Honestly, that's the truth and it's very sad.

If he can think properly, that 1m can get him plots of land if not even acre in a surbub area (I'm into Real Estate so I know this very well) which can in no distance time turn to a massive profit .

1m can get some good Nigeria used car , you can achieve building foundation though that's depends on your kind of building anyway. Even with our dying economy here, you can do a whole lot with 1m , just sit down and think.

The President-Elect are at a very crucially dangerous period, they think moving President-Elect to Defence house is by accident or just for the fun of it.

If anything happen to them , the second runner up will automatically be sworn in, God forbid.

That's why you don't get to see any President-Elect outside anyhow. Remember Tinubu was barely seen even before he stepped out of the country.

As he's abroad now foreign intelligence agencies will be in place, no pin can be pressed anyhow wherever he is.

The tittle of GCFR is the greatest in the country and trust it must be treated as such.

The competent and trusted people to me , you may never even heard about them so I feel he's good to select competent people he can trust.

These are the key ministries that are spread across the geopolitical zones:

4. Works
5. Finance
6. Justice
7. Information

While it is the discernment of the president to give any of the seventh as gift to his preferred zone.

Don't expect same things Nigeria has been doing without result from Asiwaju government, he will chose based on capabilities not by region or religion.
