Obi assumed office in 2006 sequel to the sack of Ngige.... meaning that this thread was opened six years into Obi's tenure and two years to the end of it. So if Anambra people could lambast Obi and adjudge him a monumental failure after six years of his eight year term, then what on earth do you mean by the bolded?
