace not just by sexist but by women and non sexist men. The impression of feminism this toxic feminists, as I will call them, are propagating is false and damaging."

"Lots of people especially women don't really understand what feminism stands for any more. They take a look at its definition and aim, and then back at the actions of so called feminists, they see the contrast which makes them to ask 'what exactly are you fighting for?' gender equality or female supremacy? Gender equity or misandry. Are you fighting for women's right or you're fighting men? This tragic impression of feminism has made lots of women choose not to be a part of it, but if women choose not to be a part of the movement, how can ideological sexism be eradicated? Women need to be united in this. We need to join our hands together, pull our voice, strength and resources together in this fight."

"This fight is not against men but against an ideology, the female inferior ideology heavily possesed by women, in other words, the fight is about liberating women from themselves. If women choose to put away the inferiority ideology, there's nothing men can do to stop it. Who are they going to fight against? Their wives? Daughters? Mothers? Sisters? Female friends? Lovers? Men that supports the women's right? Tell me, who are they going to fight against? The sexists will fall back, fading away into oblivion, but that will be if and only if women choose to unite and liberate themselves from ideological sexism. Feminism is the binding force for this. It is the platform."

"But feminism can't be effective in this goal if the wrong narrative of it is being propagated all thanks to the toxic feminists. This bunch of emotionally battered women at the hands of men who evolved into misandrists have heavily corrupted the feminist system. They've turned it into a misandry, female supremacy and lesbian promoting movement. What business does lesbianism have with feminism? Is it the LGBTQ+ movement? What the fück is 'I'm a feminist because I'm a lesbian'? What happens to 'I'm a feminist because I stand for women's right and gender equality'? What fucking business does misandry and female supremacy have with feminism? When did feminism become a 'war against men' movement instead of a 'war against sexism' movement? Is this what women like Elizabeth Stanton, Susan Anthony wanted and others fought for when they started the women's right movement in the 19th century? Is this what true feminists like Dr Caroline Ziggler, Dr Angela Richard, Mrs Elena Gonzalez and others are fighting for? I tell you if the founders of this movement are to see what 21st century feminism has turned into, they will shed tears."

"I'm a proud feminist. We all in this room are proud feminist. We stand for women's rights. We stand for gender equality or equity. If true feminists don't fix the system, this movement in a matter of time will collapse. To fix it, we need to get back on track. We need to change the narrative. We need to stand for what feminism truly is. We need to call for and promote what it truly represents which is gender equality which deals with respect, honour and equity of and for the female folks. We need to pull our voices, platforms and resources to kick against the misandry and female supremacy ideology of toxic feminism, we need to disassociate ourselves from them. We need to liberate women through extensive, intensive and consistent orientation from ideological sexism and rally them to stand for gender equality. We need to admonish, persuade and support women to chase their dreams and attain that height or status they want to, in the society irrespective of what the so called society thinks or says. We need to admonish, persuade and support women to attain financial independency and stability. We need to let women know that marriage is good but they don't need marriage to define them, they need to know that child bearing is good but they aren't defined by that. And lastly, we need to have a global feminist body."

"A global feminist body?" Omotola asked.

"Yes. In this universe of ours, such is lacking. We need a global feminist body, one that will act and stand as the global symbol and custodian of feminism. One that unites the various women's right group globally under one umbrella. With this, true feminism will be propagated, ideological sexism will be opposed and eradicated, toxic feminism will be aggressively fought against and in societies where women are legally being discriminated and oppressed, such will be extensively and intensively fought. A global feminist body gives us a global structure and unites us together. It augments and strengthens our voice, power and resources. It gives us purpose and increases the possibility of actual gender equality or equity tremendously."

"All hands must be on deck especially you Precious," Halima pointed out.

Precious gave a questioning look.

"You have the platform. I do not have the platform you have. You're a prominent woman all thanks to being the wife of one of the world most powerful man, being one of the vice presidents of Xav Foundation, and the CEO of Precx Fashion World, a global fashion brand, being close to Dr Caroline Ziggler, an influencial feminist. All these gives you the power, resources, influence and access to other prominent true feminist. I and the rest of us in this room don't have such platform. We will do what we can using our own capacities but you dear, can effect tremendous change with your platform. Don't you think there's a reason you have such platform?"

"With your platform, you can be the Elizabeth Stanton of our time as regards the formation of this global feminist body. Think about how far that will go in propagating true feminism," Halima stated causing the ladies to ponder in silence, especially Precious who personally related with it.

CHAPTER SEVENTY FIVE


Precious trotted into the Xav Personal Laboratory, XavPel --- Xavier's personal science lab in the Xav Mansion. She was adorned in a light pink, thigh length lingerie robe. She glanced around, taking in the sight of the various science machines, computers, gadgets, tools, specimens and chemicals that adorned the lab. On a corner was a digital board with complex mathematical calculations written with a light pen on it. She cringed at the sight of it. Physicist and maths! She uttered within, feeling repelled. Nothing turns her off more than abstract maths, like the one her husband has sworn his life to.

Talking about her husband, she fixed her gaze on him as he sat by a table observing a holographic image that was projected from the computer that lay on the table. Precious smiled, recognizing the project he was working on.

"Hey."

Xavier lifted his head towards her direction, smiled and replied, "hey."

"Shouldn't you be putting on a lab coat?" She teased and bit her lips, sashaying towards him. "It's against the rules," she purred.

Xavier smiled. "Only when I need it," he replied and admired her racy outfit. The lingerie on her made her look sultry. The way it adorned and graced her frame was alluring.

"You love what you're seeing," she teased seductively. He responded with a smirk and wink. He held her waist when she got close and pressed his lips hard on her stomach in a kiss.
Shifting the computer aside, she sat before him on the table, her legs positioned beside him placing him in between them.

"Committed to creating a faster than light technology huh," she said.

"You know it's a passion."

"Yeah right." She stroked his long soft hair. "I wonder, between you and Elon Musk, who is more crazy."

Xavier facial shrugged. "Knowing who I am... I am."

"I love your sincerity," Precious purred, running her thumb on his lips. She slid two fingers into his lips causing him to give a slow sloppy suck.

"And you my dear love the crazy Xav," he said in an erotic voice.

