SegzyJoe: Some of the comments above shows that some Nigerian youths are not properly brought up. Although I know some of them have never being to unoversity before or how do u explain some of the above comments. It shows that most Nigerian youths are irresponsible and are not worthy of Nigerian citizenship. That is why they are not proud of their country. As crime invested as South Africa is, an average SA youth are very proud of their country. It shows most Nigerian youths are growing up with distorted values

PS: I once read of a story yearssssssss ago, on one of our newspapers of an African girl who was circumcised and was about to be married away forcefully.
She decided to run away from home and ran into the forest. After days of being lost and hungry, she sat against a tree, tired hungry and ready to die when out of nowhere, as if in answer to her prayers, a lion surfaced.
She said she was so grateful to see the lion because she knew she was about to be put out of her misery. She kept looking at the lion, in relief, while he merely walked around her, sniffing.
When he was done, he walked away. She felt disappointed.
She runs an NGO now against female circumcision.

OP, it is not difficult as you are painting it to be. It is quite simple, really.

Call her and talk with her. Tell her what and how you feel about her. Tell her your worries, your thoughts....let her know the way your mind works.
There are two things that can happen from this: she may spurn you or understand you, whichever it is, you get your heart unburdened and freed from the regret that gnaws.

However, what I would stress is that you tell her everything in your mind/heart....everything. Just in case, it does not get to work out,, your mind/heart is emptied for something new...but if you truly like each other, love has its own way.

For most crimes committed, I see our Leaders' failure. Sometimes I wish to know how they feel when they read such stories on the pages of newspaper and internet about young people involved in crimes, ASUUOnStrike etc. Don't they realise that a wayward child is a product of A FAMILY? They have failed us in so many ways, diverting funds for national developments... They have failed to keep to their manifestos and promises. They have failed to adequately provide for their own and are responsible for so many RISKS that young people undertake just to survive. It is so sad.

This is not about 'Ikechukwu'. It is about A failing system.

As a person,I focus more on the lyrics of a song,than the beats. Terry G is an example of an artiste I can't listen to.

I believe that every music has an artistic quality even if it is banal and inane to the most sophisticated musical ear and free madness by Terry G is no exception. At the very least, the song has two verse with a refrain or hook and it would be very unfair to assess people who will sometimes prefer such music and attach wrong labels to them as it would be most fallacious to say only rich people have deviant sexual appetites
