dayokanu: Lewadoski is a fooolA compound fool! Just killed another attack. Man is this the best England have to offer! Dortmund is playing em off the park |
Dortmund dey play soccer! Joe Hart should be up for the Balon D'or with this performance! The scoreline flatters City |
Santonio Holmes out for the season just one week after LT predicted the nucca would quit on the Jets. Sad coincidence imo surely he couldn't have planned a foot injury. With no running game and a sub-par QB (had high hopes for Sanchez) u have to wonder how far the Jets can go Where is Royal? Haha the Lord works in mysterious ways! What do u know its a Brady vs Manning weekend ![]() |
chic2pimp: So much for this pile of garbage.Who?? Me sef go like know |
Winning on penalty shootouts na annihilation ![]() |
Might as well cash the reality check now. Obviously we underrated these wiggas and we got put to the sword. Its a good thing we lost now. It gives us some perspective humility and an even keel |
Nna men dis match no be sere kambia ooh. Na to down tequila go sleep na him sure pass |
Awon boys yi ti sun lori kpakpa sha! ![]() |
I'm really interested in seeing how they react! I'm sure Juup would be furious and I expect an absolute blitzkrieg in the 2nd half! This BATE is a much better team than I imagined |
Shiit! We've been breached! Time to see how we respond |
It would be interesting to see how Gustavo and Martinez pair up in central midfield Bench: Starke,Tymo,Rafinha,Shaq,Pizarro,Schweini |
Starting XI
|
chamotex: Ryan Giggs completed just 5 passes in 45 minutes against Tottenham.I told you anything you get from Giggs these days is a bonus! That he was able to make 5 passes sef e try I look around Europe and I don't see any top club parading a 39 year old in midfield! Fergie cannot possibly be blind to this |
The two interception kings clashed last night and there could only be one winner. This wasn't close tho! Tony Romo or should I say Tony Homo threw 5 interceptions (2 returned for TD's) Jay Cutler must be feeling really good about himself! But you gotta wonder what a team can hope to win with these perennial chokers at the helm. |
It's not just Post Season Alone. Tom Brady has had EPIC regular seasons as well Last Season he threw for over 5,230 yards.... Has Manning ever had a 5,230 Yard Regular Season?.... ....LmL ..Has Manning Even had a 5,000 Yard season PERIOD...??.... Nope!...and NOPE! in 07 Tom Brady threw for 50 touchdown passes in one year... Has Peyton ever achieved a 50 Touchdown year?..... Nope..... He had a 49.....that was the record ... Who broke Peyton Mannning 49 TD regular season record? Oh that's right Tom Brady!! Mwuahahahahah While playing OUTDOORS IN COLD ASSSS WINDY FOXBOUROUGH
What is this ninja on about? Drew Brees has even surpassed the record Brady set so WTF u saying? Lool you just shot yourself in the foot because Peyton Manning is way more consistent than Brady Manning = 11 seasons with 4000+ yards (6 years running on one occasion and 5 years the next) Brady = 5 seasons with 4000+ yards 5 seasons!! Are u serious bro?? You mean the immortal Tom Brady has only done 4000+ yards in 5 seasons!! Drew Brees has done 6 in fewer years Phil Rivers has done 5 in 9 seasons
So Tom Brady not only has 3 rings to peytons 1 ....He also has done things in the regular season peyton's never achieved
2 of them where courtesy of Adam Viniateri's FG's always remember to add that
So exactly where has Peyton proved he was Better? By playing with More Talent...and Achieving Less? By having a Losing Head to Head Playoff Record Against Tom Brady?
Their head to head is 2-1! Neither QB has won a game in the other man's building so what is your point I ask for the umpteenth time. "More Talent" a marginal claim at best! All evidence however points to the fact that one team has a better defence and even better coaching. All these factors combine to make Tom Brady the more successful QB as displayed by his ring count
Peyton Manning went into a playoff game...against Tom Brady and the Pats...while Richard Seymour was Injured..while BOTH the patriots Corner Backs were hurt.... AND STILL LOST!!!...Not only did he lose to the Patriots....he was held without a Touchdown... LmFao you really comparing a dude who can't score a touchdown in a playoff game against 2 second string Bench Warming Scrub Corner Backs?
Tom Brady has been outplayed by Joe Flacco and Mark Sanchez in all their playoff meetings!! 3 as at last count! Hardly proves anything
Do you know why he played so horrible in that Game A40? ...THE GAME WAS OUTSIDE...IN A HORRIBLE COLD SNOWY NEW ENGLAND..muwhahahaahahahahah The Muthafoukah can't play outside in cold weather for shiittt!!!
