What did Ronaldo do better than Messi on an individual basis?? More La Liga goals and more UCL goals! Ronaldo had the chance to take the 1st spot-kick against Spain and potentially take Portugal to the semis but he deferred. He did have a good Euros to be fair. Either way I have a feeling neither would get it |
RBR one-two with Webber on pole! Lewis 3rd Alonso 4th and Kimi 5th Massa 6th Grosjean 7th Hollywood would struggle to come up with this kind of script. I'm expecting absolute mayhem tomorrow!! |
usbcable: fabregas was simplay included because he plays for barcelonaYou guys should stop arguing based on sentiment. Barca has been the best team in Europe over the last 5 years so what does any coach gain from denying himself of those resources Casillas,Ramos,Arbeloa,Albiol,Alonso all play for which club? If we where selecting purely on form some players on that list would not have made the squad |
Wolexis: If Martinez is there as a cover for the central defence pairing of Pique and Ramos despite the fact that he is not playing for Bayern, then Raul Albiol should as well be in the team. I'm not a chelsea, infact I hate Chelsea to the core since the stole my Torres away (Lol, don't mind me) I'm just pointing out the fact. His omission is baseless!Who told you Martinez is not playing for Bayern?? He has featured in as many games if not more games than Raul Albiol I don't disagree with you that Mata shoulda been in the squad ahead of say a Jesus Navas or Cesc Fabregas. But from the little I know of Del Bosque he can be quite sentimental and likes to stick with what works for him |
Wolexis: I've always wonderedLol he is a world cup winner, ucl and euro winner not sure we can question him but obviously u are speaking from a Chelsea fan perspective lol let me speak from a Bayern fan perspective too Javi Martinez is there cos he can also play central defence especially since Puyol and Pique would be MIA. Ramos has also been shaky so Martinez's inclusion is necessary |
StarBoard: A-40,Lool can you connect a ninja? chamotex: Ichiro, the whole of the ball didn't cross the line. All pundits that have commented on the incident have said the same including both managers involved.Oga Ade that ball cross line that's my story and I'm sticking with it! If I didn't see the replay na different case. These linesmen of nowadays dey see road? Put them behind the goal line sef and they still won't see shyte! Anyway these things come back full circle over the course of a season sha I mean just some weeks back Everton where dubiously denied a goal or two against this same Newcastle |
montelik: Dude its been confirmed by Sky through their multiple cameras and angles, the whole entirety of the ball didn't cross. There is no "ruse" unless you have some more reliable evidence. And even if there exists some phantom angle that shows the whole ball across. It still means at best no firm conclusion can be reached.Naah I saw replays on SS right after the match. Every other angle was inconclusive till they showed the replay with the angle at the extreme left of the post! Not that it matters as it hardly changes a thing but for the record it did |
chamotex: Ma wo oju Uche...na strategyHahahahaha ![]() U1: Who's that, son?The person I'm directly below mayne |
montelik: I personally feel it should have been given. SAF said exactly what I felt when I saw the incident. It depends on what angle you saw your replays from! The angle I saw it from was the extreme left (the angle that most clearly shows the ball's position) which is why I'm suprised the linesman didn't see it cos it was directly in his line of vision. Props to De Gea tho he did a good job of selling the ruse that the entire ball didn't cross the line |
Brady never had the single season passing yards record....so you could not have been talking about yards lol He only has the Td Record
Adding "records" was a snafu on my part! A minor one so don't be pedantic! What I was trying to say is that people have thrown for more so why the noise?
...Rubbish....on that same list Manning is ahead of Montana and manning has much more passing Attempts.
Of course recent QB's are way more accurate than their older counterparts! You would weep if you saw Terry Bradshaw's stats (my greatest QB of all-time )Brady's case however carries less weight as he is new generation and he's played at least 45 games less than Peyton so expecting Peyton to wind up with a higher rating borders on madness!!
More Successful and Greater.
Even without a decent offensive coordinator and a shitty all-round team he still won 4 MVP's no question who is greater |
Oh and I don't know why you keep dissing Aaron Rodgers...he has the Highest PasserRating of All Time...you are Aware of this right? ..lol Brady is number 3 all time....Another Statistical Category he beats P.Manning In lol
How many games has Aaron Rodgers played again??
More Rings,Higher All Time Ratting. Better w/l record against him..better wife.....Exactly what does Manning do Better? LoL other than apparently going Bald Faster.....