Loosening and parting her robe, he ran his tongue sensually on her stomach, moving downward towards her groin. On getting there, he took his time kissing and lapping her thighs. Precious twirled lightly and whimpered. Shifting her g-string, he planted kisses on her vagina before moving upward on her body, settling on her exposed boobs which he rendered brief services to. He withdrew, sat back on his sit and gave her a naughty look. Precious sighed and surrendered to her fate.

"Someone is in a teasing mode," she teased sarcastically.

"And someone is frustrated," he jeered. Precious rolled her eyes. "But don't worry, I will make it up to you. Your sultriness this night can't go in vain," he purred and kissed her thigh.

"You know I'm so happy for Bem and Halima," he said.

"Same here. They will make a great couple." Xavier nodded affirmatively.

Stroking his hair, she said, "You know today I had a very interesting conversation with the girls especially our latest bride to be, Halima on the issues of sexism and feminism."

"Hmmmmm. That's interesting," he said picking interest. Precious gave him the details of her time with the ladies and Halima's feminist gospel.

"Exactly what I've been saying to women. I'm really glad Halima saw it," Xavier said. "She's really smart."

"I concur," Precious affirmed. "But if you've been saying such to women how come I never heard it from you."

Xavier shrugged and replied, "Well, that's because we've not had any discussion on the issue."

"Right," she acknowledged.

"You know since then, I've been pondering." She paused. "Halima is right, we need a global feminist body and we need to change the feminist narrative by setting it back on track."

"Definitely. Such needs to be done."

"That's why I've decided to take a frontline role in the system," she announced.

"That's good to the ears."

"And..." He took her hand and imprinted a kiss on it. "You've got my support."

"I will have to meet with Dr Caroline Ziggler on this, working with her will truly be fruitful and amazing."

"Beautiful idea," Xavier affirmed.

CHAPTER SEVENTY SIX


"Guys, if you haven't heard, the Ideal Men League, IML, will be holding its first convention on the 29th to 31st of next month at the Dominion Land cathedral, Miami," Xavier announced to his friends in a lounge.

"What's the Ideal Men League?" Danjuma asked.

"It's a group for men founded by Raphael Ziggler earlier this year for the purpose of raising and grooming ideal men. Men who will effect positive change in the society, men who will be better fathers and partners to their children and women. Men who will be the symbol of goodness, growth and light in our world," Xavier explained.

"Hmmmmm, is that all?" Danjuma said, demanding more.

"If you look around, you will notice that men are the most influential creatures on Earth. We exert great influence on our world, the younger generation and even women. We influence and affect the nature and happenings of our world. The world is messed up because men are messed up, so to fix it, we have to fix our men by setting them back on track, the track they've deviated from. This was Zigglers reason for founding IML, to raise up ideal men in other to ensure the progress and positivity of our world."

Danjuma nodded in understanding.

"And if you look at it, this ideology of his is true. That's why I'm a passionate member of it, founding member if you must say," Xavier said.

"Okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. That looks nice and promising. Lets see how it goes," Danjuma said.

"Same here, I wish and hope it is successful in terms of it aim. If it is, it will really influence and affect lots of men positively. Think about how the society, families and relationships will be," Bem said.

"Affirmative," Dafe chipped in while Xavier nodded in support. "Men really need it when you consider the sought of irresponsible, toxic, insecure and negative men that permeates this generation. I'm happy for such insight from Dr Raphael. That man is truly a blessing to this world."

"I can't agree less," Xavier said in response to Dafe. "You guys are invited, it is ticket free. Aside that, you can live stream it on social media, YouTube, Dominion Land website and the IML website," Xavier said.

"Which are?" Dafe quizzed. Xavier went on with the details.


***Later that day***


"Ohhh my Godddddd! Aren't they cute?" Precious said admiring a picture of two twin babies. She was on the bed with her back resting against the headboard while Xavier lay backwards on her, in between her legs.

"What's that?" Xavier enquired. She showed him the picture.

"Aren't they cute?" She asked with admiration and excitement.

"They are. Very cute I must say..." He turned and faced her howbeit still laying on her. He bit his lips. "You know we could start making our own."

"I know and I can't wait to make beautiful humans with you..." She said and stroked his face. "But... don't you think it's too early? We aren't up to a year as married couples."

"There's no law that forbids such. No time is too early jewel." He caressed and kissed her thighs. "I want to fill your womb with our beautiful seeds."

"And you will but not now."

"When?"

"Anytime from now but definitely not now," she said and gave a benign smile.

"Mbok (please) do. I've always fantasize about being a father. You will make that fantasy a reality," he said taking his initial position.

"Same here. I can't wait to be a mummy." She gently caressed him.

"Four babies right?"

"Yes, four babies," she affirmed.

"Can we start talking about names?"

"Make the belle come first na, this man. Dem never wash beans, moi-moi don dey smell," Precious said and pinched him on his nipple. He exclaimed and twitched in response.


***Minutes later***


"Obim no no no, not that way, you're going to get yourself killed. There's an ambush," Precious let out in response to the mobile game Xavier was playing on his smartphone. They're still in their initial position.

"Your left obim. Fire. Okay, now roll forward. No, not that way. This man is going to get himself killed."

"Whew! Thank God you escaped that. Now shoot those crates over there to cause explosions and kill those enemy groups present there. Good. Just move forward."

"Incoming, Watch out! Whew, that was close. Fire those modafuckers obim, kill them all. That's it, like that, finish them. Their mama."

"What the fück are you doing? What the fückery fück are you doing obim? Do you want to die? No, no, I say no. That's not the way, you will lose. Obim, I say you will lose..."

"Jewel Jewel Jewel," Xavier called fed up. "Who's the player here? Me or you. I wonder why you dey carry the game for head."

In response, Precious intently gazed at him in silence, rolled her eyes and hissed.

"Leave me jor," she said and spanked his arm. "Besides, what's wrong in having empathy for a game player?"

"Crazy," Xavier jibed, hissed and went back to his game. As a reply, Precious gave him a pinch on his arm.

"Ounch!! What was that for?" He exclaimed in pain.

"That's what crazy people do," she said with an unapologetic look.

"Crazy," he jibed and went off the bed. He teased her by sticking out a mock tongue.

"I will show you what's crazy, fool!" Precious let out, got off the bed and launched at him.