Brady's record in a dome is 0-2 we can also surmise that Brady can't play in perfect weather for shiitttt! ![]()
Why do you think he chose the Afc "West" to go to this year? Lmfao@picking the Broncos because they play against warm weathered west coast California Teams(Oakland..San Diego) *Sings Tupac California Love}}}}}}*
Hahahaha more like cos they offered him 90million dollars for five seasons and are waaaaay better than the Dolphins. Quit clowning son! Who turns down 18 millie a year @ 35! Denver's a chilly place with high altitude and he gets to play there 8 times a year! So much for your theory!
Pay Homage...Tom Brady ...Greatest Quarterback of ALL TIME ~~ ~~Oh...and his Biitch look better too!
Fan-boy |
You said what Secondary players were good. Bob Sanders was the Man You are not winning Defensive Player of the Year as a Safety Unless you are a SuperStar, and That's Exactly what he was.
Bob Sanders was healthy and productive for how many seasons again?? Seasons would be unfair sef! For how many games? Lool! How far gone was Peyton in his career before Bob came along?
The Patriots were a Better Defensive team because {BB} is a Defensive Mastermind. A Schematic Genius and Tony Dungy played that Soft "Tampa 2" Cover 2 Defense That is only effective against the passing game The Statistical Differences were of such because of A different philosophy regarding defensive Schemes.(A Superior One!) Philosophy+Schematics>Talent.
Ahhh so you agree the Patriots had the better D which has being the bone of contention all along! So what where you now arguing about? I guess you like reading your fancy prints. We all know Bill Belichick is a defensive guru. His products are all over the league doing well. Look at Rex Ryan we all know Mark Sanchez is not even a 3rd tier QB but he has managed to coach that team to two championship games. I personally have always opined that QB's get too much credit I've seen too many games won by special teams and defenses to be QB worshipping
Lmao. A Great Running back Makes life easier for the Quarterback....not the other way around Ask John Elway and Terrell Davis Elway before great RB 0-3 SB record Elway with great RB 2-0 SB record. Ask Marino...never Had a Great Running Back ....No Rings es Aikmen has 3 Because of Emmit and {wr}Irving.
We are in a predominantly passing league being a great RB is useless if you have an average QB if not guys like LT,AP and MJD would be chilling with rings! Its symbiosis
Having the Best WR and The Best RB in the League Helped Manning, Not the other way a Around.
Nonsense!! How do you know Peyton Manning didn't make him the best WR? Would Jerry Rice have been the best WR without Montana
Quarterback does Zero for the Running Back....Quarterback does not block for him....But does a RB Catch Passes?
You've never seen QB's blocking before??
Dwight Freeney in his Prime...as a Defensive End was Light Years better than James Harrison or Terrel Suggs as 3-4 outside LineBackers.Once again..the Colts were not a great defensive team because of Philosophy and a Flawed Defensive Scheme.
Hell naah! T-sizzle is a beast!! James Harrison DPOY (Freeney never made that so your point is?)
{BB}> Jim Mora and Tony Dungy.... {BB} is a Genius..... {BB} is a Schematic Savant.
Ninja tell me something I don't already know
lol Once again...{BB} is a Schematic Savant. and Tom Brady is the Greatest Quarterback of all Time. Best Coach..Best QB...= 5 SB appearances in our Generation. {BB} is Phill... and Tom Brady is Michael
Tom Brady is the luckiest QB of all-time! Always got bailed out by his D when times got rough. I comfortably gave you three instances in 3 big games. Peyton on the other hand never had that luxury! What do you mean consistent great WR sef. He was inferior to Moss and T.O and that's naming a few |
[i]Brady was an Unknown Bum who came out of college looking like a corny California surfer Boy.
Your infatuation with Brady is worrisome but that aside Brady was no bum! Sure his freshman and sophomore year he was nowhere but he was a stud subsequently
Meanwhile Manning...The son of a SEC Legend...One of the Most Hyped dudes ever to come out of college... Destined to be a Hall a Famer.... Child Prodigy..NfL Pedigree.....has contributed nothing to the Nfl but passing for a Million Yards in a closed Dome on Carpet.
College hype counts for nothing in professional sports I thought you knew. You are chatting nonsense on this closed dome and carpet thing cos it should favor the other team as well?? If the conditions are that perfect
OutDoors...in natural Elements...TOM BRADY owned Manning. Manning will always be a "Carpet Hall of Famer"....Playing Indoor Football hahaha ...
