raumdeuter:PO isn't the current governor of the state, so your question is irrelevant. |
raumdeuter:According to you and your cohort, all governors of Anambra are perfect and blameless except just one, PO. I hear you. See logic. SMH |
raumdeuter:Lols, a typical BAT and APC supporter is a master of blame game. Buhari spent years blaming Jonathan for his (Buhari) own failure and ineptitude. I'm sure it was Jonathan that prevented him from appointing ministers six months into his tenure or that made him spend months overseas treating an undisclosed sickness. So, it's Obi who left office eight years ago that's responsible for the current problems in Anambra, not the current governor or the immediate past governor or the governors before Obi. Lols. See logic |
raumdeuter:Governed or governs? I think you confuse these two words. Soludo, the current Anambra governor, isn't responsible for the current state of things in the state. Obano, the immediate past governor, isn't to be held responsible as well but Obi who ruled years before them is. See the logic of BAT supporters. I'm sure PO is even responsible for the state of Anambra since the state was created in 1991. Lols. See what defending APC and BAT has led to. |
raumdeuter:Lols, this man. I didn't know Obi, who ruled Anambra State eight years ago is now the same person as Soludo, the current state governor. |
raumdeuter:Obi isn't the current governor of Anambra, so your question is irrelevant. |
raumdeuter:I've established that you can't live in a Nigeria ruled by BAT and also laid out the fact that comparing Lagos, a former national capital and the current economic capital of Nigeria (for years), with Anambra, a state created just in 1991 from Old Anambra ravaged by war in the 1970s, is unreasonable. EOD raumdeuter: |
raumdeuter:Lols, since you can't provide a good defense for your previous points I countered with facts, you don divert to another excuse. Obi has his own issues but is a lesser evil than the candidates of the other two evil parties that have done serious damage to Nigeria and Nigerians. PDP had its chance for good 16 years and failed; APC also had its chance for about 8 years and performed worse than the woeful PDP. The reasonable thing is to give another party a try. Don't wish for us what you dread for yourself. Any Nigerian living in Nigeria, experiencing the insecurity, inflation and extremely high food prices, incessant ASUU strikes, monumental acts of corruption, youth unemployment, epileptic power supply, and other ills that have defined Buhari's government, and is still campaigning for APC or PDP is simply being foolish. Fela described such fools as "suffering and smiling". Foolishness must be inherent in such a person's gene. But for people like you in the diaspora, you're just being wicked or using us to catch cruise by supporting APC. |
raumdeuter:Is this your reason for blaming one governor out of the multiple state governors for current woes Anambra is facing? Is that why you campaign for APC yet you dread living under this same party you tout? You've not given me any cogent reason why a party like APC that failed woefully in all ramifications deserves another chance or why the comparison of Lagos State, a former national capital, with Anambra, a state that arose from the rubbles of war in the 1970s, is reasonable. It's clear even you yourself can't buy this product (BAT) you're selling to us. Lols |
raumdeuter:Where's the sense in blaming a single governor (that served 8 years ago) for the bad things currently happening in a state when different people have governed this state before and after your scapegoat? Why must one person bear the brunt of all the poor decisions and ill-thought-out action and inaction of the rest of the state governors? Can you make this make sense? About the issue of date of creation of Anambra State, comparing an old Anambra State ravaged by the Biafra War with Lagos State, the former national capital and the economic capital of Nigeria for years, that had enjoyed relative peace over the years is illogical. The Biafra War wreaked a lot of havoc on Enugu, the capital of old Anambra State, yet you expect Anambra to outperform a Lagos that has had relative peace and enjoyed its status as a former capital of the country. Anambra was even the epicenter of the tragedies of the war, which claimed millions of lives and property. I had expected a more reasonable argument than this. |
raumdeuter:Anambra State was created in 1991. True or false? Of course, all states and regions of the world had been in existence well before they were named and created. What makes Anambra an exception? Or you want to blame Obi for the bad things that happened in the land area now called Anambra even before he was born? Because you've singled out only him now to blame for the current state of things in Anambra as if no governor led the state before and after him. You're comparing a state created in 1991 to another that was created tens of years earlier and had been a national capital tens of years before creating the newer state, and yet you expect this newer state to miraculously perform better. Which kind logic be this? I know it's a lot of hard work to defend a monumental failure of a party like APC. |
raumdeuter:Lols, Anambra of today is the product of Obi's leadership as if he's the only one that governed the state in the past. Why pick only him out of the past leaders the state has had as the governor responsible for the current state of things in the state? Which kind reasoning be this? Blaming a man that ruled a state 8 years ago for the current poor state of things in the state? Haven't they elected governors before and after PO? Why must only PO be responsible for the current state of things in Anambra? Does Anambra even have a governor currently at all? Your comparison of Lagos to Anambra is DOA and is not reasonable at all. First, Lagos was a former capital of the country and has been the economic capital of Nigeria even before Tinubu served as governor. Anambra was only created in 1991, yet Lagos had been the capital of the country from 1960 till 1991. And you're comparing both states. Can you make this make sense? I don't understand this kind of logic. Comparing Anambra to Lagos is like comparing a professor with a 400L student. Who makes such a comparison except mischievous people?