"Here comes the yaba left escapee," he taunted and ran off the room, Precious gave him a chase. Their fading voice permeated the hallway as they went farther.

"I read online yesterday that a range of four hundred thousand to three million abortions happen in Nigeria yearly while globally, between ten to eighty million occur annually," that was Tesoma. The ladies and the guys were having a picnic in the garden of the Xav Mansion. For their entertainment and pleasures were varieties of drinks and eatables.

"So in other words, ten to eighty million babies are being murdered annually. There's is God ohhh!" Danjuma said.

"Murder? Says who?" Precious said.

"What do you call an act where a life is eliminated by another life?" Danjuma quizzed.

"My friend, abortion is not murder," Precious stated.

"Maka why?" Dafe jumped in.

"For Christ sake, we're taking about a pregnancy in a lady, a pregnancy that is unwanted. Are you going to force the woman to keep a pregnancy she doesn't want? What if she's not ready and capable of taking care of the baby? Ever wonder why we have lots of abandoned babies? What's the essence of birthing a child when you can't cater for him or her? How can scenarios like this be termed murder?" Precious said.

"Exactly, why abort the baby or better still why murder the baby when you can prevent it from coming? Why get pregnant when you don't want a baby?" Danjuma said.

"Gbam! Exactly my thought. When ladies part their legs like the red sea to have unprotected sex, what were they expecting? Throne of grace? If you can boldly have unprotected sex, why can't you boldly accept the responsibility. Abortion is just an excuse for people especially women to be irresponsible. They want to have unprotected sex but they don't want to bear responsibilities, so they seek pro abortion laws to protect them," Tesoma said.

"God bless you my sister. With all the contraceptives around, people in their right senses will still choose not to have safe sex, and they call for pro abortion laws to promote and defend their irresponsibility. What the actual fück!" Dafe said.

"You fail to realize that not every lady has access to contraceptives especially in developing nations like Nigeria," Precious stated.

"In this twenty first century? Abeg who no sabi condom? How much be condom again?" That was Danjuma.

"It's not just about the knowledge of the contraceptives, lots of women especially in rural areas can't access this contraceptives," Precious replied.

"But they can access abortion centers," Tesoma jibed. "In as much as you're right, the solution to that isn't abortion rather, one, an intensive and extensive sex education. Two, easy access to contraceptives both by the government and NGOs."

"I agree, but dear, the issue of abortion is a personal thing, it's meant to be a personal thing. It's a woman's body for fück sake. It's her body, her choice. "Dear, it's the universal right of every human to live. All lives have the right to life. All lives matters including babies," Omotola stated.

"All lives matter, same with the freedom of choice over one's body," Precious said. "Access to safe abortion is the right of every woman. Thousands to millions of women die every year due to unsafe abortions. Illegalizing or restricting abortion won't stop women from having abortions, it only puts them at the risk of unsafe abortions. Abortion is illegal in Nigeria, yet four hundred thousand to three million abortions are done here annually. Tragically, most of this abortions are unsafe which results in health complications or death. They should make it legal in this fücking country. Access to safe abortion is the right of every woman. "You know... you guys remind me of me when I was a student of this very department of mathematics years ago. I remembered wailing and complaining... and girl oh girl, it was freaking fun. The truth is, mathematics is an abstract discipline, a very abstract one. It's not an easy course to study but only those who are aggressively willful can study it, not just study, but conquer it. This is where love and passion comes in. These two combos fuel your will power coursing you towards victory."

"Take a look at me. Years ago, I was a student grumbling on how abstract and unnecessary mathematics is but look at me now, an expert in the field. I now deck a doctorate degree in it, lecture and write on it likewise engage in researches and tiredlessly working towards being a professor. Who would have thought?"

"Mathematics is tough, I'm not going to tell you it isn't but with passion, love, will power and practice, you will scale through. Besides, that's why you're a mathematics student."

"But Dr Angela, what's the whole essence of mathematics?"

Angela smiled, such question was a norm. In her early academic years, it was one question she loved asking but now it's one question she loves answering.

"For starters, it makes us to understand numbers in relation to the universe. Simply put, it enables us to understand the universe numerically. Lots of things if not all things in this space-time we call universe functions on or in line with mathematical principles. Ever wondered why physical science and engineering applies mathematics a lot?"

"Secondly, it is the very foundation of physical science and engineering. Without it, they don't exist. They operate base on its principles. That's why discipline like erm physics, chemistry, computer science, engineering and others have profuse application of mathematics in them. In the most simplistic term, physical science is the application of mathematics to study nature while engineering is the application of mathematics or physical science for invention purposes."

"This building we are in is constructed based on mathematical frame works, the cars we drive are constructed based on mathematical frame works. Physicist study the universe using mathematical principles. Go and ask the physics students, those of them studying wave, Laplace Transformation is being applied there. You learn it, they apply it. The computers and mobiles you use, both their hardwares and softwares especially the softwares, are built base on mathematical frame works. Have you taken a look at computer algorithms?"

"That's that for that... now I want you to try this personal practices at your leisure time," she said, turned around and wrote mathematical equations on the board.

"Wait ohhhh, is that mathematical questions or codes?" A male student asked his colleague out of surprise at the abstract questions on the board.

Turning around when done, Angela said, "To whom said that, mathematics is no different from coding. In coding or programming, you solve problems from bottom to the top but mathematics you tackle problems from the top to the bottom. Unlike programming, you don't build... you disintegrate. So dearies, dismantle this codes."

"As a matter of fact, you are submitting it in our next class. If you like do it, if you like don't, it's part of your continuous assessment and if you aren't careful, I might saturate this topic in your exams." She smirked menacingly. Her statement drew gasp and murmur from the audience. It feels so fücking good dishing out the threat, she said within with excitement.


***Minutes later***


The ringtone of Angela's phone joined it comrades in contributing to the sound energy of the environment, inevitably drawing her attention to it. She swiped her hand on the "RECEIVE" icon.

"Talk to me," she said to her caller, striding towards her car.

"Okay... I just finished lectures, I'm on my way." She pressed a button on the key of her Rolls Royce.

"You know what, that's a long route. Just send me the address ASAP and meet me there... okay!"

She started her car and drove off the parking lot of the Faculty of Science, out of the University of Lagos and into the bustling city of Lagos, adding to its ever increasing traffic.

