The guy called me today that the pricess of materials have went up o!!!!!
I didn't plan to have POP inside my rooms. But when I saw what he did in the
master bedroom, I decided to have it everywhere inside my house.

That was when I decide to give him some extra cash to do for all my house.
So when he called today to tell me the price of things have increased, I told him I
when we see we will talk(I may compensate him for the bedrooms I added since prices have changed)
But for the other once I paid it still stand at 2k7 even the bedroom. What I will give him will be from a free will.

Check your mail for his contact!

@ ganny1 please check you mail too

^^ @NL1960, why are you saying either .45 or .55, have you not made up your mind yet on the type to use? Nice house sha.

Pocket is making the decision difficult. Am Alone's .55mm is nice. So also the .45mm that you used in the 4-bedroom bungalow that you roofed. So just wondering if i can use .45mm and use the savings between it and .55mm to do other things. What do you think?. Is there really an advantage of .55mm over .45mm?. This retirement home is in the village. So i do not expect much wear and tear from usage.
Re: The Finishing Of My House (Oluwa Champion) by AmAlone: 5:24pm On Nov 29, 2011
^^ Sir, the best as I was told is the .55
and that is what I used through out!!!
Thanks
Re: The Finishing Of My House (Oluwa Champion) by spyder880(m): 5:50pm On Nov 29, 2011
^^^ Okay NL1960, you have heard from Am Alone, the .55 is thicker than the .45, of course the price is more. You can use the .55 to keep your mind at rest, in my own house it is settled that its going to be the .45 that will be used. Not only for economic reasons but I know that unless my kids start playing hockey on top of the roof, there is not supposed to be any leakages. For my clients that will ask for .55, I will use it for them as well as other specifications and special orders they will make.

I think i have settled for 0.45mm bush green step tiles. Apart from economic reasons, i do not expect my kids or anybody to be playing table tennis on top of the roof. Na only birds go dey petch on top and any day a bird petches and leaves a gaping hole, then that bird is an 'Airforce Bird' that is carrying a caterpillar on its feet and i will use Holy Ghost fire to bind and cast it. grin grin grin.
