Stimulating isn't a good idea. Seeing CM and having regular cycle doesn't indicate ovulation.

You might need to work on your hormones, something is hindering the follicles from maturing.

A good sonographer and an advanced scanning machine can detect it now. Otherwise, give it a few more weeks.

There isnt a stipulated time to start buying, buy anytime you want. Availability of funds will determine.

You can buy items that aren't necessarily gender coded like beds, wardrobes, bottles, pumps or maternal items like pads, pants, nightwear.

Could be annovulatory cycle, you need more tests to confirm if you are ovulating. Please stay off hormonal drugs without been monitored or managed by an obgyn or fertility specialist. If you are not comfortable with your health care provider, seek a second opinion.
Please don’t take your friend’s advice about ovarian stimulation..

I will advice that you check for sex at 20 weeks or anytime around 20 weeks, I think this is why your friend adviced that you buy from 18 to 20 weeks. You can start buying hospital list, personal things and things that are not gender based. Anytime I'm pregnant, I buy whenever I see anything I like and I can afford it and do the bulk buying when I am sure of sex.

I have been admitted for BP stabilization. This morning it showed 182/110, now 169/98. The doctors said it's PIH (Pregnancy induced Hypertension). I was given an injection to mature baby lungs and placed on Aldomet. Going by LMP, I am 35wks. But scan says 34weeks 1day.
Please, apart from the Aldomet, what else can be used to stabilize the BP?
pls help. I am a FTM. I want to be stable and discharged ASAP

Why the hurry to get discharged ASAP? With a blood pressure reading that high you need to be monitored closely to save yourself and the baby.

All things been equal, a 35 week old baby will survive with good neonatal care, some of them don’t even need much attention.
Your child need you alive and well please.
Cooperate with your care provider and relax your mind.

I used to be scared of hospital. But, I am fine now. The care services from the doctors, nurses to the cleaners here is top notch. My mind is at rest now.

Mama, calm down ,being agitated will not help matters.
Your bp is still high. 169/98 is high. PIH was treated just yesterday here (a page back) . Let your Doctors treat you accordingly. A high bp goes down gradually so you need to be monitored and you are even close to your due date.
You may be discharged by tomorrow when your bp goes down and if they decide to deliver your baby, he / she will be fine at 35 week with little or no intervention.

Sis, you need to relax and be taken care of. It's not something to hurry and be discharged. Calm down, relax and be fine. If your baby needs to be delivered asap, I'm sure he/she will be fine.

So I went for my ultrasound scan and test today.
Scan says baby is already is the cephalic presentation. Worry number one, settled!
Baby weighs 2.4kg (I'm so surprised with this my big bump, though thankful).
Then PCV is 34%
Is this okay? Or does it need to be boosted? If yes, what can I do to help it?

During mine I was given nifedipine and aldomet but if the doc didn't include it don't bother taking it because self medication is a no go area

The reading you posted are not right. Do you intend it the other way round? Is she on any medications and how far along in her pregnancy is she?
She needs to be closely monitored for her sake and that of the baby.

The doctors said they will still add another drug to the Aldomet and monitor me
Edit: The doctors just added Nifedipine for me. I pray my bp normalises.

You need run a hormonal profile test.
Have a Pelvic scan
Track your ovulation using ovulation predictor strip or TVS
You can as well check the patency of your fallopian tubes to be on a safer side

Your DH can as well do seminal fluid analysis(SFA)

We need to know the root cause of the problem.

Were you told the reason for the still birth?
I can feel your pains. May God visit you very soon.