"I heard about the unfortunate incident and that's why I'm here," Angela said to her audience; Delight, her parents, Mr and Mrs Williams Okosa, her younger twin siblings, Jessica and Johnson, in their living room.

"Can you give me an account of what went down? If it's okay with you of course, otherwise, I totally understand."

Delight after some seconds of silence and gazing at Angela, sighed melancholically and narrated the details of her rape.

Taking hold of Delight's hand, Angela gave it a soothing caress, fixing her gaze intently at her, a gaze that emboldened empathy, anger and fire for justice.

"I can't begin to comprehend the trauma you must be going through now. I promise you, your rapist, Damilola Balogun, will pay for his abomination. Being the Senate President's son won't save him, not when The RichGela Foundation will be handling the case," Angela assured.

"The RichGela Foundation?" Mr Williams asked.

"Yes... The RichGela Foundation."

"I wonder how that will be possible."

"Why do you say so?" Angela asked, her facial demeanor in line with her words.

"Because the Xav Foundation, Mrs Xavier to be precise has already proposed to handle the case."

"Xav Foundation?" Angela uttered, taken aback.

Angela dumped her hand bag on the table and slumped into the chair behind it. On the table is a polished wooden inscription;

She swiveled on her sit while rubbing her forehead in exasperation.

"Fück fück fück!!" She let out in anger and frustration. "Fück!! Why this case? Why must Precious be interested in this case? Why must the Xav Foundation be interested in this particular case? Of all the cases out there, why this one?"

For some enigmatic and unknown reasons, she found herself attracted to this particular case right from the moment she got wind of it from one of the staffs. She developed this unexplainable passion or more like obsession or obsession-passion, whatever one chooses to call it, towards the case. She couldn't deduce if it was because a powerless being was abused by a powerful personality or because a powerless, middle class female was abuse by a powerful, rich male or because it's an assigned task from the universe to her or whatever. She couldn't tell why, but she was excited about fighting for the powerless and bringing the almighty culprit to book, that was an absolute certainty. But the Xav Foundation? Mrs Precious Clinton Uweh? That's a challenge. She wasn't going to forgo this case for anyone, not for the Xav Foundation. She must find a way out. There's a reason the universe has given her that burden. This could be Divine, one never can tell.

"Gladys, set up a meeting with I and Mrs Precious Clinton Uweh of the Xav Foundation," she said into her phone to her personal assistant.

"No... not a call, a meeting. Certain things needs physical contact to be trashed out... from tomorrow will be okay. Thanks."

She dropped her phone and relaxed on her sit. Her eyes darted to the two picture frames of her husband and family respectively, positioned on the table. She smiled on seeing them. After feasting her eyes on her family photo, she transitioned to that of her husband. She smiled and bit her lips naughtily as she remembered the bliss of the previous night. Picking her phone, she put a call through and let it ring.

Placing her legs on the table, she said, "Hello heart... still reeling from last night?" She bit her lips and laughed heartily afterwards in response to the caller.

CHAPTER EIGHTY


Dangote sure do know how to throw a birthday party," Angela praised taking a drink from a passing server.

"And he sure do know how to make a man Hot in his party," Richard purred and nozzled his wife, kissing and lapping her neck and shoulders. Angela twitched delightfully in response.

The couple were in the birthday party of the Dangote Group boss, Mr Aliko Dangote. The ambience of the hall was glorious all thanks to its classical adornments from the lightening which illuminated all matters on sight with its brilliant spectrums of colours resulting in scintillating glows on their subjects, to the decorations and to the drapings. The drinks and eatables were top notch. The party was a testament to the financial investment made into it. It reeked of class and opulence, the literal definition of the status and capacity of its organizer. Adding to its grandeur were the personnels that graced the party, the elites, not just the elites but the very elites, the selected creame de la creames of Nigeria.

"Too bad, he didn't make it convenient to fück," she teased.

"That's why there's something called sneaky sex," Richard whispered seductively into her ears.

"Mmmm," Angela mumbled. "In as much as it sounds sexy and enticing... I'm not gonna fall for it heart. So snap out of it," she said, snapping her fingers at the last statement.

Richard grumbled in displeasure and said, "God!... you're such a kill joy."

"Duh..." She stuck out a mock tongue.

"But don't blame me, you look amazing and sultry."

"More of that tonight and I might change my mind on the sneaky sex thingy." She winked seductively and smiled sultrily. Richard gave a lustful smile.

Standing in their corner of the party, her eyes reflexly scanned the hall, hovering from one attendee to another. Her eyes caught the frame of someone, two people as a matter of fact. The very persons she desired to meet, in the same party with her. Who would have thought.

"Dangote sure do know how to bring people together," Angela remarked, nudging her husband towards the subjects of her attention. "The Xaviers. Don't we serve a living God?"

Richard sipped his drink and nodded.

"We should go say hi," she suggested.

"You mean you should go say hi," Richard replied and smirked.

"Don't be a kill joy... lets go." With that she pulled him towards the couple.

"Fate or coincidence?" Angela said on approaching Xavier and Precious.

"Heyyy..." Xavier and Precious greeted unisonally.

"It's nice meeting you. My husband and I were standing over there..." Angela pointed her finger to their previous location. "When we saw you and..."

"She said 'why don't we go say hi,'" Richard took over from her. "But trust men, I tried wriggling myself out of it but that was a failure from the beginning, so here we are," he said comically, causing laughter from his audience, him inclusive. "Nice meeting you Dr Xavier," Richard said and shook Xavier.

"My God! Precious I love your shoes," Angela complimented.

"Uh huh... I love your earrings and neck chains. They're so beautiful," Precious returned the favor, both out of sincerity and respect to the girls code.

Richard and Xavier gave a knowing eye roll.

"Really, Babe... is this why we came here?" Richard uttered.

"Hey heart, chill. Let we sisters do our thing. Don't try to villify us," Angela jibed at him.

"Crazy," Xavier whispered to Richard.

"Did you call my wife crazy?" Richard whispered in response.

"I... I... nooooo. I was referring to the both of them," Xavier whispered in defence.

"But you said 'crazy' after my wife spoke."

"Dude... are we doing this now?" Xavier whispered in frustration. Richard gave him a pat.

