Stop lying, he only scored 21 goals.
Ok agreed. Now how many has your Hazard scored even with penalties to embellish the numbers? Bearing in mind Bale was younger than Hazard when he was netting 21 goals

Tval:
Sanchez played 2377 minutes in la liga last season and got 19 goals and 10 assists, so far in the epl he has played 2403 minutes with just 14 goals and 8 assists. Where did he destroy and where is he destroying?
He didn't destroy yet he is on your shortlist for the PFA award all in his first season in England. An award he could never sniff in Spain

Tval:
Epl is all about hype? We all knw how much Ronaldo, Bale and Suarez were signed.
The EPL is synonymous with inflation so this is not saying much. Andy Carroll was bought for £35m. All it says is your league is a feeder league for La Liga

Funny enough, we as Barca fans are more hopeful than many of you all about Bayern's chances of qualifying... tongue

Its partially his fault we are in this situation to start with. You can talk of individual errors but he had no answer to Porto's tactics which is why we only had 2 shots on target all match

I'm not hopeful I expect us to qualify. When we advance whoever we get drawn with bring it on. Some of our troops should be back by then

They are missing Danilo and Sandro their two starting full-backs. No excuses abeg

So stop judging hazard based on his international career even kelvin debruyne is far ahead of hazard in belgium squad. If hazard is over-rated so does neymer. In 2014 worldcup its all about neymer and brazil. Who else? Compared dat to brazil of ronaldo, rivaldo,r.carlos, cafu, dinho etc. Abeg. Hazard is more of zidane and dinho in style in such dat dos players doesn't kia abt goals while neymer is more of cr7 or messi even though d later two started dia career as a winger wit good dribble success but later developed to a goal machine. Pls compare Neymer and A.Sanchez biko! The two have sametin in common.
Looool see this joker. Luis Figo? Wetin he play? FYI Euro 92 was the first Euros I saw so you can't tell me anything about Euros that I don't already know. No be by google oo

Cristiano Ronaldo broke into the limelight after his performance at the Euros that was when he and Rooney were labeled the stars of the future. He scored a key penalty in the shootout vs England and also scored in the semi-finals for Portugal and helped them to their first ever final in any major tournament! He even made team of the tournament. All at age 19 so don't ever compare him to your local champion Hazard

At the 2014 World Cup everyone knows the impact Neymar had for his country when wastemen like Fred and Hulk were misfiring. Unlike your Hazard who was one of the tournaments biggest disappointments

Hazard is nothing like Zidane and Ronaldinho. Stop these laughable comparisons. These guys are tested and trusted on the international stage unlike Hazard who is useless outside the Premiership

barackohandso:
When you use the slightest chance you get to lash out at Pep when Bayern loses any match, even when those we run the club support him at all times, then it's just hatred. He might be another one your numerous top managers to you but he came in with a high reputation; with offers from other top clubs in Europe, Bayern sure did a lot to get him as they were on the back of the club's most successful season in history, so it wasn't like y'all needed rebuilding or something
You are entitled to your opinion ninja. What I do is no different from what the average Barcelona fan was doing when Lucho was not delivering. Bayern is bigger than Pep and I could care less whatever reputation he brought along and whatever other offer he was considering, Bayern is the biggest club that went after him and the biggest side he has coached. He is also one of the highest paid coaches so don't act like he came to do us a favor

barackohandso:
Your excuse for Bayern not winning the uefa super cup until Pep arrived has 'convenience' written all over it. Whose fault is it that y'all didn't take a uefa competition serious?
Its not an excuse if its true. So stop shouting about Super Cup like its a big deal. Afterall he got there due to another coach's hardwork

barackohandso:
Madrid debacle was his fault? Lol. You simply met a superior team in Madrid. I guess Bayern's 7-0 humiliation of Roma was his fault too, plus all other huge scorelines you fail to give him credit for
The Madrid debacle is 1,000,000% his fault. He even admitted this in his book.
So what is your point?

No Bayern fan failed to give Guardiola credit stop telling lies. His tactics were spot-on and everyone was suprised at how well it worked

barackohandso:
Even before the Madrid mauling, I remember telling you that embarrassing defeats like that could happen to any team when you kept mentioning the Barca vs Bayern '13 semi final result. Ironic huh?
Embarrassing defeats can happen to any team that is poorly prepared. The actual irony is a lot of Bayern fans saw it coming because of how rubbish we were against Arsenal and Man United who we just did enough to beat. If not for useless players like Welbeck, Rooney and Valencia we would have lost to David Moyes of all people

barackohandso:
If after winning all he's won in a year with Bayern, you still consider him a failure, I might need to question what your definition of success is
We are paying him €16m to deliver us the Champions League. Juup Heynckes made half of that and took us to back to back Finals. So yes if after 3 years at Bayern he fails to give us a Champions League his tenure would be regarded as a failure. If that makes me a hater then who the hell cares?

