Deceiving people with fake statistics. How much of this amount was used to service debt? Most of this amount must have been generated by milking the masses with double taxation, exorbitant levies, fines and fees. Yet with all the bogus IGR made in Lagos we cant get common pipe borne water, our roads are still full of pot holes, drainages and roads are flooded. They generate to loot and flaunt the figures on our face to fool us |