After the moment of pleasantries, Angela requested, "Mrs Xavier can I speak to you in private?"

"Sure," Precious obliged and moved away with her leaving the men to themselves.

"Lets just pretend like we don't know what they're going to talk about," Xavier said.

"Yeah... lets just pretend they're not going to try to convince the other of dropping the Delight rape case," Richard responded.

"Lets just pretend like we don't know that this attempt is mission impossible."

"Lets just pretend like we don't ponder on why they are so obsessed over this case."

"And lets just pretend as if we, their husbands, for some reasons haven't taken interest in the case."

"Really!... Have you?" Richard quizzed, raising a curious brow.

"Absolutely. You?"

Richard chuckled briefly and answered, "Funny enough, I'm in."

"But you know what? I don't even know why. I just feel this inner desire and burden to be a part of it but you? I know it fücking has to do with the fact that it's the son of the senate president of Nigeria," he said.

Xavier gave a shrug to what sounded like an accusation but wasn't.

"Why?... Why are you obsessed with powerful people? That's how you dealt with the former UN secretary general, the ex Italian president, the previous vice president of the United States and the prince of Saudi," Richard said. "You no dey fear?" He jibed.

Xavier smirked. "Wellllllllllll..." He dragged. "Someone has to show those dicks that being powerful doesn't mean you should abuse it. Besides, I'm not referred to as one of the most powerful figures on Earth without a reason."

"You're cray cray, you know that right?"

"Thanks for the compliment brother." Xavier gave a dramatic bow.

"Stop being cheesy mbok," Richard jibed. "The one that really shocked me was that of the Saudi prince. How you were able to pull such stunt against the prince of a powerful monarchy state and they couldn't do anything baffles me."

"That's what I call power. The ability to bend the world to your will howbeit in my case, for good," Xavier said. "The question is, what would they have done?"

"Let me tell you a secret?"

"Balls in your court," Richard said.

"Doing this requires I watch my back a lot and tread cautiously, which I do. Aside that, I'm enrolled in God's security plan," Xavier admitted. Not also forgetting The Organization, he said within and smiled.

"Being faithy huh." Richard twitched his lips and raised a brow.

"Absolutely."

"It's good. I'm a man of faith also."

"You will need all the Divine aid you can get plus the ones your power, intelligence, influence and resources can get you, since you do the exact same thing like me, tackling powerful humans who abuse their powers in oppressing the weak."

"I can't agree less," Richard affirmed and sipped his drink. "Someone has to fight for the powerless. Someone has to establish check and balance amongst the powerful. There's a reason we are giving this capacity. I think we are God's agents, agents of benevolence and justice."

"Exactly... and Mr Damilola Balogun is going to be checkmated," Xavier said, clinking their glass of champagne in a cheer.

"I love this chemistry. I feel a brotherhood forming." The duo smiled in acknowledgement.


***Angela and Precious***


"You know the universe is a mystery, in a beautiful way though. Earlier today I booked a meeting with you for tomorrow but here we are. Who would have thought that you will be here this night, in Lagos, for this party," Angela said and sipped her drink.

"Well... coincidence or fate?"

"We never can tell but what we can tell is, there will be no need of me traveling all the way from Lagos to Abuja tomorrow for the booked meeting when we can trash it out here."

Precious nodded in affirmation.

"Sounds good to me. I got busy schedules tomorrow. I will be more than willing to erase this one out," Precious said, lightly tapping her glass with her forefinger.

"You know why we are here."

"The Delight rape case."

"Yeah. I want you to drop it." Precious raised a quizzed brow. "I'm interested in that case. I want the RichGela to handle it."

"You know that's not possible."

"It can if you make it so."

"It can't, it isn't, it mustn't, it shouldn't and it won't," Precious stated.

"Why so many nots?" Angela said, taken aback by her reply.

"That's the impossibility of your request."

"Why?"

"Because I'm intimately connected to this case. I can't explain it but it is how I feel, I sense it. It's like some unique bond, desire, burden. It feels sought of special. Maybe it's because of the persons involve, maybe not... but that's just it."

"Mmmmmmmm," Angela sighed deeply and stared at her who reciprocated the gesture. They engaged each other in an unofficial staring contest. The feeling was mutual, which makes her request an impossible one to grant. When women are intimately connected to something, it might take only the omnipotent power of Divinity to change their minds.

"You know the feeling is mutual," Angela broke the silence and staring contest.

"Good to know."

"I have an idea." Precious gave a curious gaze. "If we aren't going to give in to each other's request why don't we partner considering the fact that we both want this case badly. I believe there's a reason we both have this intimate desire for it."

"Mmmmmmmm," Precious pondered for some seconds.

"Think about it. Two mega global humanitarian corporations partnering together to bring down a powerful rapist for the purpose of justice. It will be the news and combo. Think about the excitement and fear that will cause."

"I'm in..."

"Think about... wait, you're what?"

"I'm in," Precious said excitedly. "Think about the headlines, 'Xav-RichGela, the biggest alliance in the history of justice'."

"It will be the shocker and trigger. I'm glad we are doing this."

"Same here. A handshake to seal our alliance for justice."

"Of course," Angela said and shook her hand. "It's time to show the spoilt senatorial dickhead that thinks he can go about sticking his abominable dick into every hole he comes across that he can't, because holes have the law of consent governing them and every dick must abide by it and failure to do so comes with severe punishment."

"Woah!... Never knew mathematicians could be raw and uncensored. Thought they were nerds," Precious remarked.

"I don't know what you're talking about... but this mathematician before you is a bitch... the good kind."

"And I love bitches. Birds of the same feather huh. I'm liking you."

"You should, I'm likable," Angela said and flipped her hair dramatically causing Precious to let out laugher. "If I make ask, how did you know my meeting with you was because of the Delight case?"

"I didn't at first, but the Okosas called to inform me of their meeting with you. So I connected your meeting proposal with their information and boom, that was it."

"Mmhmmm," Angela grunted, nodding her head lightly. She looked back at their husbands lost in the world of their own. "It seems our heads are bonding well."

"It's conventional considering the fact that they share a lot of things in common," Precious said after taking a look at Xavier and Richard. "You know, they're both Akwa Ibomites and Oros. They're both billionaires. They're both regulars in Forbes billionaire list. They're both humanitarians and powerful. Lastly, they both have gorgeous, benevolent, supportive, powerful and intelligent women as wives."

