Most comments here show ignorance esp the part where you all saying govt will demolish even if you have papers or land grabbers will win you in court bla bla bla its a big fat lie.

C of O is even rare cos its only issued once for a virgin govt land your most important docs apart from the usual receipt & contract of sale re deed of assignment, root title and survey plan. There is no way u will have this and face problems ( cos for the lawyer to get you those docs they have checked the right institutions for any fraud or magic and seen there is none) except you were sold someone else's property or you pass your survey boundaries and built on govt restrictions.

Your deed shows who the property passes through to get to you and lists that all interests, titles and rights that is covered by c of o have been given to the buyer legally by the present seller, the title allows you prove to govt and potential future buyers that u own it completely and said property is free from govt acquisition or any encumbrance it can be accessed at the states land bureau.

After which you get governors consent which ratifies that the said land has changed ownership.

Note - there re diff types of titles but the ones you need first re the ones mentioned above for private properties once it comes to all these lekki /ajah properties/lands thats where gazette/excision comes in while some estates use global c of o.

Why do you believe he is Igbo? What if he is from Benue? Or even Edo or Kogi?7

When you were taught Social Studies in secondary school (assuming you went to a good school, attended classes and paid attention), did your teachers not teach you that there are over 250 ethnic groups in Nigeria?

Which animal grunts?
When you hear a grunt, which animal do you assume it is?

That’s the thing, land is a living entity and it rejects people just as humans reject people. Land has all the periodic table elements humans are made off cuz we are ashes to ashes and dust to dust but it also has the spiritual programs that keep humans alive and so land is human. And so when the energy of an area changes you will see lots of people being evicted by the land because their energy no longer matches with the land. In Lagos the land is imbibing that orunmila energy again and now it is evicting those with the greed frequency . It’s embracing those with wisdom frequency