More rings cos he was in a waaay better team! I remember the 08 season when Brady got injured. Matt Cassel won like 10 games or so. Please remind me how many games did the Colts win without Manning last season? They went from playoff team to joke status overnight! Higher all-time rating cos he's played fewer games! Manning has better pass completion and let's not even talk about their passing yards! The disparity puts Tommy Boy to shame
When Rodgers and Brees careers are over they will both be ranked ahead of manning.... Truthfully..I think Brees already is!..plus he beat him in the Super Bowl Head to Head.. Brees>P.Manning....let me revise my list lol P.Manning Below Brees. ![]() 9th Best Quarterback of All Time. ![]() ....Debate Ova/ ![]()
Your opinion man! But remember there's a reason why he's been a 4-time MVP @Jesoul Come on Brett Favre was a legend! A warrior in his pomp! Very very unlucky not to have won more than one ring!! I rate him above pretty boy Tom Brady (Brady is a great too but neither he nor Manning are touching Brett Favre) Did u see the email I left you on that thread? |
Ravens (2ce) Bengals (2ce) Giants Cowboys Chargers Redskins We stay getting the toughest schedule
[i] Fam you must have been high when you wrote this. Drew Brees did not break Tom Brady's Record. Smh lol he wrote this wit confidence Too.
Dude I wasn't talking about pass TD's I was talking about passing yards.
Brady Still Has the Single Season Td Record..The Same Record he took from Manning.
50-49! Hardly much but touche all the same
As for the Other post...no point of responding to them if Peyton Manning has never had A 50 TOUCHDOWN SEASON or a 5,000 yard passing season
It was a one-off! A phocking fluke! Manning = 11 seasons with 4000+ yards (6 years running on one occasion and 5 years the next) Brady = 5 seasons with 4000+ yards 5 seasons!! Are u serious bro?? You mean the immortal Tom Brady has only done 4000+ yards in 5 seasons!! Drew Brees has done 6 in fewer years Phil Rivers has done 5 in 9 seasons Stats clearly show who is more consistent in the regular season
If mannning's career was better..statistically.. then why does Brady have a Higher All Time Passing Rating?..... ... Oh?
Could it be cos he's played fewer games??
Brady Accomplished these...along with 3 super bowls. Manning has Neither the "50"...the "5,000" or the "3".... .........lol
Its a team sport ninja! More successful yes! Definitely not greater |
chamotex: Na where Ipukulu go finish e don dey nowBros u wey dey for page 2 nko ![]() |
Well by the laws of the game, it wasnt a goal. it cannot be 99.99% over the line. it has to be completely over the line for it to count.
Hahahaha let's keep it a 100 bro that ball was a 102% over the line! Replays clearly showed it |
Hehehe this is fast becoming a presidential debate |
dayokanu: 9 points ahead of Dortmund isnt badReally the onus is on us to regain that title! I'm not sure Dortmund will be too heartbroken if they don't do a threepeat which means all the pressure is on us to reclaim our birthright! I actually want to see Dortmund do well in Europe that way people would stop touting the BL a one team league Good win over the weekend a good way to go into the much dreaded international break. Hopefully none of the troops return injured and guys like Alaba,Gomez and Contento can get closer to full fitness |
Hahaha ok 11TD's and 3 picks funny enough I forgot to omit the Falcons game as that was the only game he threw picks and I actually watched it Surely the Jets have to do something about the Sanchez situation. I say unleash Tebow he can't do much worse and the Jets need to make a move ASAP or end up in playoff morass |
Way too early for anyone to start feeling comfy. The season is just about 18% in long long way to go! Though there's only one person I'd want to trade places with right now |
Ninja what are you even chatting about? How can you compare those shitty Broncos to the Patriots? The Patriots that barely made the playoffs thanks to Tebowmania. Lool!! Prior to last season when last did they make the playoffs? Dude enuff with the jokes already Ahh but you forgot to mention that a comeback was actually on till Will McGahee decided to have multiple brainfarts in the 4th Respect what Manning has been doing with that average Broncos team and a difficult schedule so far. 11TD and 0INT. With a waaay tougher schedule (already Steelers,Falcons,Patriots) than Tommy boy Props to Big Ben too (the best 3rd down QB in the game)Just wonder what can be done about our shitty O-Line and zero running game. Thank goodness Mendenhall is back. Sadly Woodley and Polamalu are doubtful for Thursday! We need those niggas! There's a lot of ground to be made in the AFC |
Hamilton's fate was sealed when he said he is joining another team and the main fact that Lewis has vast amount of knowledge of McLaren MP4-28 thats coming out next year is worrying for MW and the team. Lewis winning the and WDC and leaving would be like Fernando walking out on Benatton after winning back to back titles with them. It wont happen most especially with mcLaren that has a very long history of screwing up drivers.