|
raumdeuter:I don't understand this kind of comparison. Obi served as the governor of Anambra State eight years ago. Should I go back in time to decide whether to live in the state under his dispensation or Tinubu's Lagos? Anambra isn't currently under the leadership of Obi or LP, his party. I don't see any sense in this comparison. We're talking about the present, and APC, the evil party you're campaigning for, is the party currently ruling Nigeria, which you (like millions of Nigerians in the diaspora) dread to live in. |
raumdeuter:About their comparative performance as state governors, I can't say who performed better. But I for one didn't really rate Tinubu's Lagos as a resident in the state since the early 2000s. Fashola was a better leader of the state in all ramifications, and many Lagosians believe so. Even if Fashola had vied for the presidential position on the platform of APC, the mere fact of choosing that evil party already damaged his chances. I said PO is the lesser evil out of the three candidates because APC and PDP have both wreaked huge havoc on the country, and considering the Buhari's administration, which is a monumental failure, APC doesn't deserve to rule Nigeria again. If you feel otherwise, you may as well move back to the country so you can get a taste of the suffering and hardship that most of us experience under the draconian leadership of the APC-led Buhari government. |
raumdeuter:You're a BAT supporter, but you dread his tenure and won't want to live in a Nigeria he leads. That means even you yourself know BAT is a bad choice. Why then have you been campaigning for BAT whose government you dread living under? It means you don't wish millions of Nigerians well. As for PO, he seems like a lesser evil among the three popular candidates. If he wins, I don't expect him to fix Nigeria within four years. But he should be able to lay the foundation for upcoming leaders to work on. At least, he's expected to get the basic things right, like choosing his ministers immediately he's sworn in and picking the right people. These are basics that PMB got wrong. His administration was doomed to be a failure from the start. |
We never beat Arsenal, na PSG with the trio of Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe for attack dey wan beat. Lols |
Ihebu4chelsea:I don't know what some people that are intelligent and supposed to be enlightened and exposed would gain from watching their fellow humans suffer. The human species can be strange sometimes. One would expect more from the species at the topmost echelon of nature's food chain. |
andrewbaba44:Lols, they said the amateur coach is better than a proven, world-class coach. The kid and his partners in crime used pages to tell us how Potter is better even though he's yet to win a trophy in his career, yet to spend 6 months on the job. It's clear the man is below average sef. If he fails to qualify us for top four (which is looking like a mirage now) at the end of this season, then he should be sacked. Else, Bole will ruin RA's great achievements for the club. |
If Nigerians vote for APC even after their presidential candidate failed to shows up for yesterday's debate, then it means they're getting more foolish by the day. Tinubu thought it wise to attend a birthday party when called upon to discuss his plans for the people on live TV.
|
raumdeuter:All these points you're making to defend BAT's absence at the debate don't make sense. In my area, my neighbors also watched the debate yesterday because I could hear the voices of the participants from their side when I was watching the program too. I'm sure many people interested in the upcoming election also watched it. Millions of Nigerians have GoTV in their homes. This is 2022, not 2002. Well, going by the comments here, it's clear some Nigerians in the diaspora like you don't mean well for those of us still in the country because most Nigerians can't be suffering under the current government and you'll still be campaigning for the evil people (Tinubu and co) that brought us into this mess in the first place. It just shows you, the Oasis guy, and others like you abroad are enemies of the Nigerian people. It's just so atrocious reading some comments here, especially from diasporans who have a first-hand experience of what good governance is, who are supposed to be exposed people. You're over there and know how a leader in the 21st century should think, reason, and behave, yet surprisingly, you're supporting the lifeless one and BAT. If you want APC to continue ruling this country in 2023, would you be glad to return to the country to enjoy under the government? I'm sure your answer to that question is NO, which buttresses my point that you don't wish us well. |
Ibime:Lols |
See how much Buhari's clueless government paid a UNILAG senior lecturer as October salary, yet people are still campaigning for APC and blaming ASUU for embarking on strike.

Does this kid do anything else in real life other than reading transfer rumors? |
The lady that asked a question now about how each presidential candidate would tackle the problem of flood affecting Rice farming asked an intelligent question. Then, about audience engagement, it's almost an all-men affair. Women weren't given enough chance to present their questions. Arise TV needs to improve on this aspect. |
BlueRayDick:Senseless and useless party. Jonathan handled ASUU strikes much better than the lifeless one in Aso Rock. Buhari is easily the worst Nigerian president in the history of the country's democracy. It's not surprising that a leader, who many Nigerians aren't sure actually earned an SSCE certificate, is doing his best to cripple the education sector as he doesn't value education. |
Ellexy:Naso Buhari start that time. The Saturday that'll be good, it's from Friday that you'll know. Tinubu will be a failure worse than Buhari if he wins. |
sod09:Lol, na our learner of a coach give you mouth |
Scummies don chop 2 goals within 11 minutes. At least, we go get some breathing space for here |
With Potter in charge, we're in for a long ride. Which serious team looking to win the league or at least make top four would sack a world-class coach for an amateur, trophyless coach from lowly Brighton? |
Potter is better than Tuchel. Lols |
The boy dey mention Liverpool. So you want Chelsea to wait for another twenty years like Loserpool before winning the league. This boy no get himself at all |
