As far as Mou is still in charge, the Team will keep regressing. I read it online Smalling, Valencia and Young have been offered new Contracts....... For what?!

Why are we recycling old Legs?! We were linked with a Return of Ibra few Weeks ago until he came up to end the Speculation. Rafael Da Silva is still balling, hence if we can't find a Replacement for Valencia and Young, then we can go back for him.

Memphis is performing as well, thus we can easily discard Sanchez and get him back. Bailly can't just lose his form permanently. Mou needs to be patient with him. He needs to build on him the same Confidence he built in Lindelof and Smalling.

I hope the Team is fixed before it's destroyed beyond Redemption, simply by discarding Mou.