Lol if its easier to play indoors that means a greater Tom Brady should have no troubles dispatching Peyton Manning? You think not? Afterall I could also argue that Tom Brady is familiar with his surroundings and that's why he was able to defeat Peyton lol apparently someone has not heard of home-field advantage ![]()
Dome Quarterbacks get no respect...Thas why i rate Rodgers over Brees.
Hehehe Aaron Rodgers was not even a starting QB 5 years ago! 3 good seasons on and you already think he is better than Brees! Loooool
You remember the Rams?...The Greatest show on turf? Remember all those inflated Offensive statistics the Rams put up indoors on that Carpet?...Lmfao What happened when they Met up with the Immortal Tom Brady...... Brady walked away victorious.
Immortal indeed Lol! despite being outplayed by Kurt Warner it took turnovers by the Rams and a FG at the death by Viniateri to win the game. Brady's stats where. . . . . Wait for it 16/27 145 yards 1 TD
What happened when Brady met P.Manning "Outdoors" in Natural Elements? Brady Walked away Victorious ...Indoor Quarterbacks get no Respect. Notice Brady Lost to Eli Manning and not his brother... The truth is.. Eli plays in New Jersey...The cold north east...windy winter climate.
Brady has a severe case of dome-o-phobia if you ask me or where was his most recent SB loss?
I give Eli's Nfc Playoff Performances more respect than his Brothers ENTIRE CAREER You remember when Eli played Green Bay in the Playoffs the First time? In that snow?!!? And Plaxico destroyed Al Harris? Eli outplayed the Mighty Iconic Brett Farve...in the Snow...in Green Bay!!!!
There you go again judging a QB's greatness on post-season performances alone even after the article I showed you. So if you where a GM you would pick Eli Manning before Peyton or Brett?
MeaningWhile...the "Other Brother"....The weak one....Archie's "Other" son....lost playoff games indoors on his own Carpet Rug!!! Fhuck outa hea!!! haha ![]() Shout out to Eli...for PLaying in Cold Windy Jersey and Bringing Home "2" Rings...something his brother...The so called legend...failed to do..With Far more Talent
Eli is more clutch tho I'd give you that and if we where to argue based on that then he is more clutch than Brady as well |
[i]Ight now that the sunday night game off i can respond... You ask when did the colts ever have superstars on Defense Indy had Bob Sanders, a {SS} Safety, he played in the secondary. How did they fare when it came to passin and rushin yards allowed in comparison to the Pats? That's what you should ask instead of naming individuals
When have the Patriots ever had Super Stars on Defense? Rodney Harrison was not a superstar...no where close How many Hall of Famers has Tom Brady won super Bowls with?!
They might not have had stars but they where a top defensive team you really didn't want to phuck with unlike the Colts who where well known to have a soft underbelly! Everyone knows the Patriots where a better defensive team
Now flip my previous question around...How many hall of famers did Manning Play with? Your theory on weather is nonsense! Do you play all 16 games on a carpet and indoors?? If the margin was that bad the stats would reflect it
While Tom Brady Played out doors in the Cold Windy North East of America.....Do not compare manning...who played half his career INSIDE A DOME to a man who threw beautiful passes in the Windy Cold NorthEast now... lets get back to the Talent.how about defense...colts had the Two best Defensive end pass rushers in the league in their primes Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis! He had Bob Sanders as a Safety who was better than Troy in his prime! son you buggin... Bob Sanders was a beast...he just was never healthy BOB SANDERS WAS THE NFL DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!! And you asked who he had on Defense?!
