The hike in price by British is due to the rush of the Christmas season. The same thing applies during long vacation (July Aug sept). Now you can get the same London to Lagos ticket 500 pounds or less. Business done on emotion and sentiment doesn't last. When ever their is rush on something and supply is not proportional to demand price of that commodity normal goes up. Its a free market economy, patronise who is cheaper.
