1. Get your supply
You can get your supply from the following sources
• By sourcing from the environment yourself
• Buy from Environmental agency workers e.g LAWMA, OGWAMA, ESEMA, e.t.c
• Buying from scavengers
• Construct a cage with inserted label “Plastic Bottles only “. Place this cage in busy area such as markets, schools, hotels, recreation centers, shopping malls, religious centers, etc.
• Buy or source from manufacturing companies that dispose this materials as their waste products.
• Get from any other legal means, etc.

2. Separate the materials
After getting your supply, you then separate them according to their thickness/colour.
• PET bottles of same colour/Thickness goes to one section
• Cappings ( Plastic bottles cover) of same colour goes to one section
• Pure water Nylon of same colour/Thickness goes to one section

3. Removal of Label, Cleaning and drying.
If the plastic is dirty, cleaning is necessary. The main cleaning steps are:
• Drain the remaining fluid from the containers into a collection tank
• Rough clean the plastic containers and other pieces of plastic.
• Remove labels, stickers, etc from the body of the PET bottle.
• Wash effectively in cold or hot water with addition of detergents or caustic soda
• Dry the plastics naturally (sun) or mechanically (conveyor Oven).

4. Scale the materials
The materials should be scaled (weight) to 10kg, 20kgor 30kg and then transferred to baling (Compacting) machine

5. Bale (Compact) the Materials
The scaled (weight) materials are then put inside a baling (compacting)
Machine, which is use to press the materials to a specific dimensions for easy transportation.

6. Store the products
You then stack your products for easy loading to vehicles

7. Supply your Products

• Plastic manufacturing Companies

Introduction

Benefits of Using Plastic Lumber

Manufacturing process
Plastics granules are fed into and mixed in an extruder where rapid melting and homogenization occur. A vertical screw plunger discharges the material into a mold. The mold is then cooled in a cooling Tank or in a water spray tunnel and thereafter sent to the section where the products are cut into various sizes.

iii. Resturant, Eatries, Shopping Mall, etc: you can get high supply of waste Nylon from this source. A good number of them will be very happy if you can help them evacuate these waste materials from their premises.

iv. Pure water/Manufacturing Companies: you can get high volume from this source. Apply to the company as a buyer of waste products.

2. Grinding of Waste Nylon Materials
Grinding is done by operators that uses grinding machines (Agglomerator) to grind the waste nylon into smaller particles which are used as raw materials for blowers, extruder, injection mold, pelletizer etc to produce various plastic product.
You can sell your collected waste Nylon to these operators or grind them using their machines which they will charge you per kg then sell to plastic manufacturing companies.

3. Extrusion Plant
These are Individual, small or big companies that have extrusion machines for the manufacturing of Nylons or other plastic products.
With extrusion machine
i. you can produce Nylon films of different colours for various customers
ii. Produce your own products and sell
iii. Act as a major producer/supplier to big companies.

Obaseki. I expected the governor to show proof of the people who Oshiomhole nominated. Talk is cheap. I do know leaders in each local government choose representative that is why Oshiomhole has followers. It is like saying the president picked all the ministers. Obaseki honestly does not understand politics.

To me the biggest revelation in that statement is the governor acceptance and happiness that a Benin man is at the verge of loosing the NDDC chairmanship position just because he sees him as an opponent.
I am sure the Oba will be happy with Obaseki for fighting against the interest of the Binis and also the people will be happy. In his desperation to fight Oshiomhole and cling to power he has forgotten the purpose of power is to attract development. Odubu is a representative of Edo in that board. Obaseki has decided to openly fight the Edo agenda just because of second term.
He honestly has lost the palace and the remenant of the Benin support.
The question he should ask himself is who looses if Edo looses the NDDC chairmanship position. It is Edo. Oshiomhole can nominate an ally from Delta or Ondo if it is zoned there. Edo alone will loose. It just underlines how selfish he is and it is good people can now see clearly who has the interest of Edo at heart.

Obaseki wants Oshiomhole to behave like a god father. I am sure if Oshiomhole says today automatic second term for Obaseki the fight will stop is that not the character of a godfather? Obaseki should compete with others in a primary it is democracy if people decide to support another it is democracy.

When Tayo Apkata was in charge of PTF, how many Binis or roads did he built in Edo state. The only one i know of is TV road.
