What documents does a self employed need to take along for visa lottery interview to prove that he is truly self employed?

my guy i hv visited dis websit may 1st that is wen i c that i was selected, i got my cas number which dis one i hv now, but d isure is that sinc may i summitd my forms back to kcc, i hv nt recived any apointmnt letter or intvw, so that is y am worried, but i dnt knw if i was lat or early bcs i c many ppl thanking God bcs they recived thir visa. So we shuld relax our mind and wait for our turn, secondly has any body been selected and later did nt recive his intervw latter? medicals (pls I have one sealed envelop, one sheet of paper n X-ray cd - which one am I to submit and which one to take along to USA - someone helped me collect the result),
2 different school certificates
2 different school testimonials
GCE cert
Diploma computer cert
HND cert (do I have to take my transcript also pls?)
$340 (for I don't have $10 but $20 x 2)

Please peruse the docs for me and let me know if anything is missing, also which docs to be submitted at the entrance and which one to give CO please?

Yes you can go with your hair dressing certificate if you included it in your the forms you sent to KCC. Hope this helps
