If to employ 200 people maybe as an hotelier with like 4 hotels you have to or you are using huge bank facilities then you are working for other people as well because you are paying back interest. If you check the link above, you would see players that earned up to $100 million in their career declaring bankruptcy, what's $15 million that can't be lost if you're careless. It's not easy to make millions of dollars but it's harder to hold on to it. You think billionaires like Dangote, Musk, Zuckerberg etc are stupid looking for more money despite being billionaires? They understand the laws of money that if they are to remain wealthy, they must obey the laws of money and become master at it. And you can only become a master when you're employer and never an employee.

The figure will be close to the truth for startups in their infancy but any startup that exists for an extended period is not likely to fail during the lifetime of the owner.

You really don’t know much. For so many of them, owing another business is unethical and employees must declare. You can’t be an investment banker and be owing other businesses. This people sign code of conduct and many other agreements. That’s why they are paying them mad money.
