well, they av been busy adding updates like "view transaction receipt", "foreign fx transfer" etc so what i GUESS the guys at the IT do is make server unavailable while they code or something. whatever it is, they need no touch a live server at peak periods without prior notification. |

Inasmuch as we know GTB is good and all of that, some people need to realise that what a customer wants his VFM - Value For Money. It appears that when GTB has issues/crises which any organisation can and would always face, they mismanage the situation. So it's not really about track record. A scandal could easily erase all good things done by a public figure so they need to 'stand up' when they have issues and prove their 'goodwill'. |
