Van Gaal was stubborn, for him it was his method or nothing...
With Jose it is down to him because he was well supported in the market, Bailly, Mkhitaryan, Lukaku, Pogba, Dalot, Fred, Matic Lindelof etc his one issue was sticking with the deadwoods in the team and they failed him and this is the fear with Ole, he is really nice and comes across like that boss that doesn't want to hurt anybody.
