The above is wrong and not the case. Tunji-Ojo did not award any contract to a company he has interest in unlike Peter Obi that diverted public funds to his family business. Tunji-Ojo is the Minister of Interior and the company in question won a consultancy contract advertised and implemented by Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. There is no conflict of interest whatsoever.

Again, the company in question has been in existence doing business with various governments since 2009. Tunji-Ojo resigned as a director of the Company since 2019 and has not participated in running the company since then.

The company in question won a contract after following due process as laid down in the Public Procurement Act just like every other company that won contracts in the Ministry. If not for evil agenda, why single out only the company? Is there a law that says the company can no longer bid for and win contracts in accordance with Public Procurement Act because it was founded by a minister? Should the company stop doing business or what?

1. Is he a director in the company or not?

2. Does the law permit a public office holder to run a business aside farming?

Answer please

No, there is no such burden of proof. Diversion of public funds into private accounts is by definition illegal, for the very reason you describe - it's an easy avenue for self-enrichment by skimming the earned interest. This is the same reason why Peter Obi is justifiably called a brazen criminal, because he ran the very same scheme during his years as governor, but managed to get away with it through a combination of immunity protections while in office and "tribal" solidarity once out of it (with many of the very same "kinsmen" who condemned his inaction while governor suddenly switching to singing his praises once he'd stepped down).

Betta Edu is a thief, just like Peter Obi is a thief, but unlike Obi, she can't count on millions of "kinsmen" to shield her from accountability.
Couldn't have said it any better!

In case you don't know. The offence that fall this woman minister is not even up to what Obi did in Anambra where he kept state money in his own personal account for years.

The said money was not even given to Beta Edu by the ministry of finance but look at where she is today.

If dem born Peter Obi well make he comment on this beta issue if he no go smell his fraudulent act?

So, what’s he supposed to do? Sell the company or close it down or what? Did Peter Obi sell next when he became governor or did Atiku sell Intel when he was the Vice President?

If you have a company before going to a public office, all you have to do is resign your position in the company or transfer your interest to a blind trust.

The company don’t have to stop existing or stop doing business because the founder is now a public officer. A conflict of interest would have been established if the company was awarded a contract in the ministry Tunji-Ojo is presiding over but that wasn’t the case.

Was Peter Obi's Next taking contracts from the government?

You people just love to deceive yourselves. He resigned on paper, he was running that business himself, no doubts.

Peter Obi as governor invested state funds in his family business like NEXT, the brewery company and Fidelity bank. What exactly can be worse than that?

He invested state funds in his family business, bla bla bla.
What was the result of his investment? Interests or losses or Consultancy Fees.

Now, here's you shooting yourself in the foot.
If Obi invested state funds in his family business and you deem it wrong, then I'm surprised to see you not deem it wrong when another individual doesn't invest, but instead takes a quarter of a billion for just "consulting"

Life, so soon, Dr. Beta Edu, you are now a formal minister of humanitarians, you have forgotten that power is ephemeral

Lol. Just consultancy? So, you’ve seen the consultancy agreement and the deliverables for you to conclude the contract sum is too much?

Your take is just out of ignorance and hatred for the current administration. There is absolutely nothing wrong in the contract awarded to the company except you can prove infraction in the procurement process and contract execution. The honorable minister did absolutely nothing wrong and he won’t go down for this. If the minister had violated any law, I would be the first person to call him out on this forum.
