For more than 24yrs now, even in Rivers State government house na Igbo dem dey speak there. I know 3 serving State governors outside Igboland who are fluent Igbo speakers

Your post reminds me of the reverend father in Lagos who stired controversy by banning lgbo song in his parish citing that the song is dominating others.
