Tinubu plus wike plus shetima.
Ganduje in kano.
Sokoto intinubu pocket.
Even Abuja will be won.
Next election is a walk over for Tinubu.
Sim might be tough in his second tenure. Only thing is that he chose his fight too early.
Shows he's amateur politician.

Lol. You have commissioners, appointees that are to respect u, fear you and take instructions from u rather the reverse is the case. Simi is the one to fear his commissioners now.

In life if u are not able to make ur stand known you will definitely fall where u stand.

This is Fubara falling!

Wike is still in charge!
The Ente-giriti Man is still in charge of Rivers state.
It appears you don't understand how government works, if a governor wants to make your office redundant, it's as easy as anything easy you can think of. Wike even used George Kelly, the SA on Special Projects, instead of the then Commissioner for Works until he later Appointed him as Commissioner for Works. New PermSecs were appointed yesterday to make their ministries uncomfortable for them. You're not up to speed Bros.
Wike and his people are complaining bitterly everyday and you feel he is winning?

Fubara has to abide for now, to the 8 commandments of Tinubu..

His Supreme Court case is still undecided and Tinubu has come to Wike's rescue..

Even the representation of the budget, I know he will do it, he might send his deputy.

But the commandment I am still waiting for, is the one pertaining the Local Government elections.

He has been ordered not to appoint caretaker chairmen.

I do not expect him to abide by that one,, that wasn't a direct fall out of the crisis.

Governors are appointing caretakers across the country and you cannot command Sim not to.

If he obeys that one then he will dig his political grave.

Before the Abuja Accord, the Governor was set to dissolve the Local Government councils and appoint caretaker committees in their stead.
That was the reason for the clause Number 8 in the accord or directive.
Their tenure is set to expire by June.

You are right. Only the naive will think that Wike has won the war.
How does he win when Fubara is still the Governor, and with even more independence?
Apart from ego, the governor loses nothing by re-appointing the commissioners or even re-presenting the budget.
Those commissioners had already been made redundant even before they were screened.
The permanent secretaries will run the ministries in Fubara's government.

Don't misinform the public.

The Leadership newspaper has already reported that Fubara approved the rescreening of former commissioners. The Rivers State commissioner of information Joseph Johnson has confirmed it.

I think in all these, a new king will emerge in Rivers politics, from odili to wike, the only thing about this no political king in Rivers stats without power

Some excerpts from the article:

The screening and possible confirmation of nine former commissioners by the 25 members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, has the approval of Governor Siminalayi Fubara, the commissioner for information and communications, Senibo Joseph Johnson, has said.

In an interview with LEADERSHIP yesterday in Port Harcourt, Johnson said the screening of the former commissioners was part of the eight-point resolution reached during the peace meeting brokered by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Abuja.
The former commissioners include Professor Zacchaeus Adangor, Dr. Jacobson Mbina, Dr. Gift Worlu, Mrs Inime Chinwenwo- Aguma and Engr. Chukwuemeka Woke.

Others were Professor Prince Chinedu Mmom, Dr. George-Kelly D. Alabo, Hon. Isaac Kamalu and Engr. Austin Ben Chioma

Wake up from your delusion. You are part of those who claimed he never signed anything in Abuja.

This is the part you left out which is Johnson's direct speech

Johnson said, “Yes, the governor and the state government is fully aware about the rescreening of the former commissioners. It is happening in Rivers State, so we are aware.
“The most important thing is that the exercise is part of the eight-point resolution reached during the peace meeting at the instance of President Tinubu. We are committed to a peaceful Rivers State.”

Haha. It is the governor who is supposed to send names of commissioners to the house in a letter to be read in plenary as executive correspondence. From what is in the public space, there's no time any letter from the gov was read in plenary in that house.

Caretaker chairmen are unconstitutional anyway.

He would be very foolish to abide by that commandment.

Politicians break agreements everyday.

What's a politician without breaking an agreement?

They even break agreements with the people.

He would be foolish not to appoint caretakers.

Yes it is not legal, but governors do it all the time.

At some point Wike used caretakers.
Tinubu used caretakers.

But I guess it was legal at that time right?

Right??

He will rather be foolish to do so.

Are we going to go over this again? Why do you think the resolutions are being implemented in the first place? Does he have what it takes to do otherwise? In analysis, context is key. The individual in question is a novice in this sphere. You can't make him what he is not. It will only amount to a fantasy.
