I guess you are hooked its not something you just wake up and say i am not using NL anymore i feel it would just get to that stage that where it would just come naturally there must still be one or two things that interests you and thats why you are still here

I tire for these Johnny Just Come rap fans ooh.Jigga and Nas is for drop-outs una no go kill person for Nairaland.I laugh in Guatemalan

careytommy:
usually, when polls like this are conducted they usually concentrate on the contemporary so i wonder how eminem could have topped the poll. secondly, i think most of the voters were whites who know nothing about rap i.e. the undreground, hardcore and mainstreams sections. they just "know hiphop". if not how can eminem stand next to masters like jay-z, nas, rakim or even common. ime thinks em's only classic is "the marshall matters LP" and they comme nothin close to nas' "nastradamus", jay-z's "black album" or common's "findin forever"
Well said bro.Apparently some people skipped classes when real rap was in session

Yes i am sure he is the almighty pound its just a shame that he is going to suffer the same treatment in due time just like Ramos did they never should have sacked Jol he was a decent coach

this is not the right time to sack the guys sha lipsrsealed
bringing in new guy will make matters more,
God in heaven forgive us lillywhite of our sins and mistakes
When should they sack him? Is it when you guys get relegated? Wigan was a classic example if they had not sacked Chris Hutchings they would be playing Championship footie right now

I can remember telling y'all at the start of the season that Juande Ramos is not a good league coach sacking him is a step in the right direction i just wish it was on Wednesday night you guys sacked him and not tonight

I just feel pith for Harry Redknapp he is too old for the travails of this your yeye club he was building something good at Portsmouth they where even in the top 7 why throw that away for an unstable club like Tottenham

their bubble would soon burst

And who knows, they might find their self in the relegation quagmire come christmas
I am sorry to burst your bubble but they are on 20 points after 9 games there is absolutely no chance these guys would be fighting for relegation this season not to talk of by christmas

Do you think Hull will beat Arsenal at their home?
Totenham is a crap team, they could lose to Cardiff City at this rate.

Hull city is as effective as Bolton once was, its a matter of time before they are eventually found out. You can only ride the wave of adrenalin for so long. The presence of 2-3 quality players can't hide the fact that the rest of the team are made up of very average players.

We all thot Reading players were the "it" 2 seasons ago.
No we would definitely beat Hull in the reverse fixture but seriously Reading and Wigan where not this good their fixtures against Chelsea and Utd would show to me if these guys are for real or not if they pass that test then the rest of the league had better watch out ooh

Some times we tend to think white people are from mars, they are just humans like us,even more frail, but their problems are not as basic as ours.Their problems right now are just mainly problems of defiance, challenging what is,drugs, achohol, broken homes,,adult like out of control children, serial killing, paedophilia, weird sexual orientation, depressions, strange illnesses and so on,but our problem are just problem of basic needs, unwarranted and nothing can justify a situation like that.Even the poshest areas in lagos ,like ikoyi and victoria island still can't compare with rubbish filled places in england.

No sane nigerian will ordinarily prefer england to nigeria, hell no,but for the madness at home.We will always remain second class citizens and unfulfilled in a whiteman's land, always taken for shelter seeking pests.

Living abroad is an eye opener,it shows you all the opportunities, endowments and obligations you have as an individual in your own country.
You made loads of sense there bro.I feel ya

Very very funny thread i have really really laughed my ass off at these pics and the comments but from humor we could learn a lesson that no amount of pics we post on here would reduce the number of people queuing for visas if we don't as a nation try to make life better for the common man

They are not playing anything spectacular from what i can see. A team that loses 5-0 to Wigan is nothing special. Most teams took them for granted and paid the price.
I have to say Phil Brown was spot on signing players like cousin and Geovanni, its lifted the confidence of the team. Myhill is also a very good goalkeeper, without him WestBrom would have taken something from this game.

Against a fast attacking side like Chelsea that also has a solid defence, it will be back to earth for Hull City. From there i foresee a free fall.

Just ask Reading.
Not spectacular to you but it is amazingly effective and effective hardly ever goes wrong. The 5-0 loss was a bad day in the office how many losses have they had since? they have beaten Fulham,West Ham,Tottenham and even Arsenal why do you think they can beat or at least draw with Chelsea? i know they would fall down to earth pretty soon but i don't think it would be wise to write them off either
What do u mean genuine contenders? Tyson didn't wake up one night to find himself as the youngest heavyweight champion in the world. . .
Are u this daft?? The people Tyson smashed were genuine contenders themselves. . . . .
Tyson only made em look ordinary. . . . . .Just because Ali is a coward with the way he takes his fights to round 15 does not mean the people he fought were good.
. . . . .Tyson is so excellent in his way that he ends his fight in the 1st round thus making his opponent look like a sissy.

