Its not clogged,its free and it happened that all the dead tokunbo pumps i had been getting together with two bad ignition coils were the culprit. Issue of fuel pump had been solved .

Hi there,today makes it the 15th day after installing the tokunbo v8 fuel pump. It backfired 3 days ago,2days ago it struggled to climb a hill briefly. So I got abandoned the car yesterday ,today it refused to start. I've done what my rewire did the last time,which was to blow fuel into the injector hose,still the car starts and goes off. So I would be reverting back to the fuel pump I got for 5k brand new later tomorrow. I guess all these pumps on the engine doesn't want to do even 3 months. A v8 pump now doing backfire. I buy fuel at 2 to 3 different filling stations and I cant lie.i have no clue which sells bad fuel. I can't wait for tinubu .

I later notice that toyota matrix fuel pump complete and mine are identical. So once the pump arrives,I will buy complete ,and keep the remaining two pumps inside my boot as emergency........... but how sure are you guys that fuel treatment being sold at filling station is not water o. Do u mean I would be shelling out 2000 after refil for injector cleaner,treatment. I serviced my injectors abt a month plus ago,so why will I be buying fuel treatment everytime. Henceforth,I've selected filling stations. The fuel pump given to me yesterday was for a v8

I cannot wait,its my daily car and cost of transportation only will wreck me. I'm waiting for the tokunbo pump,amazon said my order will arrive by 30th of May... so na to manage am till then. I can't waste my savings on transport when tokunbo fuel pump will save me for the main time. I appreciate.

Fuel pump wohala. The last pump I got for 6k packed up a mo th and 2 weeks ,I got another one 2 days ago for 5000,that one did not even start my engine. Now I'm planning to buy another fake fuel pump for 9k tmrw. The botch fuel pump I got from amazon at 60$ has still not arrived nigeria. Once the new pump gets hot,it starts vibrating the car and stops supplying fuel,car will stall. I'm fed up of wasting money on fake fuel pump. Help me.

4k,5k. I have ordered for a new one from abroad 35k. I just got another one the igbo seller gave me replacement yesterday and installed. I got it for 6k and my car started once after installation and it is responding to acceleration. Somebody should pls help me,about a litre of water was found at the basement of my fuel tank 3days ago. Before then I had been having issues with my acceleration. It stopped its ability to move up the speed ladder in correspondence to my acceleration, thereby causing me issues. All these while,water had damaged my fuel pump,and it was using force to work. Now I am back to gambling with fuel pump.got one from an igbo shop,the car starts and shuts down immediately,called 3 diff mechanics ,they all said its fuel pump. I then replaced the emergency pump I had,and it did work well for like an hour,after which it will start vibrating the engine ,low idle speed ,almost coming to a stall. I went back to the sho and he gave me another one,with guarantee that If it doesn't work,he will love to see my car. Pls what is the price of original fuel pump. I have bought more than 6,they are all like fake,would work perfect for 3 months,then pack up after.

No way,i cannot go back to sefan car again. I have had enough,i will be dping some touch up painting soon and put up got sale. I qm think of going for small 2005rav4.

Removing the gear and changing the filter and fibre or so. After that the gear makes a loud bang when switched or changed. Before then,all i had to do was to step on the brakes lightly with no hard bang sound and gear changes. But after doing it,the sound or bang came. I complained to him,he said that it will settle.

How can my gear sound be corrected. After rewire removed my gear changed the filter and serviced the body,the gear now misbehaves. It's makes a sharp knock when I remove my leg from brake and change gear from drive to reverse or neutral.

I went back to the rewire,he said it will settle. Its been 2 weeks and still,the gear sound did not settle. Does it mean my gear has been messed with. Its selecting fine ,the rewire claimed its a wire on the injector,wrongly connected. I still doubt ,because before he removed it,it selects with no hard sound. What can I do or do I need to change gear,or I sell it like that.

After replacing my spark plugs with ngk,my fuel situation worsened. My muffler suddenly becomes black after like an hour drive. My gas mileage became very poor,buying 16 litres,it doesn't reach 2hours with AC on and hard accelerations. So I became worried,my trips to gas stations became frequent.....about a week ago,I became worried,the last fuel pump I changed, it started giving me issues. Such as wrong gas mileage readings,hard starts,shakes,misfire...

I went to my main mechanic for diagnosis,and he said it seems my current fuel pump was dead weak. So a rewire came,opened the fuel tank cover,removed the assembly and disassembled the casing. It was pretty much uneventful. I had a 2nd pump I had bought brand new ,with like a stamped toyota logo and all that for 10,000 naira about 4months ago,but it doing fine ,later a kazeem advised me to buy a tokunbo,that new is fake and does overheating .

