Those are laws of Moses and they do not apply to us becos we are not under the law but under grace. But the one about not damaging your body in anyway still apply to us becos it is in the new testament that our body is not ours and we must keep it right.

The Bible says your body does not belong to you and thus you must not do anything to tarnish it. So it is evil to do anything that damages your body such as tattooing, smoking, drinking too much, etc.
