Milo30: You think it's only disheartening to me?? Imagine how Microsoft's current team of Windows phone engineers would feel after learning that their founder and face of the company would rather have the phone from a direct competitor. YES, GATES IS AN ABSOLUTE MOR.ON FOR MAKING SUCH A REVELATION. I can't see Gates being an idiot for no reason, there has to be a reason. One can only imagine that Gates would commit such a foolish act as a tease to some sort of Google partnership or buyout of Windows Phone. |
Phones / Re: Bill Gates Switches To Android Phone, Dumps Windows Phone by AAinEqGuinea: 8:47pm On Sep 28, 2017 |
Milo30: Tech hasn't radically changed since the 90s, only the natural course of Moore's law. Microsoft was winning with the desktop market in the 90s and guess what, they're still winning in desktop, steady holding on to a comfortable lead. Microsoft also enjoyed market dominance with PDAs/pocket PCs (also known as "smartphone" which came soon after) and other handhelds in the 90s. Technology that is "smart" is where many would argue technology has radically changed, but it really hasn't in the last 25 years. Apple was always there to compete as usual. suggesting that radical changes in (mobile) tech caused Microsoft to drop from near market dominance to less than 1% of mobile market is disingenuous and inexcusable, worsened by the fact Gates is now embracing competition whose device isn't much different than Microsoft's phone. They're not trying anymore, Gates is a confirmed idio.t |
Politics / Re: IPOB: Don’t Believe The Lies About Me, Atiku Tells Nigerians by AAinEqGuinea: 3:41am On Sep 28, 2017 |
Tolexander: I still stand with Nnamdi / IPOB. This guy Atiku, like many Biafrans, on the other hand have the misfortune of living under an intrusive public-policing army mascarading as dancing pythons, following orders of one who never pass Maths who somehow believes he's running a democracy but cant tolerate freedom of speech or assembly. Dancing python ironically believing they're above being called a zoo. 2 Likes

Milo30: are you his secretary? Gates is supposed to stick by his product(s) until the very end (which we're not there yet imo), despite winning with PDAs/tablets before anyone heard of iPhone/iPad and Android, despite the fact that much hasnt changed since. How are they losing??!! I've had Windows Phone since the Titan II (Windows 7) and I STILL remain baffled at how bad Microsoft is losing in mobile. As if theyre so fragmented as a company that they dont know how to leverage gains in desktop (Windows/Office), gaming (Xbox), and cloud (Azure) to game-change in mobile, convince those who remain and convince those who they have abandoned with one lifecycle crappy devices. It is as if they're new to mobile which, as I mentioned above, theyre not. But now this idiot is proud to announce that he's an Android. There's too much dullardism in this generation, where one is proud to be defeated. I'm sure Microsft'll find some strategy in their growing defeat, looking towards Obama/Android phones as Hope and Change as he has. |

BuddhaPalm:Your ppl are confused. Out of one side of your mouth you're talking how terroristic IPOB is but out the other side of your mouth you'll hear @bold. Who are the real terrorists? There's a reason why far more advanced countries arm their citizens; because it's almost expected that an army will get too intrusive like they've always been in Nigeria. The zoo could never arm its citizens which is why the military polices and bullies its citizens, and you're conditioned to follow every order. There is not an ounce of bravery that is in most of you that is in IPOB right now. You know why IPOB exists, and it wasn't to go around looking for Hausas in buses. In fact their herdsmen have done far worst and you know it. At the very least you should be thanking IPOB for jumpstarting the sudden "restructuring" effort that would have never happened. 1 Like

since we all unquestionably marvel the US and military. Nigeria's military has long overstepped its authority. Once ppl realize this, they'll come to understand why Nigeria can't exercise liberty like freedom of speech and allowing armed citizens, and why it'll treat its citizens like 3rd world hostages; try and secede and the only cowards with guns called the military will kill you. Thank Buhari OP |

tsdarkside: For the moment lets omit Nigeria's broken polity, Boko haram, and unabated Northern herdsmen from the context of secession, and focused singularly on a Deltan issue; Oil. Can we both agree that the Deltans have been financially and environmentally bamboozled on an astronomical scale by the system that Nigeria has created? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuqLfH1SW98 The oil appears to be nearly depleted, the area starved of oil, should Nigeria's "restructuring" efforts include levying compensation for the region for x years? |

Politics / Re: Niger Delta Not Supporting Biafra – Ijaw Leader by AAinEqGuinea: 11:30am On Sep 11, 2017 |
tsdarkside: It shouldnt have to take anyone being a Biafran to make the right choice right now for Africans. Like a battered wife you cling to the little optimism while ignoring the pain inflicted onto you and others. "Battered wife's syndrome". If the world cared to know what really happens in Nigeria they'd support Biafra and any other secessionist group, you'd be a fool to stay behind. If it has taken Nnamdi, the man who Nigeria first imprisoned, to now start talking restructuring, at the very least all of Nigeria's credibility is lost, furthermore they want to re-arrest the very guy responsible for the political catalyst. What has happened to you? wouldnt mind sitting back watching Africans get slaughtered as they try to escape? why arent you with them? You have two choices but you're leading with petty sentiments about Igbos. |

repogirl: Let the battered wife and the other cowards run back to the only abuse s/he knows. If it wasnt for IPOB and Kanu, his PoliTRICKcians wouldnt be busy right now trying to breathe new life into a lifeless corpse called Nigeria. Of all the damage and betrayal done to Deltans, that motherfcking coward has some nerve to instead be here worried solely about being BFFs with Igbos, please let that coward kill himself if Nigeria hasnt done it already. 1 Like |
