They normally pack those papers in sack to deliver to the head office .. sometimes those paper do arrive late .....they will text the winning number to the agent who is waiting outside with his sack ...he will just stamp a fresh paper and wrote in the winning number ...Our duty is to sort it out inside...The moment you see a wining number ...you most acknowledge it for payment . My baby mama once worked with GTB data centre at Eleguisi.
