Khanben:What's your point? He's still injured Why did he conveniently leave that out like Jamal was a 100%? Pretending Jamal is not more of a dog than Embiid is just laughable. Also which of the injured or injury prone label doesn't apply in this example? Both parties are injured and injury prone. No? |
kendrick9:I get it now. You love your free throw merchants. From SGA to Embiid Embiid is a 7'2 280 pounder shooting 43% from the field. Imagine that. For context AD also a center and injury prone shot 62% And FYI Jamal Murray also playing with an injury only difference is he's on the court and not making a whole song and dance about it. You would never know if you saw him play. Not some people that have their yearly alibi already prepped for when they lose |
BlueMann:Regular season and free throw merchants. When it's time to score real buckets they are always nowhere to be found 37% as a big man is crazy can't believe they were comparing him to Joker with a straight face Sixers better bring out the Brink truck for Maxey. Nigga gonna be Scrooge McDuck |
Magic are dragging it rough with the Cavs. Unbelievable. Banchero has been lights out |
Roland17:Lool. Pipe down. This is his first goal since October Quite embarrassing if you ask me |
raumdeuter:He's insane. Game that I was expecting to see Bayern Frauen/Ladies Let me see the fooling he will do this weekend |
Mscheww. Where did they find this Taiwan defender Everyone involved in recruiting players at Bayern the last 2 seasons deserves to be publicly flogged |
Embiid. 1 point in the last 2 4th quarters 2 rebounds in the 4th quarter of the full series I really am getting to the point I don't even rate regular season achievements anymore cos this drop off is insane. Ohh and Ingram. Who can remember the KD comps? Dort had him in the penitentiary But Ingram is another one of those guys who's game and production never really matched their hype |
greypencils:He will stay healthy whether you see it or not |
Expecting an over my dead body game from Harry Kane today. Whoever comes out of this draw will be the runaway favorites in the Finals. Has to be us Tuchel I don't care if you play terrorist ball. Just win us this damn tie and all Sins are forgiven |
greypencils:Why you putting bad vibes in the air like that ![]() |
birdman:Being moved by Trae Young in 2024 is nasty business. He's much smaller than Russell, needs the ball and an even worse defender. I hope the Lakers get him so their window is permanently shut ![]() birdman:Vincent was injured all year, Dinwiddie a late season addition. No real time to blend. Lakers players routinely got gassed in the 4th. That altitude is no joke, Ham made some errors too. He's a bit like Phil Jackson in that he let's teams play through bad stretches but I don't know if that is always the right move. He will get more blame than he deserves but remember the Lakers led for 78% of the series. They lost to a championship caliber team. They probably overreact like in 2021 and fall further behind |
birdman:You're overreacting bigly. You led the defending Champions for 76% of a playoff series. Honestly if the Nuggets don't have Jamal Murray you're either tied or 3-1 up. Maybe you get a big wing but that means Reaves has to come off the bench. I would say trade Russell but who will you trade him for? Trae Young? Lmaoo I'd be here for the lols next season when he goes 2/13 in an elimination game. Hachimura was a bit disappointing. He should have been the counter to MPJ on both ends |
larride:Yes |
Skrrrrrrr:Tingus Pingus is hurt though. Timberwolves would be tough as well especially defensively however offensively I don't think they have the shot makers that can go band for band with the Nuggets. KAT will not enter the paint and make Jokic work like AD did. And in the clutch I don't trust KAT to show up |
Skrrrrrrr:This is the part that would unfortunately be lost in the debate. The Lakers are a phenomenal team. Mental edge already put them down 2 games. I guarantee you nobody left in the playoffs beats these Lakers in 5. Nobody They would have no answer for Davies and inside their starting 5 everyone can get themselves a bucket in halfcourt without any hassles maybe besides Hachimura |
larride:I don't know what they're smoking especially that akpuruka analyst comparing a free throw merchant like SGA to Jamal Murray that actually works for his buckets The man scored 32pts. Just 1 free throw. Let that sink in. I dey pray one playoff series let the refs swallow their whistle let me see how SGA wan score. He's a poverty James Harden without the 3pt spamming I keep telling these uncultured folks |
larride:The Lakers are a really good team I think a lot of us take this for granted. |
If I hear you niggas compare SGA to Jamal Murray on this thread again |
Disgusting display from the Nuggets. The Lakers have led for 78% of the series. Could it be they are the better team all along and things are merely reverting to the mean. 34pts in a closeout game at home. Jokic fooling if not Murray and Reggie Jackson it could easily be a blowout lead for the Lakers |
This is ridiculous what the Nuggets are doing on offense. We might be witnesses to a generational collapse. This is crazy |
Tingus Pingus injured. Some things will never change |
What did Portis do?? These refs are a crying disgrace. Bucks might as well forfeit |
Omo. The Mavericks walked them back. Kyrie Irving has been a monster. 1pt game |
Come be like say Clippers better without Kawhi |
larride:Very weird pickups by the Nuggets especially the Justin Holiday one. Even Reggie Jackson a notorious shot chucker and Brick merchant. Though I can still somewhat understand the trade. Hyland has attitude issues and his basketball IQ has not improved |
Skrrrrrrr:The Nuggets don't really need to overreact to this loss. There's not a team left that sweeps the Lakers. In fact based on how they've played they should feel very fortunate they are 3-1 up going back to Denver This is by far the best case scenario they would have hoped for when the draw was official and obviously based on what they've played You're 100% right though that now is the time for business. They have to play like the more desperate team. Their starts have been consistently poor. They need to fix that. Lakers have 1 leg at the edge of the cliff, Nuggets job is to push them. |
Skrrrrrrr:Lol it's the closest you can come to selling your soul like all them Kanayo O Kanayo movies You might be lucky to win a ring but just forget about your sanity and wellness Davis is lucky at least he has a ring, some went through all the rogbodiyan playing with him and won nothing example Russ |
Dame might be out for the series. Strained Achilles The Bucks might be cursed |
larride:This was why I questioned their potential to repeat entering the season. The advantage is they do have is there's no player in their starting 5 that's an offensive handicap but Braun and especially Watson are very limited players. Their draft picks clearly were not ready so letting the guys you listed above go, both of them not looking good especially with Reggie Jackson being extremely useless. He's not even done a good job when Murray went down |
Nuggets have been terrible this series. Lowkey MPJ and Jokic have been the only ones to play well This loss is a much needed wake up call. I want to now see how they start Game 5 now that they know they can lose to this team They better approach that Game 5 like their Game 7 and show some urgency lest they find themselves in one. This isn't good enough |
Tinneh:Good someone is saying it |