"True... so true, especially the last one," Angela affirmed and clinked their glass of champagne in a cheer. "What about us sister? Any similarity?"

Precious smiled. "There are a lot..." She said and trailed off as their sister time continued.


***Richard and Xavier***


"You know what's beautiful? Two Oro guys bonding together," Xavier said.

"Yeah."

"But wait ohhhh, is it Oro or Oron? Because Oro sounds weird in my mouth. I prefer to use the word Oron men than Oro men."

"Dude, Oro is the tribe. Oron is a place, a place in Oro tribe."

"Yeah... I know but we shouldn't forget that Oron can be used to refer to a tribe and also a place."

"Nda, ku ne ndu ndiseme nu (bro, don't do that nonsense)," Richard spoke in the Oro dialect.

"Enu ndiseme oh (it's not nonsense)," Xavier defended.

"Ndiseme go nu (it's rubbish). Such mistakes are meant for outsiders not Oros like us. We should be correcting them not taking part in it. Besides, if you're having issues with the Oro-Oron thingy, why don't you use Akwa Ibom or Akwa Ibomites instead."

"No, I don't want the state, I want to streamline it down to the tribe."

"I agree, so we stick to the standard, Oro."

"Yes commander." Xavier gave a mock salute.

"Ofu (goat)," Richard jibed.

"Aba (dog)."

"Did you just call me a dog?"

"I thought we were listing names of animals," Xavier taunted, dodging a playful slap directed at him.

"You're sick."

"You're welcome." Xavier sipped his drink. "Okobo local government right?"

"Yeah. Yours, Mbo?"

Xavier gave an affirmative nod.

"You know if this were to be a story, the author will be accused of being a nepotist for making two Oro guys among the top ten global wealthiest, powerful, influencial, heads of mega multinational corporations and humanitarian organizations," Xavier said.

"Definitely. What a nepotist that author will be. But thank God, this is reality, not some fictional universe."

"What if it is?"

"Why will it be Xav? Why will it be?"

"I'm just saying..."

"Then stop saying it," Richard said, giving him the look. "I know you are an astrophysicist and all the 'what if we are nothing but characters in a virtual or illusionistic world created by superior intelligence' bullshit has eaten deep into your brain but please, I beg you in the name of God which we both believe in and worship, there should be a limit to everything."

"You never can tell what reality entails."

"So imma tryna tell me that I'm a fictional character and all I've being saying and doing all my life were dictated by an author or intelligence out there."

"Nooooo. I'm just saying, what if..."

"Shut up!!!" Richard let out with a blend of seriousness and humor.

"What?"

"I say shut up bro. You're not making sense. This is reality, not fiction."

"Okay ohhhhhhh." Xavier raised his hands in defeat.

"So what are you boys gossiping about," Precious said as Angela and her approached the duo.

"Welllll... we've been plotting a coup on her to overthrow the president," Xavier said. The ladies gave him a stunned but amuse look. "And I'm going to be the president while this dude over here will be my vice."

"That wasn't the agreement Dr Xav. I'm to be the commander in chief while you act as my deputy."

"Dude dude dude. What's your problem? We haven't even started the coup yet and you're already reneging on our agreement. Not cool, not at all."

Xavier and Richard exchanged causing the ladies to be amused. Their drama and engagement continued.

Officially, the main storyline of phase three, and the big cross over between the Xaviers and the RichGelas have begun.

Aside that, in the last update, The Organization --- which is the cohesive structure or primary cohesive structure of the Xav-Verse, the system that unites characters and stories in the Xav-Verse --- has been introduced. The Organization is to the Xav-Verse as Justice League, Avengers and Jedi are to the DC, Marvel and Star Wars Universes.

So take note of The Organization, Global Feminist Coalition (GFC), and the Ideal Men League (IML).

At this point, I can say the Xav-Verse have officially begun. The previous contents were just the prep up.

CHAPTER EIGHTY ONE


"Okay, this is the very first joint meeting between the delegates of The RichGela Foundation and Xav Foundation for what I call project justice for Delight," Angela said, amusing her audience with her last statement. She gave a giggle. "I know, I Know, I know, it's cheesy but catchy nevertheless. I'm glad we are all here, united by truth, fairness and justice."

"I want to acknowledge the presidents of the partnering organizations who have chosen to be a part of this project," she said receiving acknowledgement from Xavier and Richard. "And thank you, Mrs Xavier for choosing to do this, this partnership. You don't how much it means to me and to our ward, Miss Delight." In response Precious mouthed "You're welcome" to her. "So let's get this project kicked off."

"Okay, I know we are aware of the details but for courtesy sake and for those who may not be aware, if there's anyone of such among us, I will request of Miss Delight to give us the details of her tragedy," that was Precious. All eyes turned to Delight giving her approving looks. The meeting was taking place at the conference room of the Xav Foundation. Present were the presidents, vice presidents, selected executives and lawyers of both organizations, and Miss Delight Okowa.

Delight took some seconds to calm her nervousness by breathing in and out. Having to recount that tragic incident brought nervousness and melancholy on her. The trauma and despair she experienced thanks to that incident were immense, it's something she hasn't gotten over from, only justice would give her that healing and now she has the opportunity to get that, she will ensure she maximizes and go all the way with it even it means having to recount that incident.

"I was previously a staff at Danix Enterprise, a company here in Abuja, owned by the senate president but headed by his son, Mr Damilola Balogun," Delight began.

"One day, Damilola asked me to get some documents from the office to his house which I did. While in his house, he tried seducing me, telling me how he has always had this sexual desire for me, he made all sought of materialistic promises. Tempting as it were, I refused because, one, the attraction wasn't mutual. Two, because I wasn't okay with the fact that he saw me as a sex object just like his other girls, he's a playboy you know."

"When I refused his advances, he didn't take it likely. His ego and sexual obsession with me made him force himself on me, he raped me. When he was done, he threatened me not to breathe a word to anyone, he even went as far as bragging that even if I reported, the case won't fly because of who his father is. All this happened last month."

