This Madrid juju is not ordinary eye. Reminds me of a tweet in 2022 of someone likely a Liverpool fan saying they will gegenpress Madrid to death End of match they asked him can you gegenpress juju ![]() And I remember going into that final thinking no way Madrid wins surely this time Liverpool healthy no Ramos, Salah fit no Ororo. Whosai |
Ellexy:These leeches know they would be South Sudan status if Nigeria splits |
Khanben:His potential is infinite really. I don't think he's even touched his actual prime yet. He's proven to be a pretty good passer of the ball especially in transition and even in the halfcourt I will chalk the stamina and cardio thing up largely to inexperience though I've been hearing some things about his eating habits and how they're a bit dodgy. Though for all the tough talk he truly doesn't know what it entails to go on a title run. He's still running of vibes and that youthful exuberance He might need to tone down on the brashness a little bit. Life tends to go out of it's way to humble the proud |
One thing that's always gotten me curious. Why do Bronsexuals argue when we say the LEastern conference was weak and then still say he was the underdog in all those Finals. That math is not really matching Secondly. You mean the phony goat in his athletic prime with the 3rd best SG of all time and another HOF Chris Bosh was the underdog against baby KD, Russ (23y.) and a 6th man Harden (22) Even more egregious in 2014. Back 2 back Champions. With 3 HOFers vs an old Tim (38) and Manu (37 years) baby Kawhi (23) Last year they told us with a straight face that he was underdog vs Ja Morant despite having superstar AD as teammate. Me I've not seen that kin thing before oh. Where a superior player is always the underdog no matter the supporting cast he's surrounded by |
Khanben:That's fair, just saying he's one of the few that didn't have to take those lumps I understand the Gen Z syndrome. Plus we've all been at that age where we felt invincible at various levels Sometimes you think you want the smoke and when you inhale it you see that e be like this smoke pass me Timberwolves were favored in this series but going into the season they were 11th. So how do they handle the expectations moving forward. Remember Tatum and Celtics when they got to the Finals in 2018 as the best young players. They were a cute story now it's all pressure, so Antman better learn humility especially if he doesn't win quickly |
Roland17:He was real disrespectful to Jokic. Completely soured on them and started rooting on their downfall after that. A couple more playoff losses will certainly humble them and him some more cos I believe they will fall short next season again In this league you can't skip steps. You have to go through that heartbreak, you can't escape it unless you're Magic and Duncan |
donlittle25:You too dey fear. So far say Lively go dey court. No cause for alarm. And I said it that contrary to what most people think it's easier to close games away than at home. If Luka goes on to win it all he will join Olajuwon as the second team to win all 4 series on the road |
Una no go give up ke? Lively with the exclamation nail in coffin |
Which kin were alagidi team be this. KAT just spamming empty calorie buckets Ok now the lead isn't 29 again it's only 24 ![]() |
Shey these ones wan form coming back ni? It's cute sha. You're only down 27 points |
Just pull them out now before you break the record for Conference Finals loss |
Timberwolves should just pull out their starters for the 4th quarter let's see what Monte Morris, TJ Warren and Luka Garza can do. I hope the Nuggets GM is watching this series and rightfully ashamed of himself |
BlueMann:It's not even a close game which makes the foul even more annoying He will tell you he's playing hard while down 20 |
That has to be an ejection. Would be if it were Draymond Green |
BlueMann:It's deliberate at this point |
A40:Everything playing out exactly as I called it. KAT will have to knee Lively in the head again ohh snap Reid just did for them to make a comeback on this one and I'm not even sure it would be enough |
If Lively was healthy Game 4 this could have easily been a sweep |
If you're the Mavs you put this team to the sword. Do not make the same mistake Nuggets made. No brakes no mercy. No look scoreboard or time left |
Said it the other day that closing out a series on the road is much easier for good teams. You can tune out all the noise and just lock in and that home court advantage is not as important between equally matched teams as people like to think |
Khanben:It's certainly easier on Luka's knees also means Gobert taking a lot of shots which in a way is good. He's already taken 7 shots in a quarter. That's music to your ears that they're trying to run their offense through Rudy cos they think they can take advantage. Fewer shots for Antman, McDaniels and KAT |
Roland17:Happened a lot in Game 4 as well. Kept wondering why I was seeing so much Luka guarding Gobert |
Luka. Back to back treys. 20 points and the quarter isn't even through yet |
Roland17:Dems have made a critical error. Trump's donation site don crash. Now they've made him a martyr. You have moderates that also see through this whole sham of a trial. Biden has mostly been a failure and so this whole trial and the fact that most people feel it's political means the support for Trump is about to explode |
Luka isn't here for games |
Kyrie and Luka really shat the bed today. How they allowed KAT and Rudy to finish the game is abominable They badly missed Lively as well. The rim protection was sorely missing On the flipside I think the nerves also finally caught up with the Mavs. Now onto game 5 and contrary to what most people think, homecourt in the playoffs is not as big of an advantage as it's made out to be especially between elite competition Won't be surprised if the Mavs are more locked in and close out in Game 5. Certain teams I remember like the Spurs growing up they loved to end series on the road. It's why they were such villains in their earlier title runs |
Fouled out KAT but the damage already been done. Had no business not attacking the two trees and forcing them to foul you |
KAT and Rudy are on 5 fouls and these guys are not aggressively attacking the rim ![]() |
KAT having another disasterclass yet again. What do you do with him if you're Minny cos at 29 this is who he is. In an elimination game he has as many fouls as shots Anyway they're all in foul trouble at this point |
Khanben:I think the depth of the Mavs have been grossly underrated. Exum is a decent player. Good to see him recover from that German suplex Yabusele gave him in the Euroleague They just have 3-4 guys that just play off Luka and Kyrie and thrive. They can dribble, they can catch and shoot. They have some size (Hardy, Green and suddenly Exum) |
Mavs just toying with these boys at this point. Tie game |
Antman emptying the clip. The Mavs have started horrendously. Closeout games are always the hardest Mavs are really lucky they're only down 7 rn |
Khanben:Yup. 3 of the final 4 games their execution was comical They were never winning the series but it really could have been a tied series |
