Since the Atiku's 460k drug forfeiture appeal was filed through replies and not through the petition, the judges used technicality to squeeze that part of the appeal.

Obi's appeal on the drug issue was filed properly and I know they will dismiss it not to give it live or any interpretation for forfeiture.

Truth! I have said this repeatedly. The petitions were too light to even unseat a local government chairman. Even 100 level law students could have defended these flimsy petitions in lieu of heavyweight SANs Tinubu hired.