You've always had a negative mind towards Pep so I'm not suprised. I just wonder why the hate; dude is winning your routine trophies consistently (BuLi, pokal et al), even uefa super cup (a first). The UCL isn't a easy-to-win trophy cos I know that's what you want him to win on a regular basis

So if una win porto, him go turn best coach back abi?

We'd be glad to have him back BTW
You are strongly mistaken to assume I always had a negative mind towards Pep. I have engaged numerous people in his defence on this section. You asserted that Guardiola is the best thing to happen to Bayern and he is as big as if not bigger than the club so I took it upon myself to educate you that Guardiola is just another name amongst the long list of managerial legends that have come to our Institution.

Felix Magath hell even Arsene Wenger would win the league with our present squad. If all we needed was the league and DFB Pokal then hiring Pep was pointless.

He won the Super-Cup big whoop! a competition we didn't participate or take serious till 2001 when we won the Champions League. In the 70's when we won our first 3 titles we either sent B team or didn't show up at all.

Pep has been a disappointment so far its not a hate thing per se. From the Madrid debacle, to his mishandling of Goetze, and now this latest incident. His offenses are numerous

If we win Porto he's not still the best coach its a minimum requirement

Ribery plays for the best team in the world, an attacking team who don't require him to defend. . . plus he's in a Scottish-type league where one big team hammer others 4-0 every game.
Loool! Bros Ribery is one of the hardest working wingers in the game. Hazard cannot track back like Ribery don't get it confused at Bayern everyone defends from the front

Whether Scottish type league it is this same league that houses your World Champions. We are still waiting for EPL to achieve this feat

Ibime:
Same with Griezmann, why won't he score against Eibar, Almeria and co who can lose 7-0 in the league?

Ronaldo went from 42 goals a season in England to 60 in Spain
Diego Costa went from 36 goals in Spain to 20 in England.

For every goal in England, multiply by 1.5 in Spain. Thís is what happens when there is inequitable distribution of TV money, you get broke teams like Levante whose whole season budget (transfer + wages) is £7m, something Leicester can blow on one players transfer fee alone. Why won't Griezmann score against hungry men who haven't eaten?
Dude Ronaldo was 23 when he started netting 42 goals. Hazard is 24 and a half and struggling to score 20 goals in a season plus no record of note in elite Europe. Ona si jin gaan

Yaya Toure went from part-time CB to Capoditutticapi in your league.

Gareth Bale was scoring 25 goals in the league alone, Luis Suarez with 5 match ban scored 33 goals easy I doubt he has managed 10 in La Liga.

Sanchez benchwarmer at Barca is destroying your league as we speak

The EPL is all hype and this Hazard matter is another example.

Going by you guys arguments, defenders shouldn't even be nominated for world best not to talk of winning it. Because according to you, it's all about goals goals goals.
So Zidane doesn't play the same wing with Hazard but you can conveniently compare Hazard with Ronaldo, Messi, Suarez etc, abi?
That is a wrong conclusion to make. Manuel Neuer made the 3 man shortlist and no one complained about it. A defender can win it if they played exceptionally over the course of a season. However with forwards you can't throw away goals especially when said players did not win major titles especially when the competition has done just that.

Yes we can make the comparison. Hazard is a LWF. He plays the same position as a Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo. You guys are just making excuses! He lacks the titles and the goals yet for some reason he is close to them or as good as them

timbros:
Yes Lukaku is a champions league winner with Chelsea. Any problem with that?

Maybe Chelsea should have been playing a man down (without Hazard) and see if they will lift the trophy.

Btw you haven't told me why we should take away Hazard's penalty goals.
Which is ironic because they actually won the Final without Hazard. ROTFLOL

2nd highest? Why not highest? World cup final? Why not world cup winner?

Btw before you start misquoting me, I never compared Hazard's career to Messi's. I brought Messi's Argentina career up to show you that for Hazard to perform well in one competition and not too well in another doesn't make him a bad player like you want to paint him. For all his records smashed in Barca, Messi still doesn't have anything to show in the Argentine shirt. BUT that doesn't take away the fact that he is a phenomenal player.
He is only 28 there is ample time to break the record. World Cup Final na yam? If its easy why has your Hazard not sniffed it?

Don't bring Messi as an example! He has Champions League excellence to make up for it. What is Hazard's excuse?

1 semi-final, A group stage and second round exit for Hazard. Using Messi as a yardstick is laughable

timbros:
Stop hating on Hazard. I have provided screenshots showing how good Hazard is. Provide yours to show how crop he is and let's see. You won't. All you guys do is shout up and down how overhyped Hazard is.
Hating on an overrated Hazard? Nobody got time for that! My team is filled with greatness and players who are World Champions. Mueller, Schweinsteiger, Lahm, Ribery, Robben, Goetze, Neuer. We are used to excellence that is why dribble stats vs Stoke and the likes no dey make our body dey vibrate

The most annoying part is Gareth Bale even played more than what Hazard is playing now yet no one dared make comparisons to players that were his superiors

Your statistics are faulty. It shows Hazard has played over 900minutes more than his nearest competitors! That is the equivalent of 10 matches! Despite that Hazard still fails to have a clear edge against his competition. And that is even in the league. What of in the Champions League where Hazard is nowhere to be found

timbros:
You still haven't told me why we should remove Hazard’s penalties.