"I was devastated, traumatized and depressed after that experience. I refused going to work for a week. I couldn't go to the office when my boss was my rapist, how was I to face such reality? Questions from my family and Veronica Jonathan, my best friend, started popping up regarding my melancholic mood and abstinence from work. I had to open up to them. I didn't open up to anyone earlier because I was scared, traumatized and ashamed."

"As for how you got to know, I can't tell but if I'm to make a guess, I think it might be when I told Veronica. I revealed the incident to her at the Millennium Park. So I guess, someone must have heard, probably one of you or your staffs and one thing led to another, you heard. You know the proverbial statement, 'be careful what you say because the walls have ears', I guess in this case it's the wind that had ears." She chuckled at the last statement.

"I don't know if it was through that you got to know about it but the odds are high on that."

"I'm really thankful for sharing this with us, we all are. I know the emotional turmoil you pass through to do that. That's very courageous of you," Precious said. Delight gave an appreciative nod.

"So our witnesses are the victim herself and the third parties in the persons of her family and Veronica," Xavier stated.

"Yes but since she said she stayed away from work and eventually resigned, her colleagues or close colleagues at Danix Enterprise definitely will note that, which then means our witness base increases howbeit in this case, indirect witness because they can't actually give proofs that the rape happened but they they can prove that she left the company after the said date which is in line with the rape plot, so things will fix in," Precious said.

"In as much as the available witnesses is good, we will need stronger evidence, like a recording where the accused admits to his crime, a video recording will be preferable," Xavier said.

"I agree with you Xavier. Rape cases are kinda tough to prove because in most cases, things are based on hearsay. It's one controversial case because the accuser might be lying. I'm not saying you're lying," Richard said, directing the last statement at Delight. "As I said, the accuser might be lying and there's no lie detecting machine to detect that, so we need something solid as proof or proofs, like the admittance of the rapist."

"I guess this is where the recording comes in. Since he is guilty, all we have to do is create the evidence. Great plan," Mrs Elena Gonzalez said.

"I concur."

"Same here."

Angela and Precious affirmed respectively, same with the personnels present.

"We shouldn't forget, we are dealing with the household of the senate president and there's a very high probability that he or they will choose family over justice, in other words this case will be dirty. They're going to fight dirty to prevent its success. We've dealt with lots of similar cases, cases involving powerful figures and it's always bloody," Xavier said.

"So potentially, the life of our ward and her family might be at risk same with that of her best friend, Veronica. We've seen cases where these powerful figures threaten witnesses to back off a case and if this witnesses are very close to the prosecutor, they threaten the life of these witnesses to force the prosecutor to pull back the case. We are not going to let that happen, we have the resources, so we enroll Delight, Veronica and their families into our witness protection program. We will take them somewhere safe where they will be protected from whatever harm the Baloguns might be planning until the case is over. We will deal with all loose ends that might cause."

"There's a very high probability that the Baloguns will go dirty, so we have to be ahead of them. We aren't going to give them any loop hole to strike through."

"Aside that, we control the media, so if it comes to using the media, we will. If the Baloguns choose to go dirty, they won't know what hits them," Xavier concluded.

"So now that's said. Mr Joel and Mrs Yemisi, our legal representatives, will file the lawsuit on behalf of us to the Baloguns," Angela said. The referenced lawyers nodded in acknowledgement.

"And we also need to get that recording," Richard said.

"Absolutely," Elena affirmed.

"But how? Any ideas?" That was Precious.

"I got an idea... ideas to be precise," Xavier said and smirked.

Senator Daniel Balogun's eyes flicked and darted from one of the two strangers in his living room to the other. What was more strange were the words flying off their mouth. Having decided to take advantage of the break the weekend provided from the legislative sessions, sitting down with his wife in his living room and listening to two people whom he has never met in his life tell him about something which is the nightmare of every Earthian especially the prominent ones was in no way part of the plan, not a quantum of it.

"As I said honourable senator, our clients, the Xav Foundation and The RichGela Foundation, has filed a lawsuit on behalf of their client, Miss Delight Okosa, against your son, Mr Damilola Balogun, on the ground of rape," Mr Joel Ribadu, the lawyer representing The RichGela Foundation, said. His colleague, Mrs Yemisi Adedayo, the lawyer representing the Xav Foundation, handed the lawsuit document to Senator Balogun. His wife, Mrs Ruth Balogun, collected it instead and briefly went through it.

"Again, I say... rape!!?" Senator Balogun, the senate president of the federal republic of Nigeria, said out of disbelief.

"This is all bullshit," Mrs Ruth Balogun reacted, slamming the document beside her on the couch. "All these... all these you've uttered are utter nonsense."

The lawyers smiled, the reactions were conventional. No one hopes, talk more of receiving such information about a love one, but unfortunately, reality is reality, shit happens.

"I understand it's hard to assimilate but that's just how it is. Now, it is up to the accused, your son, to clear his name in court," that was Yemisi.

"We sincerely hoped to meet your son in this meeting but unfortunately, that's not the case. We will be pleased for this message to be passed across to him. Also, we will be more pleased if compliance in line with this is done, you know the law... you're a lawmaker. It will be of benefit to the parties of both spectrum. We await your response... in court of course," Yemisi said and got up, same with her partner.

"Do have a nice day, Honourable and Mrs Balogun," That was Joel. With that, the lawyers walked out of the Elegant living room of the Baloguns leaving the couple surprised from the engagement.

"This is shitty. My God, if this is true, Damilola has finished me," Ruth lamented, her legs consciously squirming melancholically.

Pacing to and fro the living room, Daniel took hold of his phone, put a call through and waited for its reception, when the network signaled the reception of the call, he said to his contact with an intense tone, "Where are you? I need to see you now!"

CHAPTER EIGHTY TWO


"Damilola Balogun, can you explain why the fück a certain Miss Delight is filling a lawsuit against you on the accusation of rape?" Mrs Ruth thundered at her son.

"Rape? Delight? Lawsuit?" Damilola asked stunned.

"Yes, rape... Delight... lawsuit," Senator Balogun stated. "So tell me, is it true? Did you rape anybody by the name Miss Delight Okosa?"

"I didn't rape anybody," Damilola responded immediately.

"You didn't?" That was Ruth.

"Yes, I didn't. Even if I did, how am I suppose to know her name?"

