COOLDUN: You are right my dear, but know it that the people of Imo state mostly are not happy nowadays including me. I am not in support of the killing of the man, but in order way parents and family members must be very careful and watchful over their children and siblings, sometimes these bad eggs bring miseries to their innocent families. Some families also support evil; some even encourage their children and siblings to be criminals as long as they bring in ill gotten wealth.

Recently a friend of mine who traveled home to our village told me how two boys on a motorbike snatched his wife’s hand bag that contained 40,000,Naira in our neighboring village, in a broad day light not knowing that his wife recognized the rider of the bike. When he went to the family of the thief it happened to be the family of the traditional ruler of the village. Before they could say a word this His Highness just appeared from nowhere and was defending the thief by asking them irrelevant questions, his wife was pointing straight to the guy, thief’s mother also came out and started defending her son too, later the Highness asked them to go and return back in 2 days, when they went back the highness told them that he had asked the thief that he said he was not the one. On their way going back many villagers stopped on the way and told them that, it is the way of the ruling family that they themselves are just targeting the family.

Recently as God may have his ways, the young man snatched an army colonel wife’s hand bag last December when she came back on holidays, this colonel is from another village which their youth can destroy a state when given the chance. The thief was chased by the village youths when he was caught, the Army wife came and recognized him as the rider too, when they got to his family again the Highness came out in his usual manners but didn’t know that the woman was an Army officer’s wife, after defending his thief grandson, the Army officer introduced himself, when he heard his name he was in great shock but it was too late, the Army officer’s village boys wanted to swing into action but he calmed them down. And invited the police both the thief and the thief highness were taken to zone 9, the boy is facing 14yrs jail term , while the traditional ruler has been suspended by the village council. My dear ,many families are into family crime, moral values has been lost. The worshipers of wealth are more than the respectful ones in our societies today.

A young man who is not doing any visible job or business that always comes home and show off wealth, what will an innocent and morally conscience parents/siblings do? Is it not to ask him about the sudden wealth? But some will start celebrating and even begin to insult his age mates that are taking life as it comes. I am not in support of killing the innocent parents and siblings of any criminals, unless they are in support of their children/siblings criminal activities. The men the criminals kill are fathers and siblings to other people. I support the destruction of their properties so that they will know that it is vanity. And others will know too that it is useless to acquire wealth illegally.

Our dear country is heading to integration just because of your presence in our midst. Leave us alone Islam and go back to where you come from we are sick of your presence.