Or you want to tell me that you don't know that teams have particular players that take responsibility of PK? Is it Hazard’s fault that he has that responsibility in Chelsea? Wait, do you think that penalty goals are that cheap? Haven't you seen or read of people that missed as much as three PK in a match? Are Ronaldo and Messi not penalty takers in their respective teams? Why should Hazard’s case be different?
I didn't say remove I said always make that consideration when talking about his goalscoring record

It is easier to score from penalties than from open play if not for penalties the likes of Rooney and Gerrard would not score 10 goals in a season these days.

Don't compare Ronaldo and Messi to Hazard. Penalties do not make 30% of Ronaldo's and Messi's goals.

You guys keep shouting goals assists goals assists as if that is the only criteria for knowing the best players. Granted, goals and assists are VERY important part of a great player's game. But have you asked yourself this: How many goals or assists does Fabio Cannavaro have in 2006 to be crowned world best?
Apples and oranges. Cannavaro is a defender. So long as Hazard a Wing Forward is in the discussion then goals and assists must matter since he has not performed in any major international competition for club or country

timbros:
Look at those screenshots again. You will notice different aspects to ones game that will make him a COMPLETE player. Not just goals and assists. Zidane have never been a highest goalscorer when he won his world bests... I can go on and on to name great players who don't score that many goals but are undoubtedly football greats.

I still maintain that although Hazard is not in the same bracket with Ronaldo/Messi, he is not that far from them.
Zidane does not play the same position as Hazard. He won his WPOTY because he always played key roles in helping his club or country win major competitions. The greats always showed up when it mattered most. Hazard does not have the goals and has not performed in major competitions so pray tell what do we rate him on. Cool analysis....try cool your head so you can drop that of the EC
Hawks vs Nets: Hawks swept the Nets in the regular season and with heavy beatings too. The Hawks were in the playoffs last year and took the Pacers all the way to 7 almost pulling off an upset, expect no such from the Nets. The Hawks are far too deep and balanced for that. They do lack a star that can take over games but that would not hurt them in this round

Hawks in 5

Cavs vs Celtics: Just making the playoffs is success for the Celts. The Cavs however do have loftier goals, two of the best teams in the East since the All-star break they both enter this matchup with serious momentum. The Celts are young, hungry and have nothing to lose. This series would be tougher than most people anticipate but the Cavs should have too much firepower. No sweeps here

Cavs in 6

Bulls vs Bucks: Jason Kidd is the first coach to lead two different teams to the playoffs in his first 2 seasons and what he's done with the Bucks is quite remarkable since they lost over 60 games last year. They also lost maybe their best player in rookie Jabari Parker and traded Knight but they have hung in there however they face a Bulls team that must realize the title window is gradually closing and the time to make a run is now. With a relatively healthier team and impressive play from rookie Mirotic, Jimmy Butler and Pau Gasol they aren't quite as dependent on D.Rose as they used to be. I think the veteran Bulls just have the deeper roster and would bully the Bucks who should use this playoffs as a learning experience

Bulls in 5

Raptors vs Wizards: The slumping Raptors have struggled mightily pretty much since the second month of the year, the Wizards as well and so must face each other instead of the Celts or the Bucks had they finished higher. This is probably where the best basketball will be played. An exciting PG battle between Lowry and Wall and Beal vs DeRozan at SG however with battle tested veterans like Paul Pierce and a superior frontcourt of Nene and Gortat I just feel homecourt advantage might not count for the Raptors

You're really trying hard to force this label,
Your irrational hate for LBJ blinds you to the truth.
Which Upset one happen.
When last 1st and 2nd seeded teams no meet for the conference finals ?
Chicago still has to try and fit Rose into their offense again.
The Cavs arrived at the playoff with all their players intact.
I don't even see the spurs making the WCF to many road games.
Its not a given that the Cavs would win the Conference. Remember Kyrie and Kevin Love are not playoff tested never mind their coach. JR Smith is streaky as well. They are favorites but its not a slam dunk. They would have it rough against the Bulls because the Cavs have no one who can guard Gasol. Jimmy Butler can also pick up the assignment to guard Kyrie

No sweeps? Let's have that for the Eastern Conference.

Can the Mavs go pass the Rockets?
Sweep ke? These teams are too evenly matched. Even the Pelicans I doubt they get swept

The Mavs can go past the Rockets if Rondo shows up and if Parsons is healthy, they are the deeper team

Eastern Conference I go analyze when my head cool down small
