Thats it, Umo Eno even made more mistakes by submitting his questionable BSc&MSc to INEC.

He said he used his 1998 WAEC to gain admission, a closer look at the said '98 cert, it bears the same Examination & Certificate Numbers as his 1983 WAEC, a clear FORGERY.
The subpoenaed Legal Adviser to WAEC testified on cross-examination, where he affirmed that the '98 WAEC Eno used in gaining admission to study in Uniuyo does not exist at all in their records, reasons Uniuyo expelled him in the first instance &the 1981&1983 WAEC certificates could not have gotten him The admission cos the combined results is not up to 5credit minimum requirements to gain admission.

Prof. Akpan Hogan Ekpo then VC of Uniuyo expelled him along side others. I can still remember that massive expulsion in Uniuyo then.

As at February, 2022 before primaries Senator OBA had gone to Uniuyo to obtain the CTC of Eno's academic records from the Registrar's office without their knowledge, he tendered them at the Tribunal in time as exhibits, that Eno wasn't qualified to stand the elections, that the court should declare him Governor having came second in the Governorship Election according to the Nigerian Constitution.

You're mistaken Gov Mbah, Enugu Governor's case with this, its NYSC that was fined not not WAEC. Appeal is yet to fix a date for Judgement in Gov Umo Eno's case, but certainly this month.