Weather is not an excuse! Angel Di Mariaaaaa! The only player that is already appealing to the ref while falling down at the same damn time |
Some epic beatdowns on display this week (anything over three touchdowns is a beatdown IMO) So the Chargers beating the Chiefs fall just shot with two touchdowns and an FG 49ers beat the Jets 34 zip!! 2nd contender they are losing to already! Maybe this team shouldn't be taken serious afterall Patriots 52 Bills 28 Texans 38 Titans 14 Really hope the Saints can get an unlikely win against the Packers! Drew Breezy deserves one (21-14 at the half) RGIII and the Redskins also look like they could lay down the law As it stands only the Texans and the Falcons are yet to lose this season both teams a perfect 4-0 |
Lmao! And Nolan too! That would be 27 pts on the bench in the last 2 GW's now. BPO should be sacked really |
Ibime: Forget counting stats. Torres has had 2 good games in 8. Not good enough. Simples. Even yesterday, the guy was all over the place with his dribbles and touch, losing the ball everytime he received it. I barely counted that as a good game because he won some headers. So in summary, he has only played well against Newcastle and arsenal which is a woeful return. That goal was his get out of jail card really. He still displayed the usual poor control and broke down a lot of attacking moves. He did flop for the foul for the 2nd goal tho but let's give him a break he did just enough |
montelik: Let me put this way. I have more confidence DDG gets to at least one of those shots than Lindegard. You could make those plays for goals again and again and I would bet Lindegard doesn't stop any but DDG makes at least one save.Yall have kept just 1 clean sheet this season!! 1!! Against Wigan of all people. DDG might be better but with a piss poor defence like yours even DDG doesn't have a prayer |
montelik: Let me put this way. I have more confidence DDG gets to at least one of those shots than Lindegard. You could make those plays for goals again and again and I would bet Lindegard doesn't stop any but DDG makes at least one save. You are blaming the wrong muchacho. Rather than blame the defenders that left him with zero coverage you are blaming Lindegaard for failing to catch well taken strikes. Was DDG not in goal when City hit six? montelik: In games where the opposition create chances, ddg is always good for at least 2 or more stops he has no business making. His reflexes, agility, strong hands as well as quick and smart movement of his feet allow him to stop shots most keepers can't even get near. He is undoubtedly a better shot stopper than Lindegard by a country mile and that is not a criticism of Lindegard, DDG is just that good.Is it the same DDG that was public enemy #1 last season?? 1st goal Vertonghen waltzes into the box with no pressure whatsoever and takes a crack at goal scores! 2nd goal was a typical Gareth Bale goal kinda reminiscent of the hat-trick at San Siro and guess who was in goal Julio Cesar? Or is DDG better than Cesar too? 3rd goal was a point blank shot hit with power. Well saved but your defenders where inert and Dempsey had a free net to tap into. Even Lev Yashin would not have stopped those goals never mind DDG |
justwise: Yes i will put money on LH any day, he could be an emotional driver but he is also a bloody good driver.I mean a real bet like betting with your friend or a colleague and not going to Ladbrokes or Betfred. Any opportunist can put their money on the long shot |
Well at least i put him ahead of Aikmen and Bradshaw. ![]() If this was "Regular Season Only". P.Manning would be Number 1. I rate Post Season Performances Very High. Im still mad i Lost Money on Manning Losing to Brees in the Super Bowl. When the Post Season Comes. Bet Money on that E instead of that P when it comes to those Manning Boys.
Of course as a Steeler fan Terry Bradshaw is the greatest QB of all time behind him in this order Joe Montana John Elway Brett Favre Peyton Manning Tom Brady Troy Aikman Dan Marino This is not basketball! Its one game! One mistake I don't think judging by post-season alone is the best way to appraise a QB This article should give you some perspective www.bleacherreport.com/articles/1054861-tom-brady-becomes-the-next-peyton-manning-losing-super-bowl-xlvi-to-eli-manning |
If the Patriots Defense get a "stop" on the last drives of his two last Super Bowls... Tom Brady would have 5 Super Bowl Rings...Including an Undefeated Perfect Season on his Résumé When he left the field.....both times...his team ALREADY had the lead...... Eli Manning and his heroics keep us from mentioning the truth...and the truth is.. Brady is the Greatest Quarterback to have ever played the game.
Alas!! So you realize you also need a good D to win as well? When did the Colts ever have good secondaries like the Troy Palomalu,Ed Reed e.t.c or the Terrell Suggs,James Harrison,Ray Lewis kind of players or at least players in their ilk. Let's not hang our hats on ifs and maybe's here Tom Brady has Adam Viniateri to thank for hitting those FG's in his first two SB's. Brady is not even the best in his era so how can he be the best QB ever |
Sweet Jesus! What a beatdown y'all threw on Roma tonight! Pirlo man what where Allegri and Milan thinking?? You guys look a class apart from the rest of Italy at the mo. Good to see my boy Matri back amongst the goals |
@montelik Bros abeg I go like know which of the Tottenham goals DDG for stop?? All their goals where taken from close range. Not saying Lindegaard is better but let's keep it a 100 |
Giroud = Poorman's Torres |
"Your luck is at the edge of a cliff so don't push it" I think that's what Fergie has been doing for the past season and a half now! What else does Giggs and Scholes have to prove?? Pippo Inzaghi is already coaching Milan's u-15's, Del Piero is playing in Sydney or sumn, Nesta is in the MLS. It can't possibly be about the money as these guys have never been avaricious so what could possibly still be holding them back!! A solid central midfield is what is in vogue in modern football now. Madrid,Bayern,Juve,Barca even Chelsea can now boast of elite level midfield. One has to wonder why Fergie is simply not willing to address this problem |