So I opted for the later which was installed. I briefly inspected it,it had a mistubishi logo with a plus and minus aig. On the top. After installing it that day,I couldn't guess how much fuel I had left cos the fuel guage showed reserve(yellow indicator). So I drove to a gas station,bought about 15 litres on the dispenser,still my guage read reserve. Well,I drove like that hoping it would settle ,it later settled about an hour after I did a stop by and went on some errands. Since then,I had been buying fuel like everyday. Today I went back to my main mechanic to reinstall the brand new pump I bought previously.

He did and I noticed after filling up my tank,it read the guage correctly. Tho my mechanic advised I bought an original fuel pump for lexus gs for 30k and also rewire did some cut out lines from the top cover wires of the fuel tank. It started,no misfires,accurate readings,quick response to acceleration.i would study it for about a week and give my judgement on the brand new v6 pump I got for 10k last year. Using a mitsubishi fuel pump on a v6 lexus. Wohala

How can one be sure,i have check it and see how it looks but honestly i cant trust anyone . I wasted how much minus workmanship,desite going with mechanic to buy the ngk. End result,wasting fuel and running out of fuel like theres no tomorrow..

Did you mean I wasted money buying ngk spark plugs. Pls where can I found this type of spark plug. I don't want to look like a novice in market since I will be changing my coils soon. Nothing serious,I got cheated of a tokunbo fuel pump worth 5k ,sold to me for 10k. After it was installed,my fuel tank will be reading quarter tank,but engine would stall cod seems quarter tank means empty. I would have to buy fuel and keep biting fuel,sometime the fuel guage doesn't read accurate. It will remain on empty even if I buy 20litres. It doest last within a day the fuel has finished.idid not had a scanner. But after installing the ngk spark plugs,my fuel worsened. Reserve light always goes up after 10mins.

Ok. How can they come here?

might not be the spark plugs, and normally GS is a fuel guzzler on a steady, it is performance luxury sedan, look for thread created by kingreign or gazzuzz, those folks are good they can help you, ask this question there

The name on the spark plugs is ngk bk6e and it's consuming petrol. Pls what's the correct spark plugs to buy for lexus gs 300 2004 model.

I just recently got brand new spark plugs about 2 weeks ago. I noticed its consuming fuel like never before. Pls is it normal. I got them for 8000 naira pack ngk. Or did I buy fake,I have a sample which I will upload soon.

Not at all,the thermostat is still there. The fuse blew and fan motor blew.

The mechanic that changed your disintegrated radiator hose has also deleted your thermostat and ran your fans directly so you won’t have any overheating issues again

Help me. I noticed about 2days ago that my AC wasn't blowing so cold,so I drove the car for about 1hr,with stop by intervals here and there. Just yesterday, after returning back home around 5pm,I noticed my engine temperature started rising ,so I had to quickly race to nearby bar,parked and checked. I noticed one of the tiny hoses going to near aide of engine had worn out and cracked,suddenly bubbles started foaming. A nearby mechanic came to my rescue and replaced the hose. Everything seemed to be normal,however I still had doubts because every 30mins,I had to park,check the engine,check the fans and also check the tubes,everything seems to be normal and fine. However,my radiator fans blow a bit high,the car idles at 1200,if I load ac,full lights and radio,it idles to 1000. The fan motor recently burnt abt 3 weeks ago and also the fuse,a rewire did the magic. How can I adjust the slow,so it can drop down to at least 800 to 900rpm. It's also consuming fuel and the fans are connected directly.

Not really black smoke,but when I checked my exhaust pipe I could see a lil bit of black carbon deposit on the pipes because this morning I cleaned it,it wasn't so black. Does bad plug,coil cause oil burn. I don't over fill my car tank. The whole wohala started when I changed from the follow come ngk to a tokunbo plugs 6 and realised my vehicle rpm drops to 900,sometimes 1000rpm at idle,or traffic. When im on gear 1 or 2,it takes some few seconds to pick or has little power,tho no stalling but insuspect plugs 1 and 2 are bad from the same tokunbo I replaced.

They became bad,had black sooth and were burnt.

800k. For this very small sized bike. How do you recharge it and whats the max speed city drive. Can the seat height be increased?? Can tyres also be changed to bigger ones

Bought the blue one 400k (lead acid battery) and the yellow one 800k (lithium battery about a year ago.

I've done zero repairs, they work just fine.
Also always go for lithium powered bikes. They are the best.

Where can I get original denso lexus spark plugs. I replaced All 6 spark plugs 2 weeks ago with ngk tokunbo. And now my car shakes at idle,low speed,exhaust keeps sputtering eap when AC is on,my fuel consumption has worsened. I checked my exhaust,its a lil black,meaning unbunred fuel and oil are going there. Pls I want to buy original denso sparkplugs.i spent over 6k on tokunbo and workmanship yet on gear 1 and 2 the spark plugs seems to have low compression. Who sells original denso spark plugs or original ngk 6 plugs for 3.0 liter engine v6 at ibadan?
