baba we all know that but that's JM's style. He always goes on the offensive (journos won't let him be) and as I implied earlier that in management you always have to learn to defend your team and move attention away from them. Especially in sports that is 90% dependent on mental strength.

besides the man no lie. Why should anyone take issues with that?,
If you want to know why everyone appears to be so happy when Mou loses then look no further than utterances like these. Forget the journo thing he loves the attention

When he dey yarn all this one wetin make Del Bosque talk?

This is not how you defend your team. By beating your chest like a silverback

Lmaooo! Ninjas like Brownjay would soon come and tell us about competition and other megedefegede

Very crazy race (obviously not in front) but only 11 cars finished. Alonso, Bottas couldn't race while the new kid Verstappen, Raikkonen (usual suspects) Grosjean, Maldonado amongst many couldn't finish

Felipe Nasr looked impressive

But Button and Alonso look to be in big trouble with that McLaren. Would be suprised if Alonso ever wins another race

The Vettelmeister really impressed today, still some distance from the Mercs but catching up is a possibility

Yes! Seriously... grin

Guy forget UCL, Juventus has been League winners over the past few years because of a reliable defence in Chiellini n Buffon... cool

Serie A (3): 2011–12, 2012–13, 2013–14

Serie A Defender of the Year (3): 2008, 2009, 2010

Serie A Team of the Year (2): 2012–13, 2013–14

Although, age is not on his side but still reliable... cool
Chiellini is uber-overrated. The fact that he is the best thing smoking in their league only goes to show how low the standards have sunk for a country known for their virtuoso performers on defence

The Serie A is washed up atm

Since he arrived at Bayern 2 Finals and a semi has been our lot in the UCL so not much to prove there.

Even before it became cool to recognize the boy na him I don see him ability. We really scammed Man City. Bargain aiye

Godin, Chiellini & Silva... cool
Silva? Past glory

I like Godin but I fear he would be horribly exposed if he played at a Bayern or any other team with a highline.

Chiellini? Seriously bro?

Yeah I missed the match but caught the highlights not too long ago. That lob pass from the Boa-TANK is what you would expect from Chris Paul. Best CB in Europe atm.

Reina also showed his competence, I hope he can get the odd game from now on I know it would be difficult but over the course of the season I see no reason why he shouldn't get 5-7 games

Mueller man of the match for me! He seems to be picking up form at the right time, I was a bit apprehensive about the absence of Robbery but dude was a one man MOPOL on the pitch. Even did a Robben with that first goal

Btw how many freekicks has Alaba scored this season? This should be his 3rd or 4th in the league alone. Surely he must be on track to break some records. We now have Alonso, Schweinsteiger and Alaba who are threats from direct freekicks

There is no excuse jare. Did we have a single shot on goal in the first half? You cannot play against 10 men and be that lethargic. I thought you guys were saying Cuadrado was some massive talent? JM considered even Oscar to play ahead of him even when folks like me will tell you Oscar was not meant for the game.

But as always, JM is only thinking about the defensive side of the game. Pray to score one and get defensive. Rubbish tactics. Seasoned manger like JM cannot coach decent attacking football.
I never quite understood the Cuadrado signing. Mourinho can be so wasteful at times

I want to hear more about the competitiveness of the EPL! All these results and play are showing is that the league is an assemblage of mediocrity

If I want competitive I might as well watch the Glo Premier League

Btw that penalty was mad soft! Poetic justice that Thiago Silva netted the winner and in the immortal words of Rasheed Wallace. Ball Don't Lie

Also lemme address the Hazard hype/Hazard for Balon D'Or. You guys need to cool it! That boy still has a very loooooooooong way to go

7 star performance! We were on their throats from start to finish. Red card was a bit harsh but karma for Costa's animalistic actions in the first leg

Let's start fasting and praying Robben's injury wasn't too serious

Boa-TANK MOTM for me

Good to see Badstuber getting one too. First goal in almost five and a half years

Viertelfinale here we come!

First and foremost hats off to RDM. I'm still in awe as to how Schalke didn't just win but outplayed Madrid totally! Very unlucky not to go through and you have to wonder if only they were more positive in the first leg. All in all very impressive and massive respect

Neuer, Rafinha, Boateng, Badstuber, Alaba, Schweinsteiger, Goetze, Mueller, Robben, Ribery, Lewandowski

I like this lineup from Pep, no faffing around. Up to Die Jungs to do work now

LASTMA like me let me just quickly weigh in on the debate

I don't know whether to cry or laugh when people say Pep ran from EPL competition. A league that Pellegrini was an F.A cup away from sweeping in his first year bear in mind that Pellegrini had never won even Intertoto Cup at over 60 years of age. Abeg leave story for Jimi Solanke

What pressure can any manager face that can be as bad as Bayern or Barcelona two of the biggest clubs in the World who don't merely ask you to win but win in a certain way.

I respect Jose a lot he is a brilliant manager who holds his own against anybody but naah at Porto or Inter no one expected him to win the UCL so no pressure there. Where he was expected to win we all know what happened so let's hapuya like that
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by A40(m): 7:28pm On Mar 07, 2015
Quite a game that was! A bit too physical for my liking. Dante should just go back to the favelas or whatever part of Bahia he is from. To get subbed off 15mins before halftime without an injury is the coup de grace. The guy just keeps showing his incompetence as the game goes by

Also I don't quite understand why Robben played all 90 minutes.

I do hope we up our game vs Donetsk, that Hannover goal was just too cheap to concede and Neuer deserves some blame for it, however it was so irritating to see Dante blame everyone but himself

Who woulda thought the Warriors and Hawks would be surefire favorites for 1st seed in their respective conferences this deep in the season? Ironically both teams have Greg Pop's DNA

Fantastic game between the Hawks and the Cavs last night. Its ridiculous how balanced that team is! It remains to be seen how they handle adversity come playoff time. It would certainly be interesting to see how they react in a situation where they are 2-1 down in a series and need a win on the road, I'd say the same for Golden State too
