I am not here to defend civil servants. They are far more corrupt than the politicians. My advice is to inexperienced folks recently appointed to various political offices. Ministers have done worse than the suspended Humanitarian Affairs Minister and they got away with it because they listened to and cooperated with the civil servants around them.