Oga no spoil my market naah. I was referring to justwise who still thinks Hamilton is in the race |
Where is that ninja that still wants to bet on Hamilton? Where u @ put em up put em up!! 50$ 50€ 50£ 100$ 100€ 100£ |
Negro please peyton's wife is aight not everyone can jump the broom with vain supermodels What's your problem with bbw's? Nigga I like my ladies big and bashy! Foh! Back to the brady vs manning game which only further buttresses the point I was trying to make last week! One plays for a better team and thus has been more successful! Not for the first time the better qb ended up on the losing side Whew! What a close shave! Thought we where heading for 1-3 for a minute there. Shaun suisham you the man!! Happy for drew breesy! Finally gets a win against a strong charger team and passing johnny unitas's record as well Damn those ravens! 9-6 but they win I guess we just have to take care of those birds when we bump heads Falcons 5-0!! And to think I scoffed at the dude that tipped them for the sb. Still don't see it happening |
Chelsea is home to Norwich tomorrow and I don't even have the confidence to buy Torres in my FPL team. If I say FL you say O another man say P omo na you sabi |
maclatunji: Please note that I am not saying that Romney is a better candidate than Obama. However, Obama just got out-punched by Romney in their first head-to-head meeting on a turf that Obama had the advantage. He's been there before and done it. The degree to which Romney outclassed Obama creates serious questions for all sides in this election. For the Romney camp, it's: How can we best maximise this advantage? For the Obama camp it's: How can we limit the damage and reverse this setback?Let's wait and watch how the 2nd and 3rd debate goes I'm pretty sure Rumney won't have it that easy this time around. I'm glad you at least know Rumney is not the better option.
Thats what I meant when I said too many lies. I expect the obama campaign to capitalize on those in coming days. you used the best word to describe him. A chameleon. True, obama could have done better but romney cannot do any better. with the bullcrap he has as plans which by the way are never consistent.
Na today?? Fighting dirty is genetically programmed into Republican DNA I was a bit disappointed in Barry though he probably thought he had it in the bag and didn't come prepared IMO that's rather naïve plus there are just too many things you could question Rumney's credibility with but still doesn't change the fact that Romney a plutocrat with no plans/policies (apart from the swagger-jacked ones infact if this was a dissertation he woulda been accused of plagiarism) or connection with the masses should even be considered as a feasible alternative! Bush came close to killing the middle class let them elect Romney and watch him finish the job |
well your brain needs a good sleep if it cant see the obvious. obama's 4 years was the aftermath of bush 8 years. people forget the way the economy was when obama came in and expects a sharp miracle. O just have a good laigh when some folks think romney can do better.
That is what baffles me the most!! How do you turn around 8 years of Bush misrule overnight! While the economy is still in a humdrum. I still believe Obama could have done better with his bailouts didn't exactly do too well there but I look at Romney a guy that doesn't even have a defined and well thought out policy of his own!! (Can't believe people are actually considering this chameleon) Bush was not this bad perhaps if not for those foolish wars he fought maybe the economy would not have gone to the dogs. Just saw the re run and I'm disappointed Barack didn't shoot his lying a$$ down maybe he was thinking about his missus sha "Romney says he will pay for $5T tax cut without raising deficit or raising taxes on middle class" This just knocked me out |
toba: Dortmund played fantastic football last night. i swear im impressed. I hope bayern doesnt mess up, cos if they do, na Dortmund i go follow for 2012/13 UCLThey played mindblowing footie but shoulda easily beaten City if they where more clinical in front of goal. Now they have to get something from their head to head against Madrid to put themselves in a strong position |
toba: just shut da f4k up. there've been some rivalry btw both teams and we adherent buli lovers and followers knows it. Bayern messed up last night away, but dortmund did the opposite.Dortmund have had the upper hand over Bayern lately yes but don't overreact we beat them last time we played. And we usually do waaaaaaaay better than they do in Europe! Don't conclude cos of a fluke victory |
toba: lets do so analysis.Lol chill bro Football is not mathematics nau! It was just a minor setback we could even still top the group so let's move on and focus on Hoffenheim |
Joe Hart is just a beast!! Everyone in that City team should just pay their wages to his account this week. Weidenfeller was also excellent If Dortmund fail to qualify they should hold Lewandoski responsible! How da phock did he miss that 75th minute chance!! Torres wouldn't miss that chic2pimp: Berlu is a Multi billionaire and can pretty much afford to buy the whole Bayern squad ten times over if He so wishes. So money is not the problem here.Ol boy sharrap!! All those embezzled funds! Baba don lanaa! Make he buy player now? Una don turn A$$nal wey dey wait for player contract to expire come buy am free. You guys can't afford Yanga Mbiwa! Yanga phocking Mbiwa ![]() Same thing wey dey happen to Milan for San Siro dis season |
Subotic brainfart hands City a bailout |