"Good point. You may not know her name but you will recognize her face or her narration," Balogun said. He gazed intently at his son not convinced of his denial. If there's one thing he knew, this young man he calls his son, all thanks to his nasty nature, is capable of doing things and he fears rape might be a part of it.

"Listen here, this shit is messy than you think. You need to understand that powerful organizations are backing her up. They're willing to fight for her."

"Which organizations?" Damilola asked. Curiosity and nervousness entailed in his voice.

"The RichGela Foundation," Ruth said.

"What!!!?" Joyce, Damilola's younger sister, uttered in shock.

"Not only them, the Xav Foundation also," Ruth completed.

"Christ Jesus!!!" Daniella, younger sister to Damilola and Joyce, exclaimed. "That's messy."

"So young man, you see this is complicated, it's messy, it's raw trouble. We all know how powerful and dangerous these organizations are especially Xav Foundation. Xavier is a rascal when it comes to justice especially when it involves a prominent figure. We saw how he messed up the former UN secretary general, the former vice president of the United States which led to her impeachment, the former president of Italy which also led to his impeachment, the prince of Saudi Arabia and other global powerful figures. We all know these guys are all serving prison sentences. These two organizations are not ones you toy with, they're part of the organizations in our world that the world is scared of, even world leaders."

"Now these two powerful organizations are on your neck. So you better fücking tell me the truth. Denying won't help you because in court, the truth will be lay bare and if you're lying, it will be exposed. So you better tell me the truth so that I can know how to spin things."

"So for the last time Damilola, are you guilty of the allegation?" Balogun asked with a menancing tone. All eyes in the living room turned to Damilola, the object of attention.

"I... umm... I... I... erm... I..."

"I what?" Balogun barked at a stuttering Damilola.

"Yes. Yes, I raped her."

"God!!"

"Bullshit!!"

"Fück!! Despicable!!"

Ruth, Daniella and Joyce exclaimed respectively.
With anger, Balogun charged towards his son and gave his cheek a hard masculine slap.

"You nasty spoilt brat, you despicable rascal. Is this what I get for fathering you? I ensured you lacked nothing but what did I get in return, raping a girl. Your other atrocities which I made sure I cleaned up wasn't enough, you had the guts to do this and now it has turned back to bite us all in the butt, not just bite us but bite off a huge chunk of our butt."

"The image I worked for years to built is about to be ruined, washed down the drain all because of your ingrateful and irresponsible ways," Balogun ranted.

"What are we going to do?" That was Daniella.

After pondering for some seconds, the senate president said, "From the nature of things, we can't afford to go to court, not when we are going up against those two organizations. An out of court settlement will be ideal. Lets hope they agree to that."

"Or we can just let him face the consequences of his actions."

"Joyce!!"

"Yes mum. How long will we continue to clean up his mess? How long? The more we do this, the more he continues to mess up."

"Enough Joyce! Enough," Balogun chided. "We do as I've said."

"What if they refuse an out of court settlement?" Daniella asked.

"Then we have no choice but to face them in court. This case will be a dirty one from the look of things."

"Is he worth it?" Joyce said.

"I won't take that from you Joyce," Damilola said angrily.

"You still have the guts to talk after the mess your abomination has put this family in," Joyce fired back.

"Enough you two," Ruth chided. The siblings stared at each other, facially firing lethal ammunitions at each other. "Your father has spoken and that's final."

"Before anything else young man, I will like you to narrate your sins to me," Balogun demanded. Damilola stared at him for some seconds, then at his mother and sisters and back at him, gave a nervous sigh and started his account.

"Okay Okowas, this is your new home now for the duration of this case," Precious announced to Delight, her parents and her siblings. In response, the Okowas reacted with excitement and appreciation.

"Thank you so much," Mr Williams Okowa said with immense gratitude. "This is so thoughtful of you."

"Don't beat it, it's called doing the right thing. We have to ensure the safety of your family through out the length of this case. The Baloguns could be up to something sinister and we don't want you to be a victim of it," Angela said.

"Thank you so much for your support," Mrs Chioma Okowa expressed with emotions. "How are we ever going to repay you."

"You don't have to. We are only doing what's needed, what's right. We believe in using our resources for good, for the powerless and not against them, for humanity. It's purpose, it's God's will," Precious said.

"Aside that, we are changing the narrative about the rich and powerful. Not all wealthy, powerful people are selfish and oppressive. Some of us are humane. If any one tells you that our kind are malevolent, just reference us," Angela said and gave a benign smile. She made to say something but the ringing of her phone interrupted, she excused herself, walked to a corner and answered her call.

"Thank you so much," Delight said hugging Precious passionately. "Thank you for bringing hope to me."

"You're welcome dear," Precious said patting her back. After few seconds, they disengaged.

"Please guys, ensure you don't leave this house. Everything you need is and will be provided. Your safety is of paramount importance. We don't want you risking your exposure. Who we are up are against are powerful and could be dangerous. This is a secret location here in Abuja, no one except us are aware of it. Aside that, we have securities stationed in this facility. Same thing has been done for Veronica and her family," Precious charged. "Can you promise me that," she asked out of concern. The Okowas responded in the affirmative.

"Delight, I promise you, you will get the justice due you." Delight nodded in acknowledgement and appreciation while the twins, her younger siblings, Jessica and Johnson, hugged her with hope and joy.

"Gladys, tell the pilot to get the jet ready, I just received a call, I will be heading to Hong Kong but I will make a stop at Lagos to get some documents and you're coming with me also," Angela said to her personal assistant, walking towards the Okowas and Precious.

"I will get that done in a jiffy ma'am," Gladys said and got to work.

"I guess this is where I leave you guys. See y'all later," Angela said and walked off with her personal assistant.

Overwhelmed by the music, she got up and carried herself to the dance floor. Positioned where he could see her, she teased and entertained him with her sensual dance moves.

Xavier relaxed on his sit, sipped his drink, had a naughty smirk on his face as he feasted his eyes on the alluring sight before him. He gave himself into the moment, the flow, letting himself course throw it seamlessly and basking in the euphoria it gave. The erotic rhythmic movement of his wife on the dance floor, the racy look on her face as she gazed at him, the twirling of her body in perfect harmony, the enthralling view of the jumpsuit on her were all captivating, luscious and thrilling.
