It is not a weak defense. It is your responsibility as the prosecutor to bring your proof/evidence forward that he bully Mohbad. Law doesn't recognise emotion and sentiment. It must be based on FACT= Proof/Evidence beyond reasonable doubt. I respect your opinion but unfortunately law doesn't recognise opinion. I don't like Naira Marley but any claim from both parties against any of them must provide their proof/evidence.
