The cold truth. Gross lack of professionalism! Played to the gallery. Conducted their cases on the social media platforms and outside the courtroom.

They asked your candidate who claims he won to show the prove the figures by which he won. Did he? Can you?

Is the court supposed to work with silly conjectures and emotionally induced suppositions? How exactly did Atiku or Pandora win the election? By what margins? Which states? Or you guys have no clue?
It is true. Atiku and Pandora did not win
It is also true. Tinubu forged his certificates and lied to get into school.
His history of lying on and forging official documents still persists.
I guess Nigeria deserves that kind of President being the corruption capital of the world.

They expect the court to start looking for evidence and figures because they are blackmailing them on social media.

Evidence and proof is the work of your lawyers not the court. COURT will only look at your proves.

Instead of shouting ALL EYES ON MIKE OZEKHOME,they are shouting ALL EYES ON JUDICIARY. mumu people

Which court of law said he forged his certs to get into school? Which police investigation proved that? Yours?

Despite clearly stating that they had no valid case, they persistently tried to intimidate us with their bullying tactics, hoping that their aggression would deter us from telling the truth.

The lawyers must surely eat, if they didn't reach Supreme Court, how will the lawyers collect their share of the loot?

If lawyers cannot sack a president who submitted a questionable certificate, then, something is wrong with the system. If a whole supreme court judge can boldly read the judgement he read that day...mehn. disqualified a major case against the sitting president. Wow. At times, I wonder why people say Nigerians are smart. Smart in the wrong ways...right? Very funny....soon, religious leaders will start going to the same questionable character for favors. And they will climb pulpits preaching. Lol. Personally, I have given up in tjis Nigerian christianity.

I will NEVER attend one man church again...never...looking for traditional...old church that there is hierarchy. Will never attend warehouses and shops created in every nooks and crannies of Nigeria.

I agree with Clarke to some extent. Even if they did , judges would find some loopholes to dismiss them. The truth is that owner of Nigeria doesn't want Atiku and couldn't trust an Ibo man to be president. May be they drafted Obi into race to stop Atiku.
See, if the lower court had given Atiku and Obi judgment the Supreme Court would have overturned it. The petitions were bad from the very beginning.Too many cooks spoilt the broth.

Where they killed our democracy is with IREV results not being admissible, election from today onwards will be do or die.
we are doomed

IREV wasn't used before these past elections and we have been okay as a country electing people without it.

Why has it suddenly become a democracy killer because it was available and not used?

Even if IREV results were admissible, blurred results as presented by Peter Obi's lawyers cannot be used to determine anything especially when clear hard copies of the images are available.

The truth is, both parties, especially the one who doubles as IPOB grand, relied more on blackmailing the judges into giving him a favourable judgement. He went to both the Court of Appeal and Supreme courts with nothing as evidence but his phone with which he uses to issue orders to his criminal supporters

I'm glad the judges stuck to their guns and delivered judgement based on the evidence before them, which is at best watery.
All eyes 👀 are now on the unpatriotic duo of Atiku and the Obi fascist. Folks versed in Nigerian politics know that no one wins a Presidential Election who has not found acceptance in the Northern States. Obi deludes himself to think he could win in the North!

You don't know more than SAN who filled those petitions. Court would dismisse cases of murder based on loopholes. Law is not 2+2=4. That is reason there are judges to interpret constitution. Judges have their bias too. I know Professors from different ethnic group who are biased on their view of others. Our biases influence our judgement.

Which means you guys still expects patch-patch economic development. Buhari used all our reserves and even borrowed money all over the world and printed more money just to patch things up and the same thing with Jonathan.

You still want us to continue in that direction?

Are you saying grandpa won't borrow money to also patch things as well? We're all being deceived you know, they're buying cars worth millions and asking the masses to endure the sufferings, why can't they cut their cost of living to also endure with the masses Bunch of selfish and greedy cabals

No matter how they present their evidences, the judges will throw away their case because African democratic process is flawed.

Just look at how so much resources were expended in amending the electoral law that states that election results should be transmitted via the irev in other for state RECs and party agents not to divert the election papers and thumbprint, that the judges have ruled that it is not mandatory to transmit.
That means Nigeria have gone to the old ways of using incidence forms to rig election. The judiciary is part of the rot in Nigeria

Is it true that the Supreme court did not even make a pronouncement on the petition regarding narcotics proceed forfeiture?

If that's true, then complete justice/judgement is not done yet.

Did they forget or it skipped their mind?

I have given up already. I will never ever vote in this country again. One day, we will have a president that only 200,000 people will elect.

There's no aura of winning, even from the winning party. True victory and justice stays in the air. This doesn't feel like winning at all.
