That's because abinitia you never see betting as fun..you put all ur energy thinking you will catch out someday without thinking you re going into mess..

Delete ur app..
If possible use small phone

For me I don't spend more than 1k in betting monthly sometimes 600naira then I will stop..till next month I will give a trial..even though I will be pushed to credit more than that amount but I decided not to go beyond that amount..make decisions today you will stop it

You can win money during this difficult period, but you have to be careful not to lose it all. I play in the live casino on the internet https://zeytinagacidergisi.com/ and I manage to win money. This is enough to buy groceries and pay for some services. I think this is a good option as an extra income.

If you see how the owners of betting companies spend money, you will never bet again.

This thing wey u talk so na true. I have been around most of the indigenous betting company owners and i must say they truly dey burn money. But lets not forget these guys are multi millionaire and billionaires in naira with different streams of income asides their betting companies/investments.

Don't stop until you win.
My colleague won 700,000 naira bet 9ja last month.
August may be your winning month.

Just 2018 here. You still have some few years to suffer before you advice yourself. I have been there. If you have not lost much or suffered much, you will continue to bet

Our love for sports as guys is our own downfall.

The only quick fix now is to get another addiction. Like me, I chose brothel visitation and upped my sex game.

Now I struggle to get money (both legally and mischievously) to satisfy the urges of my groin.

Instead of struggling to satisfy baby (virtual), choose from quick teller, balling, smoking drinking or womanising

i know this is not a right section for this thread, but i must do it here to attract more audience, since this is the most congested section on nairaland.
guys i need good advices and practical steps to take on how to stop this killer habit. i started football betting 2018 during my nysc days, i lost my allawee to the ruthless bookies and went back my village empty handed.
and it seems the curse is still following me, because since that time i have been wallowing in abject poverty and joblessness the little money i get from menial jobs i send it directly to the bookies account, right now that i am typing this with tears in my eyes i have no shi-shi i dont even know how to eat this night, thank god i am not feeling suicidal but honestly it aint easy, i want my life back i wanna be free from the chains of gambling.
i was living my normal life then i indulge myself into this killer habit now im just hopeless and poor with vision about my future, all i think about is how to come up with a strategy to hit the bookies hard today i understand its not possible, these guys had planned everything u can never win them. to anyone that had been there pls tell me how you successfully stop it, i am morethan ready to learn.

This past week alone, Ekitipikin won about N150m

Bossolamilekan won about N7m

Legitcalculator wins about N5m-N20m almost everyday

I can give you well predicted 1000 odds, to recover from your misery
