I think we're talking about Gabon and it doesn't belong to ECOWAS.

And the 2 names I mentioned are in West Africa with the same Coup issue, why did AU and Ecowas not force 'democracy' on them?

Does ECCAS have a military intervention force like ECOMOG?

What is the difference between a toothless dog and a sheep?

ECOWAS that have military intervention force (ECOMOG) but failed to reinstate the ousted president of Niger is like a lion playing with it's prey,

Yes, ECOWAS is for west Africa, but we know ECOWAS and AU are one the same, so if by calling out ECOWAS, AU gets memo, that's fine.

I don't have time to reply election rigged

Mali and Burkina Faso president all wanted to go for 3rd them despite failure

If Niger coup were not rigged why were there protest? Why did people die?

Obviously u don't know what free election looks like

At least you agree that Burkina and Mali coups were because of tenure elongation.why was bazoum not removed immediately like bongo?
People just use the election as a pretext to remove the bongo family.
The summary is that coup cannot happen in Nigeria at least not after just 3 months.why was there no coup after the rigging by obj? All the units in and around Abuja are under loyallists of tinubu, you can check the appointment he made after appointing service chiefs.
There is no perfect election anywhere.you cannot condemn election because of a few pockets of incidences.

Just as they couldn't intervene in Mali and Burkina Faso that also had Coup.

Mind you, both countries are in West Africa.

That move even predisposed Tinubu to the risk of this kind of development sef. Most of the retired Generals could be disgruntled and, even though they are now retired, they still wield a lot of influence and command high level of loyalty from the current brass of Generals.

The units around Abuja that can do such are under tinubu loyallists.lagbaja is tightly in control of the army.with this devt,DSS will be very alert

Keep chasing shadows....

That is why Tinubu kept people from the sad East far away from him.
Buhari never appointed any of them as service chief.... because they cannot be trusted.
Bros, this has nothing to do with chasing shadows.

What is happening is inevitable. Generally, democracy in Africa is a SCAM!

Elections are shambolic. The judiciary and legislature are not truly independent in reality, and the executive arm of government in most African countries have a free reign to do as they please.... That is why corruption and poverty are endemic in Africa.

Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Niger, and now Gabon. The era of military coups is back... And this is purely as a result of the failure to establish true democracy.

Gradually, it will spread. The handwriting is on the wall. The next bus stop will most likely be Cameroon where Paul Biya has been in power since 1984, and is getting ready to hand over power to his son.

Can you just imagine that...
Jesus,Since 1984,..can u imagine...it better coup hold there,than his son taking over..wicked leaders...

In Nursery school when we did current affairs was when I knew him. Didn't know he was still president until the last AFCON hosted by Cameroon.

Told my Dad does he know Biya is still Cameron president. He said he knew. I was like WTF. And he is preparing to hand over to his Son.

That man is partially blind and barely walk. Some things can't happen in Nigeria sha. No it cant

Gradually, revolution is coming and people think it's a joke. I blame the western world for all these happenings. When they connived and supported the Elimination of some African leaders like Idi Amin of Uganda, Charles Taylor of Liberia, Sani Abacha of Nigeria and Muammar Gaddafi of Libya, thinking they were becoming overbearing. Little did they know it would back fire. Now, Russia and China are indirectly coming for their own recolonization and if care is not taken, it could result in WW3. Until America, Britain and France publicly condenm the democratic coup going on in Africa in both words and actions, more of this will continue to come.
