"Dont wait for him, the dog must have decided to be gone for good"

I use a Nokia E5 and my emails are delivered straight to my phone through the Nokia email client. However, I noticed that sometimes my phone's email inbox is empty while the phone is still connected to the Nokia Email Servers, only for the emails(read and unread) to be downloaded/synced to my phone again, gulping my data plans.

Anybody with similar experience in the house? what can I do to stop it? Plenty thanks. Enjoy!