I am done arguing on this issue. . . . .We can never ever AGREE with this so y'all can put Boxcyclopaedia here for all u care.
Eastbay(the slowpoke) keeps foaming in the mouth without really adding any genuine input to the debate.
How can anyone say Tyson is not the greatest? It must be pinkeye or cancer of the lens if u cannot appreciate Tyson's short career.
Iron Mike doesn't get his credits because of his lifestyle just like the media prefer Kaka to Cristiano Ronaldo. . . .
This is why i call you a beer parlor analyst when you have nothing meaningful to say you feel the urge to insult to make your point known them Reggie Miller and chronic seeds must be working on your system and toying with your brain cells tongue

From this crap you posted alone its clear even to a new-born that you know nada about boxing

I pasted some telling stats for you to compare Ali and Tyson with and you are here making noise about how he made mince-meat of part-time boxers and butchers

Tyson was excellent my ass someone that could not last 5 rounds with decent fighters boxing those days where for men and that is why it used to last as long as 15 rounds the quality of opposition was so high you didn't have riff-raffs and half-steppers come into the boxing ring.If he could knock someone down in 38 seconds doesn't that tell you that he fought with shitty boxers? Why did he not avenge his loss to Lewis and Holyfield? that is the question i have been asking that you Tyson jesters refused to answer

Nani was shyte so was Wazza and Fergie was smart to remove him immediately after the badge kissing incident. Why did Fergie bring on Tevez so late?Berba cannot bring what Tevez brought to the table for you guys last season ooh the hunger, drive, restlessness, the relentless spirit, energy

I also noticed that you guys don't know how to run commentaries i didn't notice anyone shout goal when Everton scored on this thread grin grin which is obviously biased grin grin

@Cristalz
Saha was not even a threat angry it was like he was almost scared to get at Vida and Rio he was probably reminiscing of the good times they spent at OT it was uber-annoying and whats with Rio he played like someone that was high on Reggie Miller

Hull city will come down to earth against Chelsea. Theyv'e simply made things more difficult for them now everyone knows they are no push overs.
Lol i thought they where going to run out of gas but that is not going to happen anytime soon with the way they are playing i expect them to give Chelsea a run for their money they are playing with such confidence its almost scary and they ain't even playing the typical smash and grab Bolton style they are playing with loads of grit and a suprising bit of flair its unbelievable

As usual, here are the weekend picks smiley

Week 8

TB vs Cowboys - the recent struggles of the 'Boys + going against a 5-2 team . . . the only positive is they're playing at home
Washington vs Det - No self-respecting team loses to the wigers
Buffalo vs MIA - I expect the bills to continue their winning ways in sunny miami
St.Lou @ NE - Cassel must now show that the 3TD no INT performance last week was not a statistical outlier
San Diego vs NO - ah yes the treat for our London friends over at Wembley stadium. Since SD cannot win in America, perhaps they might win in Europe tongue
Atl vs Philly - a chance for Philly to make that NFC east div much more tighter, but the falcons are not too shabby themselves
Cincy vs HOU - its the clash of the wuss-tans grin The first real chance for the bengals to get in the win column. If they lose to the Texans that would be beyond shameful. By the way . . . where is Onyinye? cheesy
NYG @ Pittsburgh - 1st Game of the weekend - I'm going with Big Ben on this one, "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" cool

MNF
Indy vs TEN - the other game of the weekend - The last undefeated team in the league going up against former AFC superpower Colts. I think Tennesee will stay undefeated, the Colts offense lacks chemistry and momentum, they are a shadow of the previous years.
TB - COWBOYS:With the way those boys have been playing lately i wouldn't bet my snack money on them.I am silently hoping they win because 0-3 would be rather hard to take plus we would be 3rd in the NFC East and if the Eagles win it could get a lot worse

Redskins vs Detroit:Makes it all more important that the Cowboys win there is no way the Redskins wouldn't beat Detroit

BILLS vs DOLPHINS: I see the Bills bouncing back and taking this one the Dolphins seemed to have gone into hibernation since beating the Chargers and the Pats

RAMS vs PATS: I don't think the Rams are that good of a side we where so whack last week we made them look good.Jesoul i see you guys winning this one Cassel needs some confidence-boosting to become a consistent performer so that y'all could at least make the play-offs

Chargers vs Saints: Thats going to be a hum-dinger i do like the Chargers but the way they wax hot and cold is very mysterious i would be suprised if they don't beat a Saints outfit without Reggie Bush though that would be the height of it

Falcons vs Eagles: Battle of the birds lol.I would play Division bad-belle as usual and hope the Eagles lose. They must lose ooh grin grin

Bengals vs Texans: I think Onyinye's Texans should get their 3rd win heck at this rate they just might catch up with their TX neighbours if we keep playing rubbish Ocho Clowno is a sure banker for 0-8

Giants vs Steelers
: This game is the Koko i would just sit back and enjoy i wouldn't dare predict the winner on this one

Colts vs Titans: I don't know but why do i get that feeling that the Titans would get beat this weekend. And each time you write the Colts off they have a way of coming back to bite ya i have a feeling thats what would happen this weekend
