You can kindly send it through email and save your money, it’s the same thing and safer. I sent my daughters own that way and received KCC’s reply within three hours. You need to fill the form online and save it as PDF, or print it out, sign the form and scan it as a single file. As for your 2 X 2 passport you can scan it and frame it with the Photo composition Template tool provided by the US at their website http://travel.state.gov/visa/visaphotoreq/digitalimagereq/digitalimagereq_5327.html. hope this helps cheers and congratulation.

you can use NIPOST registered mail which may cost you less N500 but if you wanna spend money,you can go for DHL or UPS but be ready to spend around 12k.Better still scan all your document and passport photograph and send to them.The choice is yours

@IK.Swiss Your mum should bargain with them and do it there or do you want to pay transport to Lagos or other areas and do it for #3500? I did mine in Port Harcourt and it cost me #6,000 that was last year May. The price is not stable it varies according to locations ok.
